以下、本実施の形態の変形例1について説明する。
図9は、本開示の実施の形態2におけるダイアフラム型の吸着ポンプ40の模式断面図である。吸着ポンプ40もまた、化学種が含まれる試料を輸送するとともに、この化学種を吸着することができる。化学種は、例えば、揮発性有機化合物(VOC)などである。

Claims (8)
- 試料の流入口と排出口とが設けられた筐体と、
少なくとも一部が前記筐体の内部に配置された可動部と、
前記可動部に設けられた吸着部と、を備え、
前記可動部は、翼を有し回転動作するインペラ、または、変形動作することにより前記筐体内の容積を変化させるダイアフラムである、
吸着ポンプ。 - 前記吸着部は、ナノファイバーで構成されている、
請求項1に記載の吸着ポンプ。 - 前記吸着部は、前記流入口と対向する領域に設けられている、
