針状粉および球状粉を含む複合磁性材料であり、
前記針状粉は軟磁性材料からなり、平均短軸長が100nm以下、かつ、平均アスペクト比が3.0以上10.0以下であり、
前記球状粉は軟磁性材料からなり、平均長軸長が100nm以下、かつ、平均アスペクト比が3.0未満であることを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- 針状粉および球状粉を含む複合磁性材料であり、
前記針状粉は軟磁性材料からなり、平均短軸長が100nm以下、かつ、平均アスペクト比が3.0以上10.0以下であり、
前記球状粉は軟磁性材料からなり、平均長軸長が100nm以下、かつ、平均アスペクト比が3.0未満であることを特徴とする複合磁性材料。 - さらに樹脂を含む請求項1に記載の複合磁性材料。
- 前記針状粉および前記球状粉において、前記軟磁性材料がFeまたはFeおよびCoを主成分とする請求項1または2に記載の複合磁性材料。
- 前記針状粉において、主成分に対するCoの含有割合が0〜40atom%(0atom%を含まない)である請求項3に記載の複合磁性材料。
- 前記針状粉と前記球状粉との合計に対する前記針状粉の含有割合が60vol%以上90vol%以下である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の複合磁性材料。
- 前記球状粉の平均アスペクト比が1.5以上2.5以下である請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の複合磁性材料。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の複合磁性材料を含む磁心。
- 磁心全体に対する前記針状粉と前記球状粉との合計の含有割合が35vol%以上である請求項7に記載の磁心。
