前記アルファ部分が、前記第2の直径の多くとも2分の1の第4の直径を有する1次流れ貫通孔を備え、前記絶縁層が、前記1次流れ貫通孔のうちの対応する1つと同心円状の2次流れ貫通孔を備える、請電池モジュール。 - 前記絶縁層が、前記アルファ部分に対向する第1の側と、前記セルに対向する第2の側とを有するシートを備え、前記第1の側および前記第2の側が、接着材コーティングを備える、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁層の第1の側が、接着材を介して前記アルファ部分に固定され、前記絶縁層の第2の側が、接着材を介して各セルの前記第1の端部に固定される、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁層が、少なくとも摂氏800度に対して耐熱性を有し、UL94試験法に基づいて少なくともV-0の可燃性分類を有する、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ベータ部分の厚さが、前記アルファ部分の厚さより大きい、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記2次流れ貫通孔が、前記1次流れ貫通孔と同じ直径を有する、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記1次流れ貫通孔および前記2次流れ貫通孔が、隣接するセル間の間隙と位置合わせされる、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁層が、前記基板に固定された薄いフィルムである、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁層が、セラミックで被覆された紙シートである、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁層が、前記基板の表面に設けられたコーティングである、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記コーティングが、焼結プロセスを介して施される、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記コーティングが、蒸着プロセスを介して施される、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュール端子が、前記ベータ部分と同じ平面内に位置するように、前記ベータ部分の1つの縁部から突出する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電気コネクタがワイヤボンドである、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
