Claims (10)
- (i)ポリエチレン及びポリプロピレンから選択される使用済みのリサイクル樹脂50重量%から99重量%、及び
(2)医療機器を形成するための、抗酸化剤成分、酸捕捉剤及び溶融安定剤の少なくとも1種
を含むリサイクル樹脂組成物の使用。 - 前記使用済みのリサイクル樹脂が、生物由来のポリエチレン及びポリプロピレンから選択される、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記リサイクル樹脂組成物中の抗酸化剤成分の量が最大10重量%である、請求項1又は2に記載の使用。
- 前記リサイクル樹脂組成物中の酸捕捉剤の量が0.01重量%〜1重量%である、請求項1又は2に記載の使用。
- 前記医療機器が、シリンジバレル、プランジャロッド、カテーテル、ニードルハブ、及びニードルシールドを含むシリンジアセンブリ、安全用シールド、外科用刃、外科用ハンドル、鋭利物容器、体液採集機器、管状材料、アダプター、シャント、排出チューブ、案内ワイヤー、ステント、ペトリ皿、培養ビン、遠心分離管、採血機器から選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記リサイクル樹脂が滅菌安定性である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記医療機器は、5kGysから75kGysの範囲のガンマ線への暴露を含む滅菌に耐えることができる、又は
前記医療機器は、40kGysから100kGysの範囲の電子線への暴露を含む滅菌に耐えることができる、又は
前記医療機器は、X線への暴露を含む滅菌に耐えることができる、又は
前記医療機器は、エチレンオキシドガスへの暴露、オートクレーブ処理若しくはプラズマ滅菌を含む滅菌に耐えることができる、
請求項6に記載の使用。 - 前記リサイクル樹脂組成物が生体適合性である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記医療機器の少なくとも一部が流体通路接触医療機器を含む、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記リサイクル樹脂組成物が、1以上の、未使用の樹脂成分及び/又はバイオベースの樹脂成分を更に含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
