Description
先端の係合爪には、段差が形成されており、段差は、基体に抜去荷重が作用した状態において、ブロックの外面より半径方向の外側に位置するように形成されている。
(実施例1)
まず、図1〜13を参照して、本発明の実施例1を説明する。図1〜5に示すように、クリップ1は、剛性を有する合成樹脂材による一体成形品であって、その構成は、主として、基体2と、アンカー体3とに大別されている。以下に、これら基体2と、アンカー体3とを個別に説明していく。
次に、図14〜26を参照して、本発明の実施例2を説明する。この実施例2のクリップ101は、既に説明した実施例1のクリップ1と比較すると、薄い板厚の被取付部材(第2のパネル部材160)に基体2を装着したときに抜去荷重が作用しても、より一定の保持力を得ることができる形態である。なお、以下の説明にあたって、実施例1のクリップ1と同一または均等な構成の部材には、図面において同一の符号を付すことで重複する説明は省略することとする。このことは、後述する変形例1〜2においても同様である。

Claims (3)
- 取付部材を取り付け可能な基体と、基体を板状の被取付部材に装着可能なアンカー体と、を備えたクリップであって、
アンカー体は、
被取付部材に形成されている取付孔に対して挿し込み可能な支柱と、
取付孔に支柱を挿し込んだときの取付孔の縁に係合可能な可撓性を有する複数の係合爪と、
装着状態において基体に作用した抜去荷重によって先端の係合爪の反り返りを規制する反返規制面を有するブロックと、から構成されており、
複数の係合爪のうち先端の係合爪を除いた残りの係合爪は、装着状態において基体に抜去荷重が作用すると、取付孔の縁に係合している係合爪から順に反り返るように形成されているクリップ。 - 請求項1に記載のクリップであって、
複数の係合爪のうち、支柱の基端側の係合爪は、係合爪本体の厚みが残りの係合爪の係合爪本体の厚みより大きく形成されているクリップ。 - 請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載のクリップであって、
先端の係合爪には、段差が形成されており、
段差は、基体に抜去荷重が作用した状態において、ブロックの外面より半径方向の外側に位置するように形成されているクリップ。
