Abstract
【解決手段】空気調和装置1は、圧縮機3、第1の熱交換器4、膨張部5及び第2の熱交換器6が配管7により接続され、冷媒が流通する冷媒回路2を備え、第1の熱交換器4は、放熱フィン11と、放熱フィン11に挿入され、冷媒が内部に流通する複数のチューブ12と、チューブ12の端部に設けられ、複数のチューブ12が挿入される複数の穴13aが形成された側板13と、を有し、側板13には、接続対象となる複数のチューブ12に対応する穴13aの間に、複数のチューブ12を接続する接続部材14の種類に対応したマーキング15が施されている。

Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る空気調和装置1を示す回路図である。図1に基づいて、空気調和装置1について説明する。図1に示すように、空気調和装置1は、冷媒回路2を備えている。冷媒回路2は、圧縮機3、第1の熱交換器4、膨張部5及び第2の熱交換器6が配管7により接続され、冷媒が流通するものである。

- 圧縮機、第1の熱交換器、膨張部及び第2の熱交換器が配管により接続され、冷媒が流通する冷媒回路を備え、
前記第1の熱交換器は、
放熱フィンと、
前記放熱フィンに挿入され、前記冷媒が内部に流通する複数のチューブと、
前記チューブの端部に設けられ、複数の前記チューブが挿入される複数の穴が形成された側板と、を有し、
前記側板には、接続対象となる複数の前記チューブに対応する前記穴の間に、当該複数の前記チューブを接続する接続部材の種類に対応したマーキングが施されている

前記チューブと前記接続部材とは一体的に形成されている
請求項1記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記接続部材として、U字状のUベンド管が用いられている
請求項1又は2記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記接続部材として、T字状の三方ベンド管が用いられている
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記接続部材として、非T字状のバルジ三方管が用いられており、
前記側板には、前記接続部材の取り付け向きを示すマーキングが施されている
請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記側板には、刻印治具によってマーキングが施されている
請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記側板には、筆記具によってマーキングが施されている
請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記側板には、シールによってマーキングが施されている
請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記側板には、複数の前記穴同士を覆うようにマーキングが施されている
請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和装置。 - 圧縮機、第1の熱交換器、膨張部及び第2の熱交換器が配管により接続され、冷媒が流通する冷媒回路を備え、

放熱フィンと、
前記放熱フィンに挿入され、前記冷媒が内部に流通する複数のチューブと、
前記チューブの端部に設けられた側板と、
を有する空気調和装置の製造方法において、
前記側板に、複数の前記チューブが挿入される複数の穴を形成する工程と、
前記側板において、接続対象となる複数の前記チューブに対応する前記穴の間に、当該複数の前記チューブを接続する接続部材の種類に対応したマーキングを施す工程と、を備える
