Description
ジ−2−エチルヘキシルアジペート(DOA)、ジイソブチルアジペート(DIBA)、ジブチルアジペート(DBA)等の脂肪酸エステル可塑剤、
エポキシ化大豆油等のエポキシ化エステル可塑剤、
アジピン酸エステル、アジピン酸ポリエステル等のポリエステル可塑剤、
トリー2−エチルヘキシルトリメリテート(TOTM)、トリイソノニルトリメリテート(TINTM)等のトリメリット酸エステル可塑剤、
トリメチルホスフェート(TMP)、トリエチルホスフェート(TEP)、リン酸と陸レジル(TCP)等の燐酸エステル可塑剤、
鉱油等のプロセスオイルなどが挙げられる。
・上記第1〜第3実施形態では、スリーブとして熱膨張性スリーブ4を使用しているが、鋼製スリーブを始めする金属製スリーブ等、樹脂以外の耐火性材料から形成されたスリーブをスリーブとして使用してもよい。
・図1において壁1の貫通孔2は略円筒形に示されているが、貫通孔2は略直方形のような他の形状であってよい。また、スリーブ4の形状、弾性部材10の形状、および固定部材12の形状も、貫通孔2に合わせて変更され得る。例えば図5に示すように、固定部材12は図2に示した固定部材のような突出部20を備えず、略円環状のフランジ部18からなる構成を有してもよい。
また、本発明は以下の構成を採用することもできる。
[1]区画体の貫通孔に配置されたスリーブと、スリーブを貫通する配管または配線とを備えた区画貫通構造であって、
スリーブと配管の間に配置された吸音材と、
配管または配線の周囲に、貫通孔の外から配管または配線と区画体との間の空間を覆うように区画体に接触して設けられた弾性部材と、
配管または配線の周囲であって、かつ前記弾性部材に対して前記区画体の反対側に設けられた、前記弾性部材の位置を固定するための固定部材と、
を備えた区画貫通構造。
[2]前記固定部材が金属または合成樹脂製の略円環状部材である[1]に記載の区画貫通構造。
[3]前記弾性部材がブチルゴムおよびエチレン−プロピレン−ジエンゴムから選択される合成樹脂より形成されている[1]または[2]に記載の区画貫通構造。
[4]前記吸音材が、ミネラルウール、ロックウール、グラスウール、ガラス繊維、セラミックス繊維、及びウレタンフォームから選択される少なくとも1種の材料である[1]〜[3]のいずれかに記載の区画貫通構造。
Claims (4)
- 区画体の貫通孔に配置されたスリーブと、スリーブを貫通する配管または配線とを備えた区画貫通構造であって、
スリーブと配管または配線との間に配置された吸音材と、
配管または配線の周囲に、貫通孔の外から配管または配線と区画体との間の空間を覆うように区画体に接触して設けられ、前記貫通孔と向き合う面の断面積が前記貫通孔の断面積よりも大きい弾性部材と、
配管または配線の周囲であって、かつ前記弾性部材に対して前記区画体の反対側に設けられた、配管または配線の長手方向軸に対して垂直な面で前記貫通孔の断面積より広い範囲にて前記弾性部材と当接する、前記弾性部材の位置を固定するための固定部材と、
を備えた区画貫通構造。 - 前記固定部材が金属または合成樹脂製の略円環状部材である請求項1に記載の区画貫通構造。
- 前記弾性部材がブチルゴムおよびエチレン−プロピレン−ジエンゴムから選択される合成樹脂より形成されている請求項1または2に記載の区画貫通構造。
- 前記吸音材が、ミネラルウール、ロックウール、グラスウール、ガラス繊維、セラミックス繊維、及びウレタンフォームから選択される少なくとも1種の材料である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の区画貫通構造。
