Description
Claims (16)
- 高圧電力ヒューズを製造するための方法であって、
複数の斜行部分によって分けられた複数の実質的に共面的な部分をそれぞれ含む短絡ヒューズ要素及び過負荷ヒューズ要素を形成し、短絡ヒューズ要素及び過負荷ヒューズ要素のそれぞれは、第1の終端タブ及び第2の終端タブを含み、斜行部分は、第1の終端タブと第2の終端タブとの間を延びるステップと、
短絡ヒューズ要素と過負荷ヒューズ要素を互いに鏡像となるように配置するステップと、
第1の終端タブ及び第2の終端タブに隣接する斜行部分の一部のみを取り囲むと共に被うためにアーク障壁材料を適用するステップと、
第1の端子要素と第2の端子要素の間にそれぞれ延びる短絡ヒューズ要素及び過負荷ヒューズ要素のそれぞれを、第1及び第2の端子要素にそれぞれ接続するステップと、
第1及び第2の端子要素をハウジングに結合するステップと、
消弧用の珪酸塩添加充填材料をハウジング内に適用し、電力ヒューズの短絡ヒューズ要素、過負荷ヒューズ要素、並びに、第1及び第2の端子要素の少なくとも一部と珪酸塩添加充填材料との間の機械的な結合を確立するステップと、を含み、さらに、
第1及び第2の組立用脚部を有する組立用フレームを使用し、組立用フレームの第1の組立用脚部にハウジングを挿入するステップと、
組立用フレームの第1の組立用脚部に第1の端子要素を組み付けるステップと、
組立用フレームの第2の組立用脚部に第2の端子要素を組み付けるステップと、
第1の端子要素と第2の端子要素の間の間隙内で短絡ヒューズ要素及び過負荷ヒューズ要素を接続するステップと、
接続された短絡ヒューズ要素及び過負荷ヒューズ要素上にハウジングを滑り移動させるステップと、
接続された短絡ヒューズ要素及び過負荷ヒューズ要素を囲む定位置にハウジングを固定するステップと、を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 第1のエンドプレートを準備し、第1のエンドプレートをハウジングに結合するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1及び第2の端子の少なくとも一部を、端子ブレードの形で準備するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1及び第2の端子の少なくとも一部に直角屈曲部を形成するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 珪酸塩添加充填材料を適用するステップは、消弧用の充填材料に珪酸塩の結合剤を添加するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 充填材料に珪酸塩の結合剤を添加するステップは、珪砂に珪酸塩の結合剤を添加するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 珪砂に珪酸塩の結合剤を添加するステップは、珪砂に珪酸ナトリウムを添加するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 充填材料に珪酸塩の結合剤を添加するステップは、珪酸塩の結合剤の水溶液を添加して、充填材料と珪酸塩の結合剤の混合物を形成するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 混合部を乾燥させるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 接点ブロックを含む少なくとも一部のエンドプレートを準備するステップと、
短絡ヒューズ要素及び過負荷ヒューズ要素のそれぞれを接点ブロックに接続するステップと、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 過負荷ヒューズ要素の少なくとも一部にM効果材料を設けるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 短絡ヒューズ要素及び過負荷ヒューズ要素の少なくとも一部の一部にアーク障壁材料を設けるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 短絡ヒューズ要素及び過負荷ヒューズ要素のそれぞれの共面部分に複数の開口部を形成するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- エンドプレート及び端子ブレードを別個の部品として準備するステップと、
エンドプレートと端子ブレードを結合し、第1及び第2の端子要素の少なくとも一部を準備するステップと、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - エンドプレートを準備するステップは、開口部を含むエンドプレートを準備するステップを含み、エンドプレートと端子ブレードを結合するステップは、端部ブレードの端部を該開口部に通すステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- エンドプレートを準備するステップは、スロット部を含むエンドプレートを準備するステップを含み、エンドプレートと端子ブレードを結合するステップは、端子ブレードの端部をスロット部内に挿入するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
