Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种安全型完全自毁式注射器,由针头、针筒、推杆和胶垫组成;其中,针头设有带易毁槽的自毁环;针筒内设有与针头自毁环互锁的凸沿和与推杆推盘互锁的锁环;推杆的两端分别连接推把和推盘,推盘的端部依次连接锥体和尖刺;锥体侧壁上还设有排气槽;胶垫外沿有至少两层与针筒内壁紧密配合的凸起,内设与推柄尖刺端头和锥体配合的腔体。它有效减少了自毁阻力,方便针头的自毁;便于生产组装;使排气槽使针筒和针头前后连通无负压产生,解决吸附和推出药液的压力问题;与推杆头部锥体配套的胶垫加工更加容易。其使用完毕,自毁环留入针筒内,且胶垫被刺破与推杆、针筒牢牢结合中在一起形成自锁,永久留于针筒内,实现安全完全自毁。

Description

安全型完全自毁式注射器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及具有自毁功能的一次性注射器,尤其是一种安全型完全自毁式注射器,属医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
随着社会的进步和科学技术的发展,一次性注射器全面取代可重复使用的注射器大势所趋。现有技术中,一次性注射器品种多样、结构各异。如CN200320110786.X“塞锁自毁安全型注射器”,CN03266160.6“内插式自毁型一次性注射器”公开的注射器,虽然在避免重复使用方面有技术上的进步,但前者由于仅由塞锁头与塞锁腔配合,自毁性能差;后者结构复杂,难以加工。CN200420105856.7“完全自毁式一次性注射器”,是本发明人设计的新型注射器,其具有多重自毁结构,即针头柄端部设有双重自毁环,手推柄前端设有与异形活塞状胶垫配套的乳头,以及手推柄后部的荆爪与针筒的自锁环互锁,实现完全自毁。但是,上述结构还不尽人意,主要存在以下问题:1、针头结构复杂,增大了自毁阻力,影响自毁效果;2、手推杆端部的尖刺端头和球形凸头,不便于生产和组装;3、手推柄前端设有与针筒配合的推盘,且由活塞状胶垫密封,因此在推送过程中针筒内容易形成负压,产生一定的阻力,不利于注射;4、所述胶垫加工存在一定的难度。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的上述不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构更为合理、装配使用更方便的安全型完全自毁式注射器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:安全型完全自毁式注射器,由针头、针筒、推杆和胶垫组成;其中,针头由连接座和钢针组成;连接座的端头连接钢针,另一端为与针筒乳头连接的连接管;连接管的中部设有与针管乳头外径相当的外包容沿;连接管的端部依次设有筋条、自毁环,连接管为与针管乳头内径紧密配合的圆管状结构,中间有出液孔;两自毁环之间的连接筋条为圆环状,其轴向开设有易毁槽;
针筒由针筒体和分别用于连接针头的乳头和方便推注之用的手柄耳组成,乳头内腔设有与针头自毁环互锁的凸沿;针筒内设有与推杆凸沿互锁的锁环;所述推杆由杆身、推柄、推盘、尖刺端头和锥体组成,推柄设于推杆的一端,推杆的另一端依次连接推盘、锥体和尖刺端头;推盘、锥体和尖刺端头上设有贯通的排气槽;
胶垫的外沿有至少两层与针筒内壁紧密配合的凸起,内设与推柄尖刺端头和锥体配合的腔体。
相比现有技术,本实用新型具有如下优点:
1.由于在针头的自毁环上开设易毁槽,有效减少了自毁阻力,方便针头的自毁;
2、将推杆头部改为加大加粗的锥体结构,不但便于生产组装;还可有效保持推杆与胶垫的稳定性,提高密封效果,使其端头刺破胶垫时更为省力;
3、将推杆头部设有用于刺破胶垫的尖刺和带排气槽的锥体,排气槽使针筒和针头前后连通无负压产生,解决吸附和推出药液的压力问题,保证自毁时无阻力产生;
4、与推杆头部锥体配套的胶垫加工更加容易;
5、注射完毕,针头拨出人体后,只需轻轻用力推进手推柄,针头即弹出自毁环脱落,自毁环留入针筒内,且胶垫被刺破与推杆、针筒牢牢结合中在一起形成自锁,永久留于针筒内,实现完全自毁;
6、由于设有多层次互锁机构,从根本上改变了注射器结构;成本略高于现有普通一次性注射器,不会增加消费者的负担;有利于全面推广替代普通一次性注射器,实现真正意义的一次性使用,达到安全注射的目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1所示,安全型完全自毁式注射器,由针头1、针筒2、推杆3和活塞胶垫4组成。
如图2所示,针头1由连接座11和钢针10组成;连接座11的端头连接钢针10,另一端为与针筒乳头连接的连接管12;连接管12的中部设有与针管乳头外径相当的外包容沿13;连接管12的端部依次设有筋条16、自毁环15、筋条17和端头自毁环18,连接管12为与针管乳头内径紧密配合的圆管状结构,中间有出液孔;连接自毁环的筋条16、17为2-6根均匀设置,本实施例为4条。两自毁环15、18之间的连接筋条17为圆环状,且轴向开设有易毁槽14,有效减少了自毁阻力,方便针头的自毁。连接管12端部的自毁环可以为一个或多个(本实施例为两个,即自毁环15、18),由筋条连接。
如图3所示,针筒2由针筒体和分别用于连接针头的乳头21和方便推注之用的手柄耳23组成,乳头21内腔设有与针头自毁环15互锁的凸沿22;针筒2的后部(即手柄耳23一端)设有与推杆3上凸沿37互锁的锁环24。
如图4、图5所示,所述推杆3包括杆身31、推柄32、推盘33、尖刺端头34、锥体35等部分,推柄32设于杆身31的一端,杆身31的另一端依次连接推盘33、锥体35和尖刺端头34;推盘33、锥体35和尖刺端头34上设有贯通的排气槽36;排气槽36使注射器自毁后的针筒和针头前后连通无负压产生,解决吸附和推出药液的压力问题,避免自毁后的针筒内留有负压。推杆3上设有凸沿37与针筒配合。锥体35为两节体便于与胶垫配合。
如图6所示,为活塞状胶垫4结构(前端封闭),其外沿有四层与针筒内壁紧密配合的凸起41,内设与推杆3尖刺端头34和锥体35配合的腔体42,这种胶垫加工更加容易。
参见图1,其使用方法是:
首先,将胶垫4与推杆3的端部配合,即推杆3的尖刺部伸入胶垫4腔体42内,再将胶垫4与手推杆3一并套入针筒2内备用。
使用时,将针头1的连接管12与针筒2的乳头21紧密连接,同时针头的包容沿13将乳头21包含,有效防止药液的渗漏;此时自毁环15、18进入乳头21内;然后将钢针端插入药瓶内,向后抽动注射器推柄,药液即通过针头吸入针筒2内;排除针筒内的空气后,对人体注射部位进行消毒,将注射器的注射针快速插入人体,将所需药液缓慢推入人体后,迅速拨出针头注射完毕。然后,将推杆3轻轻用力向前一推,此时推杆3上的长尖刺34刺破胶垫4的前壁进入针筒乳头21,并插入针头自毁环18、15,针头1与自毁环18、15分离即弹出掉入污物桶内;而自毁环18、15永久离于针筒乳头21内(或与推柄3的尖刺端头34连为一体);推杆尖刺34刺破胶垫4并连为一体。由于针筒设有与推杆推盘33、凸沿37互锁的锁环24,阻碍了推杆的取出,使胶垫4和推杆3永久留于针筒2内形成完全自毁。使用本实用新型,不需要医务人员用手接触用过的针头,避免传染或污染,避免对医务人员针刺伤的发生;并且便于金属针头与塑料针筒、推杆等部分开,易于塑料和金属的分类回收,有利于环保。其针头1、针筒2、推杆3采用塑料,活塞垫4采用橡胶制成。
本实用新型采用多重自毁:注射完成后,由于推杆尖刺的作用使针头的自毁环脱落,永久留于针筒内,针头自毁;第二,欲取推杆,由于采用针筒自锁环与推杆的推盘互锁,即使采用任何手段,都无法抽出推杆,使推杆永久留于针筒内,达到自毁;第三,就是强力拉出推杆,推杆前端的胶垫将自动脱离推杆,而留于针筒端部内,同样达到自毁的目的。
本实用新型应用类似于圆珠笔原理、活塞原理和自锁原理,从根本上改变了注射器的结构。从成本上只略高于现有普通一次性注射器,不会增加消费者的负担,有利于全面推广替代普通一次性注射器,实现真正意义的一次性使用,达到安全注射的目的。
本实用新型不限于上述实施例的结构,凡是利用本实用新型针头、推杆和胶垫结构原理所作的非实质结构和形式的变化,均落在本实用新型的保护范围之中。

Claims (2)

1、安全型完全自毁式注射器,由针头(1)、针筒(2)、推杆(3)和胶垫(4)组成;其特征在于:
针头(1)由连接座(11)和钢针(10)组成;连接座(11)的端头连接钢针(10),另一端为与针筒乳头连接的连接管(12);连接管(12)的中部设有与针管乳头外径相当的外包容沿(13);连接管(12)的端部设有筋条(16、17)和自毁环(15、18),连接管(12)为与针管乳头内径紧密配合的圆管状结构,中间有出液孔;自毁环(15、18)之间的连接筋条(17)为圆环状,其轴向开设有易毁槽(14);
针筒(2)由针筒体和分别设于筒体两端用于连接针头的乳头(21)和方便推注之用的手柄耳(23)组成,乳头(21)内腔设有与针头自毁环(15)互锁的凸沿(22);针筒内还设有与推杆(3)互锁的锁环(24)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的自毁式注射器,其特征在于:所述推杆(3)由杆身(31)、推柄(32)、推盘(33)、尖刺端头(34)和锥体(35)组成,推柄(32)设于推杆(31)的一端,杆身(31)的另一端依次连接推盘(33)、锥体(35)和尖刺端头(34);推盘(33)、锥体(35)和尖刺端头(34)上设有贯通的排气槽(36);
推杆(3)上还设有与针筒锁环(24)互锁的凸沿(37);
胶垫(4)外沿有至少两层与针筒内壁紧密配合的凸起(41),内设与推柄(3)尖刺端头(34)和锥体(35)配合的腔体(42)。
