Claims (16)
- ハウジング(11)と、前記ハウジング(11)の内部に配置された複数のバッテリーセル(22)と、冷却エレメント(30)と、を備えた、バッテリーシステム(10)であって、ハウジング(11)上には流体接続(31)と、前記バッテリーセル(22)と電気的に連結された少なくとも1つの電気接続(21)とが配置されており、前記流体接続(31)は、それぞれ前記冷却エレメント(30)と流体接続されている少なくとも1つの冷媒入口(32)と、少なくとも1つの冷媒出口(33)と、を有し、
前記ハウジング(11)は、その反対端面にそれぞれ1つの終端カバー(13、14)によって流体密に閉じられる管状本体(12)を有しており、前記電気接続(21)のみが第1の終端カバー(13)に、及び、前記流体接続(31)のみが第2の終端カバー(14)に配置されていることを特徴とするバッテリーシステム(10)。 - 前記冷却エレメント(30)は、前記ハウジング(11)の内部で接続箇所なく形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーシステム(10)。
- それぞれ冷媒入口(32)及び冷媒出口(33)は、前記冷却エレメント(30)と一体的に形成され、第2の終端カバー(14)を貫通して前記ハウジング(11)の外部に案内されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーシステム(10)。
- 前記バッテリーセル(22)は円筒セルとして形成され、その高さは、50mm〜90mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーシステム(10)。
- 前記バッテリーセル(22)はセルブロック(20)にまとめられており、2つのセルブロック(20)の間、及び/又は、セルブロック(20)と前記ハウジング(11)との間にそれぞれ1つの冷却エレメント(30)が配置されており、前記冷却エレメント(30)はそれぞれ互いに分離された流体流を導くことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーシステム(10)。
- それぞれ少なくとも2つの冷媒入口(32)と少なくとも2つの冷媒出口(33)が、前記第2の終端カバー(14)の外側に配置される流体分配器(36)と流体接続されており、前記冷媒入口(32)が単一の流入ノズル(37)と、及び、前記冷媒出口(33)が単一の流出ノズル(38)と接続することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーシステム(10)。
- 前記流体分配器(36)はプレート状に形成され、且つ、中央凹部(39)を有しており、前記流入ノズル(37)及び前記流出ノズル(38)はそれぞれ前記中央凹部(39)内に突出していることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリーシステム(10)。
- 前記流入ノズル(37)及び前記流出ノズル(38)は、互いに同軸上に位置合わせされていることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載のバッテリーシステム(10)。
- 前記流体分配器(36)は、前記流体分配器(36)が前記管状本体(12)の長手方向端部と実質的に同一平面で終端するように、前記第2の終端カバー(14)と接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーシステム(10)。
- 前記バッテリーセル(22)のセルブロック(20)と前記第1の終端カバー(13)との間に収容スペース(24)が配置されており、その中に前記電気接続(21)を前記セルブロック(20)と、及び/又は、前記ハウジング(11)の内部に配設された電子部品と接続するすべての電気的接続手段が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーシステム(10)。
- 第1の終端カバー(13)に、電気接続(21)に対して離間して、気体透過性且つ液密性の膜(18)を備えたバルブ(15)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーシステム(10)。
- 前記バルブ(15)は、前記ハウジング(11)の内部で作用する空気乾燥媒体(16)を有することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のバッテリーシステム(10)。
- 前記バルブ(15)は、圧力逃がし弁(40)を有することを特徴とする、請求項11又は12に記載のバッテリーシステム(10)。
- 前記バルブ(15)の空気乾燥媒体(16)及び/又は膜(18)及び/又は圧力逃がし弁(40)は、交換可能であることを特徴とする、請求項11又は12に記載のバッテリーシステム(10)。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのバッテリーシステム(10)を備えた自動車。
- 前記流体接続(31)は、前記第2の終端カバー(14)に嵌め込まれた流体分配器(36)を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーシステム。
