Description
Claims (3)
- 熱交換器用のフィンを積み重ねるための集積部と、前記集積部に積み重ねられた前記熱交換器用のフィンの集積体群から集積体を抜き取るための移動部と、を具備する移載装置であって、
前記集積部は、
前記熱交換器用のフィンの挿入孔に挿入されるスタックピンと、
該スタックピンの一方の端部を先端部、もう一方の端部を根本部とし、前記スタックピンの根本部が抜き差し可能に保持されるスタックピンホルダと、
該スタックピンホルダの上方に設けられ、前記スタックピンの根本部の上方が保持されるスタックピンガイドプレートと、
該スタックピンガイドプレートに当接し、前記集積部の基底部に設けられたスタックピンガイドプレート用スペーサと、
集積される前記熱交換器用のフィンを下方から支持するフィン受けプレートと、
該フィン受けプレートに当接し、前記集積部の基底部に設けられたフィン受けプレート用スペーサと、を有し、
前記移動部は、
前記スタックピンの先端部を挟持する先端挟持部と、
前記スタックピンの根本部を挟持する根本挟持部と、
前記先端挟持部を上下動させる先端上下動機構と、
前記先端挟持部または前記根本挟持部を前後動させる前後動機構と、を有し、
前記先端挟持部は、前記スタックピンの先端部を挟持してから上方向に移動して前記スタックピンホルダから前記スタックピンを抜き取り、前記スタックピンの根本部を挟持して前記スタックピンが前記集積体に挿入された状態で、前記移動部を前記集積体群から離れる方向に移動させて前記集積体を移動させることを特徴とする移載装置。 - 前記フィン受けプレート用スペーサの頭頂位置は、前記スタックピンガイドプレート用スペーサの頭頂位置より上方にあり、前記スタックピンガイドプレートを挟んで隣り合う前記フィン受けプレートの間に間隔を設け、前記根本挟持部が進入可能な根本挟持部進入領域を設けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移載装置。
- 前記移動部は、前記熱交換器用のフィンの下面を支持するフィン支えを有していることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の移載装置。
