Claims (14)
- コンパクトな電力ヒューズであって、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングから延びている第1および第2の導電性端子と、
前記ハウジング内に収容され、前記第1の端子と前記第2の端子との間に接続されたヒューズ素子アセンブリと、を備え、
前記ヒューズ素子アセンブリは、電気自動車の、動作中の電源システムにおける短絡または過負荷状態を示さない一見ランダムな電流負荷循環に関連した熱循環応力に起因する機械的疲労によって生じる想定外の厄介な動作に対して、少なくとも1つの事前製造された耐疲労アセンブリによって対処するために製造され、
前記少なくとも1つの事前製造された耐疲労アセンブリは、
互いに同一平面上に配置された少なくとも第1の導電性プレートおよび少なくとも第2の導電性プレートと、
前記第1の導電性プレートと前記第2の導電性プレートとを相互接続している複数のワイヤ結合された弱い箇所であって、前記複数のワイヤ結合された弱い箇所のそれぞれは、互いに別個に設けられ、前記第1の導電性プレートに接続された第1の端部と、前記第2の導電性プレートに接続された第2の端部とを有している、複数のワイヤ結合された弱い箇所と、
アークバリア材料を含み、前記第1の導電性プレートと前記第2の導電性プレートとに接続された前記複数のワイヤ結合された弱い箇所のそれぞれの端部のみを覆い、前記複数のワイヤ結合された弱い箇所の大部分を覆わないシーリング要素と、
前記シーリング要素を覆うアーククエンチング媒体と、を含んでおり、
前記電力ヒューズは、少なくとも150Aの定格電流を備えるように設計されている、電力ヒューズ。 - 前記第1の導電性プレートおよび前記第2の導電性プレートは、第1の導電性材料からそれぞれ製作され、前記複数のワイヤ結合された弱い箇所は、前記第1の導電性材料とは異なる第2の導電性材料から製作されている、請求項1に記載の電力ヒューズ。
- 前記第1の導電性材料は、銅である、請求項2に記載の電力ヒューズ。
- 前記第2の導電性材料は、アルミニウムまたは銀のうちの1つである、請求項3に記載の電力ヒューズ。
- 前記シーリング要素は、はんだまたはMスポット材料をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電力ヒューズ。
- 前記アーククエンチング媒体は、前記ワイヤ結合された弱い箇所を機械的に支持する、請求項1に記載の電力ヒューズ。
- 前記アーククエンチング媒体は、珪砂または硅石を含む、請求項6に記載の電力ヒューズ。
- 前記アーククエンチング媒体は、メラミン粉末を含む、請求項6に記載の電力ヒューズ。
- 前記アーククエンチング媒体は、前記第1の導電性プレートおよび前記第2の導電性プレートの一部の上下に延びるように、前記第1の導電性プレートおよび前記第2の導電性プレートのうち、前記シーリング要素および前記複数のワイヤ結合された弱い箇所とは反対側の部分をさらに覆い、前記複数のワイヤ結合された弱い箇所は、1つまたは複数の列を形成し、前記アーククエンチング媒体は、前記第1の導電性プレートおよび前記第2の導電性プレートの前記1つまたは複数の前記ワイヤ結合された弱い箇所の列の間にある部分を覆わない、請求項6に記載の電力ヒューズ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの事前製造された耐疲労アセンブリは、第1および第2の事前製造された耐疲労アセンブリを含み、該第1および第2の事前製造された耐疲労アセンブリのそれぞれは、前記第1の導電性端子と前記第2の導電性端子の間で前記第1の導電性端子と前記第2の導電性端子に直接接続され、ハウジング内で電気的に互いに並列に接続されている、請求項1に記載の電力ヒューズ。
- 前記電力ヒューズは、少なくとも500Vの定格電圧を備えるように設計される、請求項1に記載の電力ヒューズ。
- 前記事前製造された耐疲労アセンブリ内の前記少なくとも第1の導電性プレートおよび第2の導電性プレートは、5つの導電性プレートを含み、該5つの導電性プレートのそれぞれは、前記5つの導電性プレートのうちの互いに隣接するもの同士の間に延びる前記複数のワイヤ結合された弱い箇所を備えている、請求項1に記載の電力ヒューズ。
- 前記複数のワイヤ結合された弱い箇所の各々は、ひずみ緩和ループ部分を含む、請求項1に記載の電力ヒューズ。
- 前記複数のワイヤ結合された弱い箇所は、丸みを帯びたワイヤを各々含む、請求項1に記載の電力ヒューズ。
