Claims (16)
- 円形ブランクの外側リング(29)に円形ブランクリング(30)を挿入するための挿入装置(34)であって、
軸(A)と同軸に配置され、かつ前記円形ブランクリング(30)に作用する押出面(47)を含む押出器(45)と、
前記押出器(45)を軸(A)に沿って移動させる押出駆動器(46)と、
前記軸(A)と同軸に配置され、かつ前記押出面(47)とされる自由端を有する芯出し体(61)と、
前記芯出し体(61)を軸(A)に沿って移動させる芯出し駆動器(62)と、
前記芯出し駆動器(62)と前記押出駆動器(46)とを作動させる制御ユニット(85)と、
を備え、
前記円形ブランクリング(30)が前記外側リング(29)に挿入される点である挿入点(E)と後退位置にある前記押出器(45)との間に前記軸(A)に同軸の芯出し経路(54)が存在するとともに、
前記制御ユニット(85)は、
前記芯出し駆動器(62)を作動させて、前記芯出し体(61)を前記挿入点(E)に移動させ、前記挿入点(E)に配置された外側リング(29)の穴に前記芯出し体(61)の前記自由端を係合させ、それにより前記外側リング(29)を前記軸(A)と同軸に整列させ、
さらに、前記押出駆動器(46)を作動させて前記押出器(45)を前記軸(A)に沿って移動させて前記円形ブランクリング(30)を、前記心出し経路(54)を通って前記挿入点(E)へ移動させ、前記芯出し体(61)によって既に前記軸(A)と同軸に整列されている前記外側リング(29)内に挿入させるように構成された、挿入装置。 - 前記制御ユニット(85)は、前記芯出し体(61)が前記外側リング(29)に係合した後に、前記押出器(45)が前記円形ブランクリング(30)を前記外側リング(29)に接触させるように、前記芯出し駆動器(62)と前記押出駆動器(46)を時系列的に作動させるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の挿入装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(85)は、前記円形ブランクリング(30)を前記外側リング(29)に挿入するときに、前記芯出し体(61)が前記外側リング(29)に当接するように、前記芯出し駆動器(62)と前記押出駆動器(46)を時系列的に作動させるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の挿入装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(85)は、前記押出器(45)により移動させられる前記円形ブランクリング(30)が前記芯出し体(61)を前記外側リング(29)から押し出すまで、前記芯出し体(61)が前記外側リング(29)に作用するように、前記芯出し駆動器(62)と前記押出駆動器(46)を時系列的に作動させるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の挿入装置。
- 前記芯出し駆動器(62)が、第1作用チャンバ(72)と第2作用チャンバ(73)を含む空気圧シリンダ(70)を備え、前記芯出し体(61)を前記挿入点(E)に移動させるように前記第1作用チャンバ(72)に圧力がかけられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の挿入装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(85)は、前記押出器(45)が前記円形ブランクリング(29)を前記外側リング(29)及び/又は前記芯出し体(61)に接触させる前に、前記第1作用チャンバ(72)が周囲大気に流体接続されるように前記芯出し駆動器(62)を作動させるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の挿入装置。
- 前記芯出し体(61)を前記挿入点(E)から移動して離すように、及び/又は前記芯出し体(61)を前記挿入点(E)から離れた上方位置に保持するように、前記第2作用チャンバ(73)に圧力がかけられることを特徴とする、請求項5又は請求項6に記載の挿入装置。
- 前記芯出し駆動器(62)は、互いに独立して作動可能な2つのバルブ(75、77)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項5〜請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の挿入装置。
- 前記円形ブランクリング(30)を前記押出面(47)に隣接する開始位置(P)へ搬送するように構成された第1搬送ユニット(35)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の挿入装置。
- 前記外側リング(29)を前記挿入点(E)へ搬送するように構成された第2搬送ユニット(36)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の挿入装置。
- 前記第1搬送ユニット(35)が、第1ダイアル軸(R1)を中心に駆動可能であって、個別の円形ブランクリング(30)のための複数の受け取りポケット(35b)を含む第1ダイアル供給プレート(35a)を備えることと、前記第2搬送ユニット(36)が、第2ダイアル軸(R2)を中心に駆動可能であって、個別の外側リング(29)のための、又は外側リング(29)と挿入された円形ブランクリング(30)のユニットのための複数の受け取りポケット(36b)を含む第2ダイアル供給プレート(36a)を備えることと、の一方又は両方であることを特徴とする、請求項9又は請求項10に記載の挿入装置。
- 前記外側リング(29)は、前記円形ブランクリング(30)の挿入時に前記第2ダイアル供給プレート(36)の前記受入ポケット(36b)内に留まることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の挿入装置。
- 前記押出駆動器(46)は、電気モータベースの駆動システムとして設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の挿入装置。
- 円形ブランクの外側リング(29)へ円形ブランクリング(30)を挿入する方法であって、
前記円形ブランクリング(30)を前記外側リング(29)に挿入する点である挿入点(E)に前記外側リング(29)を搬送することと、
円形ブランクリング(30)を、軸(A)に平行な軸方向で前記外側リング(29)に隣接する開始位置(P)に搬送することと、
前記軸(A)と同軸に配列された芯出し体(61)を前記挿入点(E)に移動させ、前記挿入点(E)に配置された外側リング(29)の穴に前記芯出し体(61)の自由端を係合させることにより前記外側リング(29)を前記軸(A)と同軸に整列させることと、
前記軸(A)と同軸に配置された押出器(45)を前記軸(A)に沿って移動させて、前記円形ブランクリング(30)を、後退位置にある前記押出器(45)と前記挿入点(E)との間に存在する前記軸(A)に同軸の芯出し経路(54)を通って前記挿入点(E)にある前記外側リング(29)の中に、前記軸(A)方向に移動させること、
を含む、方法。 - 前記円形ブランクリング(30)は前記挿入点(E)に向かって軸方向に移動するとき、前記軸(A)と同軸に整列されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
