Abstract

Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1本の可溶性伝導ワイヤ(2)が巻回された電気絶縁性または高抵抗のコア(3)を含むヒューズエレメント(5)のための可溶性螺旋状導体において、可溶性伝導ワイヤ間に露出された少なくともコアの表面領域がプラスチック材料によって覆われるように耐熱性プラスチック材料(4)がコア(3)に塗布され、巻回された可溶性伝導ワイヤとコア表面との間に画定された間隙がプラスチック材料で実質的に満たされることを特徴とする可溶性螺旋状導体。
- コア(3)は、複数のガラス繊維および/またはセラミック繊維から成り、ガラス繊維および/またはセラミック繊維間の間隙もプラスチック材料(4)で実質的に満たされることを特徴とする請求項1記載の可溶性螺旋状導体。
- プラスチック材料(4)は、可溶性伝導ワイヤ(2)の外表面もプラスチック材料で覆われるように可溶性螺旋状導体(1)を包囲することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の可溶性螺旋状導体。
- 1本以上の絶縁性繊維は、可溶性伝導ワイヤ(2)の隣接する巻回を互いに所定の間隔に保つ可溶性伝導ワイヤ(2)と平行にコア(3)に巻回されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか記載の可溶性螺旋状導体。
- プラスチック材料(4)は、シリコンであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか記載の可溶性螺旋状導体。
- 1種以上の消弧剤は、シリコンに混合されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の可溶性螺旋状導体。
- メラミン粉末は、シリコンに混合されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の可溶性螺旋状導体。
- 1本の可溶性伝導ワイヤが絶縁性または高抵抗のコアに巻回される可溶性螺旋状導体の製造方法において、
a)コアは未固化の液体プラスチック材料で含浸され、コアの表面もプラスチック材料の層で被覆され、
b)プラスチック材料の固化前に、含浸されたコアに可溶性伝導ワイヤが巻回され、
c)耐熱性プラスチック材料が形成されるようにプラスチック材料が固化させられることを特徴とする方法。 - コアは、可溶性伝導ワイヤの巻回に伴うコアの圧縮により、過剰のプラスチック材料が絞り出されるという結果になる量の液体プラスチック材料で含浸されることを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。
- 可溶性伝導ワイヤの巻回後、過剰のプラスチック材料は、拭き取りにより除去されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 1本の可溶性伝導ワイヤが絶縁性または高抵抗のコアに巻回される可溶性螺旋状導体の製造方法において、
a)可溶性伝導ワイヤがコアに巻回され、
b)次に、可溶性螺旋状導体は、可溶性伝導ワイヤとコアとの間の間隙および存在し得るコア内部の細孔またはギャップにプラスチック材料が浸透することができるように、まだ未固化の液体プラスチック材料で被覆され、
c)耐熱性プラスチック材料が形成されるようにプラスチック材料が固化させられることを特徴とする方法。 - 被覆後、過剰なプラスチック材料は、可溶性螺旋状導体から拭き取られることを特徴とする請求項11記載の方法。
- 固化可能なシリコン樹脂は、液状プラスチック材料として用いられることを特徴とする請求項8〜12のいずれか記載の方法。
