Description

Claims (20)
- 輸送サービスを提供するためのネットワークコンピュータシステムにおいて、
1以上のプロセッサと
命令を格納する、1組のメモリリソースと、を有してなり、
前記命令が前記1以上のプロセッサで実行されたとき、前記1以上のプロセッサが、
(1)1以上のネットワークを通して、複数の要求者のコンピュータ装置から、複数の輸送に関連する要求を受信するステップであって、該輸送に関連する要求の各々が、乗車位置および降車位置を含む1組のパラメータを指定するものである、ステップと、
(2)複数の前記輸送に関連する要求のうちの1組の輸送に関連する要求のために輸送シェアを提供するサービス提供者を選択するステップと、を実行するものであって、
前記1組の輸送に関連する要求の各々の輸送に関連する要求のために、輸送シェアを提供するための基準を満たす複数のサービス提供者を決定するステップであって、前記基準が、(i)各々のサービス提供者のコンピュータ装置の地理を意識した構成要素により提供される現在位置の情報に基づく、前記1組の輸送に関連する要求の前記乗車位置に対する、前記複数のサービス提供者のうちの各々のサービス提供者の距離の近さ、及び(ii)前記複数のサービス提供者のうちの各々のサービス提供者の利用可能性、を含む、ステップ、
前記複数のサービス提供者に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記輸送シェアにより遂行されるべき前記1組の輸送に関連する要求のための送迎完了時間の範囲を決定するステップ、
前記1組のパラメータに基づいて、輸送シェアをすることなく、単独の輸送に対する代わりの送迎完了時間を決定するステップ、
前記代わりの送迎完了時間に基づいて、前記送迎完了時間の前記範囲の限界を設定する第1の制約を決定するステップ、及び、
前記複数のサービス提供者から選択された前記サービス提供者が、前記第1の制約を満足することを決定するステップ、
を実行することにより前記サービス提供者を選択するステップが、実行されることを特徴とするネットワークコンピュータシステム。 - 前記第1の制約を決定するステップが、前記代わりの送迎完了時間に所定の延長時間を加えるステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のネットワークコンピュータシステム。
- 前記送迎完了時間の範囲が、前記選択されたサービス提供者により提供される送迎の少なくとも一部を別の要求者とシェアしているという仮定に基づいていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のネットワークコンピュータシステム。
- 前記送迎完了時間及び前記代わりの送迎完了時間の少なくとも1つが、少なくとも部分的に履歴情報に基づいていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のネットワークコンピュータシステム。
- 前記送迎完了時間の範囲が、前記選択されたサービス提供者により提供される送迎の少なくとも一部を別の要求者とシェアしているという尤度に基づいていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のネットワークコンピュータシステム。
- 前記命令が前記1以上のコンピュータで実行されたとき、更に
前記輸送に関連する要求の各々について、前記送迎完了時間の範囲を利用して、前記輸送に関連する要求の各々に対応する要求者が、前記選択されたサービス提供者から前記輸送シェアを受け取り始める前に、前記輸送に関連する要求を使って、前記降車位置に前記対応する要求者が到着する最新の推定された時間または持続時間に基づく値を表示するステップが実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のネットワークコンピュータシステム。 - 前記対応する要求者が、前記輸送シェアの前記輸送に関連する要求を行う前に、前記値がインターフェースに表示されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のネットワークコンピュータシステム。
- 前記対応する要求者が、前記輸送シェアの前記輸送に関連する要求を行った後に、前記値がインターフェースに表示されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のネットワークコンピュータシステム。
- 前記サービス提供者を選択するステップが、更に、
存在する輸送に関連する要求を遂行し、前記第1の制約及び第2の制約を満足する1組のサービス提供者を決定するステップを含み、該第2の制約が、前記存在する輸送に関する要求に加えて、前記選択されたサービス提供者を前記存在する輸送に関連する要求の計画されたルートから逸脱させ、第2の要求者の第2の輸送に関連する要求による乗車位置に向かわせるための、延長時間に関する制約であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のネットワークコンピュータシステム。 - 前記サービス提供者を選択するステップが、更に、
サービス提供者の車両で許される最大の要求者の数に基づいている第2の制約を決定するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載のネットワークコンピュータシステム。 - 前記選択されたサービス提供者が、前記第1の制約を満足することを決定するステップが、前記選択されたサービス提供者の送迎完了時間の範囲を決定することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のネットワークコンピュータシステム。
- 前記送迎完了時間の範囲が、最も早い到着時間及び最も遅い到着時間を含み、前記最も早い到着時間及び前記最も遅い到着時間の各々が、前記選択されたサービス提供者により提供され、別の要求者とシェアされている送迎の部分に関する異なる予測に基づいていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のネットワークコンピュータシステム。
- 前記命令が前記1以上のコンピュータで実行されたとき、更に、
前記第1の制約に少なくとも基づくか、または、前記選択されたサービス提供者の送迎完了時間の決定された範囲に基づいて、対応する要求者のコンピュータ装置に、前記輸送シェアを受け取る時間の値を提供するステップが実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のネットワークコンピュータシステム。 - 前記時間の値が、前記1組の輸送に関連する要求の各々の輸送に関連する要求のための前記サービス提供者の選択が行われた後の任意の時間に提供されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のネットワークコンピュータシステム。
- 輸送手配システムの1以上のプロセッサにより実行される命令を格納する非一過性コンピュータ可読記録媒体であって、該1以上のプロセッサにより該命令が実行されたときに、該1以上のプロセッサが、
(1)1以上のネットワークを通して、複数の要求者のコンピュータ装置から、複数の輸送に関連する要求を受信するステップであって、該輸送に関連する要求の各々が、乗車位置および降車位置を含む1組のパラメータを指定するものである、ステップと、
(2)複数の前記輸送に関連する要求のうちの1組の輸送に関連する要求のために輸送シェアを提供するサービス提供者を選択するステップと、を実行するものであって、
前記1組の輸送に関連する要求の各々の輸送に関連する要求のために、輸送シェアを提供するための基準を満たす複数のサービス提供者を決定するステップであって、前記基準が、(i)各々のサービス提供者のコンピュータ装置の地理を意識した構成要素により提供される現在位置の情報に基づく、前記1組の輸送に関連する要求の前記乗車位置に対する、前記複数のサービス提供者のうちの各々のサービス提供者の距離の近さ、及び(ii)前記複数のサービス提供者のうちの各々のサービス提供者の利用可能性、を含む、ステップ、
前記複数のサービス提供者に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記輸送シェアにより遂行されるべき前記1組の輸送に関連する要求のための送迎完了時間の範囲を決定するステップ、
前記1組のパラメータに基づいて、輸送シェアをすることなく、単独の輸送に対する代わりの送迎完了時間を決定するステップ、
前記代わりの送迎完了時間に基づいて、前記送迎完了時間の前記範囲の限界を設定する第1の制約を決定するステップ、及び、
前記複数のサービス提供者から選択された前記サービス提供者が、前記第1の制約を満足することを決定するステップ、
を実行することにより前記サービス提供者を選択するステップが、実行されることを特徴とする非一過性コンピュータ可読記録媒体。 - 前記選択されたサービス提供者が、前記第1の制約を満足することを決定するステップが、前記選択されたサービス提供者の送迎完了時間の範囲を決定することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の非一過性コンピュータ可読記録媒体。
- 前記送迎完了時間の範囲が、最も早い到着時間及び最も遅い到着時間を含み、前記最も早い到着時間及び前記最も遅い到着時間の各々が、前記選択されたサービス提供者により提供され、別の要求者とシェアされている送迎の部分に関する異なる予測に基づいていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の非一過性コンピュータ可読記録媒体。
- 前記輸送手配システムの1以上のプロセッサにより命令が実行されたときに、該輸送手配システムにおいて、更に、
前記第1の制約に少なくとも基づくか、または、前記選択されたサービス提供者の送迎完了時間の決定された範囲に基づいて、対応する要求者のコンピュータ装置に、前記輸送シェアを受け取る時間の値を提供するステップが実行されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の非一過性コンピュータ可読記録媒体。 - 前記第1の制約を決定するステップが、前記代わりの送迎完了時間に所定の延長時間を加えることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の非一過性コンピュータ可読記録媒体。
- 前記送迎完了時間の範囲が、前記選択されたサービス提供者により提供される送迎の少なくとも一部を別の要求者とシェアしているという仮定に基づいていることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の非一過性コンピュータ可読記録媒体。
