Claims (1)
- 本体が耐熱絶縁材料から成り、その内部が中空
の角柱体で、その長手方向の両端面の外周面に切
欠き凹部が形成されているとともに、角柱本体の
長手方向の両端面には外部回路との電気的接続及
び角柱本体内の中空に架張される可溶体を固定し
、かつ電気的接続を行うための一対の口金端子部
を有し、この一対の口金端子が角柱本体の端部に
圧入される時、角柱本体外周面の切欠き凹部は角
柱本体内に架張された可溶体の端部を角柱本体内
部から端子と電気的接続のため、外部へ可溶体を
傷つけることなく、引き出すためのものであり、
可溶体と口金端子の接続は口金端子内部にあらか
じめ迎え半田がされており、可溶体を角柱本体端
部の切欠き凹部で対角線上となる各々の一箇所の
切欠き凹部から外へ引き出した後、角柱本体端部
に口金端子を圧入と同時に外部端面を加熱し、口
金端子と角柱本体端面とに挟み込まれた型で半田
付が行われるチツプヒユーズである。
