Claims (2)
- フランジと該フランジから垂下する軸部と該軸部の先端部から前記フランジに向けて且つ前記軸部から離れるように延びる複数の脚部とを有し、各脚部は細長い板状体で形成されており、被取付部材の取付穴に前記軸部及び前記脚部を挿入して、前記脚部の先端の係止端を前記取付穴の縁部に係止させて該脚部と前記フランジとの間に前記被取付部材を挟持することによって、該被取付部材に取付けられるアンカー型のクリップであって、
前記脚部は、前記軸部先端部における根元部分に隣接する隣接部分から前記取付穴の縁部に係止する係止端までの部分が直線的外形で形成されており、該直線的外形の脚部部分は前記隣接部分において半径方向の厚さが他の部分より薄く形成されており、前記被取付部材に取付けられたクリップに前記フランジ側から引き抜く力が加わると、前記脚部は、そのたわみ変形が、前記脚部の前記隣接部分に集中し、前記隣接部分と前記係止端までの前記直線的外形の脚部部分はたわみ変形しないで前記引き抜き力に対抗して高い係止力を維持し、
前記脚部の前記根元部分と前記隣接部分との間が該脚部を前記軸部に連結するブリッジとなっており、該ブリッジの長さは、前記軸部の前記先端部における1つの脚部の前記根元部分と他の脚部の前記根元部分との間の長さに対して短く形成されており、前記脚部の前記たわみ変形が該短いブリッジに集中し、
前記脚部は、前記隣接部分から前記係止端までの部分は、前記係止端に向けて徐々に半径方向において厚さが増すように形成され、
前記脚部は、前記軸部を間にして対向するように一対設けられ、前記軸部は、該一対の脚部の間を、横断面において直交する方向に拡がる幅を有する板状体で形成されており、該軸部には、前記幅の方向の両側部に、軸方向に延びる肉抜き部が形成されている、ことを特徴とするクリップ。 - 請求項1に記載のクリップにおいて、前記フランジには、前記軸部と反対側にパイプ保持部が一体成形されている、ことを特徴とするクリップ。
