Fe2O3(全鉄分) 0.8〜1.8%
CoO 0.02〜0.06%
Se 0〜0.005%
Cr2O3 0〜0.1%
・強化前のガラスのc/a比が1kgの荷重下でのビッカース押し込み試験後に最大で3.0であること。cは放射状の割れの長さであり、aはビッカース圧痕の対角線の半分である。
・σ/(e・E・α)比が少なくとも20K・mm-1、場合によっては25又は30K・mm-1であること。σは強化によってガラスのバルクに生じる最大応力(Pa)であり、eはガラスの厚さ(mm)であり、Eはヤング率(Pa)であり、そしてαはガラスの線熱膨張係数(K-1)である。
1.ガラスのヤング率(Pa)と線熱膨張係数(K-1)との積E・αが0.1MPa・K-1と0.8MPa・K-1の間、特に0.2MPa・K-1と0.5MPa・K-1の間であり、とりわけ0.2MPa・K-1と0.4MPa・K-1の間である。積E・αが小さすぎると熱テンパー処理が難しくなるのに対して、積E・αが大きすぎると耐熱衝撃性が低くなる。
2.ガラスの歪点が少なくとも500℃、特に600℃、場合によっては630℃である。この温度は好ましくは最高でも800℃以下、特に700℃以下である。歪点は、ガラスの粘度が1014.5ポアズ(1ポアズ=0.1Pa・s)である温度に相当する。高い歪点は、調理機器の操作中にガラスの強化が損なわれるのを防止することを可能にする。
3.ガラスの線熱膨張係数は最大で50×10-7/Kであり、特に30×10-7/Kと45×10-7/Kの間、場合によっては32(又は35)×10-7/Kと45×10-7/Kの間である。熱膨張係数が大きいと、申し分のない耐熱衝撃性が得られなくなる。反対に、熱膨張係数が小さすぎると、ガラスを充分に強化することが難しくなる。
4.強化前のガラスのc/a比は最大で2.8、特に2.7又は2.5であり、場合によっては0.5又は0.2又は0.1である。この比はゼロであるのが一層好ましい。驚くべきことに、この特性は、ガラスが強化される前に測定されるという事実にもかかわらず、本発明による調理機器を実際に使用する際のプレートの強度に決定的な影響をもたらすことになる。
5.ガラスのσ/(e・E・α)比は少なくとも20、特に30K・mm-1である。σ/(e・E・α)比は通常、最大で200K・mm-1、場合によっては100K・mm-1である。この特性は、調理機器使用中にプレートが破断するリスクを防止するのに大きな影響をもたらすことが観察されている。
6.強化によってガラスのバルクに生じる最大応力は好ましくは少なくとも20MPa、特に25又は30MPa、そして場合によっては40MPaである。

・ISO 11664−1及び−2標準規格に規定されたようにD65光源及びCIE 1931の標準観測者を踏まえた色座標L*、a*、b*。
・波長430、530及び630nmの透過率。
本発明の代表的な態様としては、以下を挙げることができる:
《態様1》
誘導調理機器のための強化ガラス製のプレートであって、その化学組成が下記の着色剤を下記に規定される質量による範囲内で変動する含有量で含む、誘導調理機器のための強化ガラス製のプレート。
Fe 2 O 3 (全鉄分) 0.8〜1.8%
CoO 0.02〜0.06%
Se 0〜0.005%
Cr 2 O 3 0〜0.1%
《態様2》
前記ガラスの線熱膨張係数が最大で50×10 -7 /Kであり、特に30×10 -7 /Kと45×10 -7 /Kの間に含まれる、態様1に記載のガラスプレート。
《態様3》
前記ガラスの化学組成がリチウムアルミノケイ酸塩タイプ、ホウケイ酸塩タイプ、又はアルミノホウケイ酸塩タイプのものである、態様1又は2に記載のガラスプレート。
《態様4》
前記ガラスの化学組成が、質量含有量49〜75%のシリカSiO 2 と、質量含有量15〜30%のアルミナAl 2 O 3 と、質量含有量1〜8%の酸化リチウムLi 2 Oとを含む、態様3に記載のガラスプレート。
《態様5》
前記ガラスの化学組成が、下記に規定する質量範囲内で変動する下記の成分を含む、態様4に記載のガラスプレート。
SiO 2 49〜75%、特に52〜75%
Al 2 O 3 15〜30%、特に18〜27%
Li 2 O 1〜8%、特に2.5〜5.5%
K 2 O 0〜5%、特に0〜3%
Na 2 O 0〜5%、特に0〜3%

前記ガラスの化学組成が、質量含有量70〜85%のシリカSiO 2 と、質量含有量8〜20%の酸化ホウ素B 2 O 3 と、合計質量含有量が1〜10%の少なくとも1種のアルカリ金属酸化物とを含む、態様1から3までの1つに記載のガラスプレート。
《態様7》
前記ホウケイ酸塩ガラスの化学組成が、下記に規定する質量範囲内で変動する下記の成分を含む、態様6に記載のガラスプレート。
SiO 2 70〜85%
B 2 O 3 8〜16%
Al 2 O 3 0〜5%
K 2 O 0〜2%
Na 2 O 1〜8%
《態様8》
前記アルミノホウケイ酸塩ガラスの化学組成が、質量含有量45〜68%のシリカSiO 2 と、質量含有量8〜20%のアルミナAl 2 O 3 と、質量含有量4〜18%の酸化ホウ素B 2 O 3 と、合計含有量が5〜30%の、MgO、CaO、SrO及びBaOから選択されるアルカリ土類酸化物とを含み、アルカリ金属酸化物の合計質量含有量が10%を超えず、特に1%を超えない、態様1から3までの1つに記載のガラスプレート。
《態様9》
Fe 2 O 3 (全鉄分)の質量含有量が0.9〜1.7%である、態様1から8までの1つに記載のガラスプレート。
《態様10》
CoOの質量含有量が0.03〜0.05%である、態様1から9までの1つに記載のガラスプレート。
《態様11》
Cr 2 O 3 の質量含有量がゼロである、態様1から10までの1つに記載のガラスプレート。
《態様12》
TiO 2 の質量含有量が最大で1%、特に0.5%である、態様1から11までの1つに記載のガラスプレート。
《態様13》
前記ガラスが熱的に強化されている、態様1から12までの1つに記載のガラスプレート。
《態様14》
態様1から13までの1つに記載のガラスプレートの下側に配置された少なくとも1つのインダクタを含む誘導調理機器。
《態様15》
白色光を発光する少なくとも1つのデバイスを含む、態様14に記載の調理機器。
Claims (11)
- 誘導調理機器のための強化ガラス製のプレートであって、その化学組成が下記の着色剤を下記に規定される質量による範囲内で変動する含有量で含み:
Fe2O3(全鉄分) 0.8〜1.8%
CoO 0.02〜0.06%
Se 0〜0.005%
Cr2O3 0〜0.1%
前記ガラスの化学組成は、下記に規定する質量範囲内で変動する下記の成分を含み:
SiO2 49〜75%
Al2O3 15〜30%
Li2O 1〜8%
K2O 0〜5%
Na2O 0〜5%
ZnO 0〜5%
MgO 0〜5%
CaO 0〜5%
BaO 0〜5%
SrO 0〜5%
TiO2 0〜6%
ZrO2 0〜5%
P2O5 0〜10%
B2O3 0〜5%
又は前記ガラスの化学組成は、下記に規定する質量範囲内で変動する下記の成分を含み:
SiO2 70〜85%
B2O3 8〜16%
Al2O3 0〜5%
K2O 0〜2%
Na2O 1〜8%
前記ガラスプレートの厚さ4mmについてEN410:1998標準規格による光透過率は最大で10%であり、
前記ガラスプレートが、430nmから630nmまでにわたる波長範囲内の最低透過率に対する最高透過率の比が最大で3であるような透過率曲線を有し、
前記ガラスの線熱膨張係数は最大で50×10−7/Kである、
誘導調理機器のための強化ガラス製のプレート。 - 該ガラスプレートが、630nmにおける透過率と430nmにおける透過率との比が0.3と3の間にあるような透過率曲線を有する、請求項1に記載のガラスプレート。
- ISO 11664−1及び−2標準規格によるD65光源及びCIE 1931の標準観測者を踏まえて、厚さ4mmについて測定した前記プレートの色座標a*及びb*が、−5から+5までである、請求項1又は2に記載のガラスプレート。
- 前記ガラスの線熱膨張係数が30×10−7/Kと45×10−7/Kの間に含まれる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のガラスプレート。
- Fe2O3(全鉄分)の質量含有量が0.9〜1.7%である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のガラスプレート。
- CoOの質量含有量が0.03〜0.05%である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のガラスプレート。
- Cr2O3の質量含有量がゼロである、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載のガラスプレート。
- TiO2の質量含有量が最大で1%である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のガラスプレート。
- 前記ガラスが熱的に強化されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のガラスプレート。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載のガラスプレートの下側に配置された少なくとも1つのインダクタを含む誘導調理機器。
- 白色光を発光する少なくとも1つのデバイスを含む、請求項10に記載の調理機器。
