Claims (5)
- ハンドホイール、ステム、ゲート、ボディ、2つの接続パイプを含み、流体の流れを制御するゲートバルブにおいて、
前記ボディは、前記2つの接続パイプをそれぞれ収容するための第1と第2の開口と、前記ゲートを収容するための第3の開口とを有し、前記2つの接続パイプは前記第1と第2の開口をそれぞれ貫通して前記ゲートに両側から対向するように配置され、
前記ボディは鍛造で作製され、
前記2つの接続パイプは、前記第1と第2の開口で前記ボディにそれぞれ溶接により接合され、
前記溶接部の形状が円形リング状であり、
前記2つの接続パイプの外周に、前記第1と第2の開口付近でそれぞれに円形リング状の突出部分が設けられ、前記突出部分の外周が対応する前記開口と整合するようにされた円形リング状であり、前記突出部分の外周と前記開口との境界が前記溶接部である、
前記ゲートバルブ。 - 前記ボディの形状が、少なくとも前記第1と第2の開口の周辺部が球形の一部である、請求項1に記載の前記ゲートバルブ。
- 前記ボディの形状が、少なくとも前記第1と第2の開口の周辺部が円錐形の一部となっている、請求項1に記載の前記ゲートバルブ。
- ハンドホイール、ステム、ゲート、ボディ、2つの接続パイプを含み、流体の流れを制御するゲートバルブの製造方法であって、
前記ボディを複数のボディ部分に分割して鍛造で製造する工程と、
複数の前記ボディ部分を溶接して前記ボディを形成する工程と、
前記2つの接続パイプを前記ゲートに両側から対向するように配置するための、形状が円形リング状である第1と第2の開口を前記ボディの側面に形成する工程と、
前記2つの接続パイプのそれぞれの外周の前記第1または第2の開口に対応する位置に、円形リング状の突出部分をそれぞれ設ける工程と、
前記2つの接続パイプの外周のそれぞれの前記円形リング状の突出部分と前記第1と第2の開口とをそれぞれ溶接で接合する工程と
を含む、前記ゲートバルブの製造方法。 - 前記開口を前記ボディの側面に形成する工程が機械加工で行われる、請求項5に記載の前記ゲートバルブの製造方法。
