内部に冷媒が流れるアルミ製の配管と、
上記冷媒の温度を検出するサーミスタと、
上記サーミスタを上記配管に取り付ける取付部と
を備え、
上記配管の表面の一部には、上記配管を構成するアルミよりも電位が低い犠牲層が設けられており、
上記取付部は、上記犠牲層よりも高い電位を有し、
上記取付部の少なくとも一部が、上記犠牲層が設けられていない上記配管の表面に取り付けられている。
上記取付部が、上記犠牲層よりも電位が高いロウ付け部を有し、
上記サーミスタが、上記ロウ付け部を介して上記配管に取り付けられている。
上記ロウ付け部が、直線状である。
上記サーミスタがアルミで構成され、
上記取付部が上記サーミスタと同電位となる材料で構成されているサーミスタ取付管を有している。
上記配管が接続された伝熱管と、
上記伝熱管に取り付けられた複数のフィンと
を備え、
上記伝熱管が、第1方向に延びかつ上記複数のフィンの各々が取り付けられている部分を有し、
上記複数のフィンの各々が、上記第1方向に交差する第2方向に延びかつ上記第1方向に沿って間隔を空けて配置され、
上記配管が、上記第1方向の両端に配置されたフィンよりも、上記第1方向の外側に配置されている。

Claims (7)
- 内部に冷媒が流れるアルミ製の配管(30)と、
上記冷媒の温度を検出するサーミスタ(12)と、
上記サーミスタ(12)を上記配管(30)に取り付ける取付部(13)と
を備え、
上記配管(30)の表面の一部には、上記配管(30)を構成するアルミよりも電位が低い犠牲層(14)が設けられており、
上記取付部(13)は、上記犠牲層(14)よりも高い電位を有し、
上記取付部(13)の少なくとも一部が、上記犠牲層(14)が設けられていない上記配管(30)の表面に取り付けられ、
上記取付部(13)が、上記犠牲層(14)よりも電位が高いロウ付け部(132)を有し、
上記サーミスタ(12)が、上記ロウ付け部(132)を介して上記配管(30)に取り付けられている、熱交換器(10)。 - 請求項1の熱交換器(10)において、
上記ロウ付け部(132)が、直線状である、熱交換器(10)。 - 内部に冷媒が流れるアルミ製の配管(30)と、
上記冷媒の温度を検出するサーミスタ(12)と、
上記サーミスタ(12)を上記配管(30)に取り付ける取付部(13)と
を備え、
上記配管(30)の表面の一部には、上記配管(30)を構成するアルミよりも電位が低い犠牲層(14)が設けられており、
上記取付部(13)は、上記犠牲層(14)よりも高い電位を有し、
上記取付部(13)の少なくとも一部が、上記犠牲層(14)が設けられていない上記配管(30)の表面に取り付けられ、
上記サーミスタ(12)がアルミで構成され、
上記取付部(13)が上記サーミスタ(12)と同電位となる材料で構成されているサーミスタ取付管(131)を有している、熱交換器(10)。 - 内部に冷媒が流れるアルミ製の配管(30)と、
上記冷媒の温度を検出するサーミスタ(12)と、
上記サーミスタ(12)を上記配管(30)に取り付ける取付部(13)と
を備え、
上記配管(30)の表面の一部には、上記配管(30)を構成するアルミよりも電位が低い犠牲層(14)が設けられており、
上記取付部(13)は、上記犠牲層(14)よりも高い電位を有し、
上記取付部(13)の少なくとも一部が、上記犠牲層(14)が設けられていない上記配管(30)の表面に取り付けられ、
上記配管(30)が接続された伝熱管(11)と、
上記伝熱管(11)に取り付けられた複数のフィン(15)と
を備え、
上記伝熱管(11)が、第1方向に延びかつ上記複数のフィン(15)の各々が取り付けられている部分(111)を有し、
上記複数のフィン(15)の各々が、上記第1方向に交差する第2方向に延びかつ上記第1方向に沿って間隔を空けて配置され、
上記配管(30)が、上記第1方向の両端に配置されたフィン(15)よりも、上記第1方向の外側に配置されている、熱交換器(10)。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1つの熱交換器(10)を備える、空気調和機の室外機(2)。
