Claims (6)
- 陽子ビーム又は重イオンビームを含む電離放射線ビームを生成する放射線源と、
磁気共鳴イメージングシステムと、
プログラマブル・プロセッサによって実行されたときに前記プログラマブル・プロセッサにオペレーションを行わせる命令を記憶する少なくとも1つの非一過性の機械可読媒体と、
を備えるシステムであって、
前記オペレーションは、
少なくとも1つのタイプのMRI画像を捕捉し、
少なくとも組織の体液の変化を定量化することにより、前記少なくとも1つのタイプのMRI画像を用いて浮腫の定量的評価を行い、
前記組織の前記体液の変化によるブラッグピークの変化に基づいて前記電離放射線ビームから生じる線量分布を計算する、
ことを含む、システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのタイプのMRI画像を捕捉することは、T1強調MRIスキャン、T2強調MRIスキャン、T2強調MRIスキャンの結果に対するT1強調MRIスキャン画像の比率、及びMRI反応率の少なくとも1つを捕捉することを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記浮腫の定量的評価を行うことは、浮腫のプロキシとして、前記少なくとも1つのタイプのMRI画像の遊離水素の量を定量化することを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- プログラマブル・プロセッサによって実行されたときに前記プログラマブル・プロセッサにオペレーションを行わせる命令を記憶する少なくとも1つの非一過性の機械可読媒体を備えるコンピュータプログラム製品であって、
前記オペレーションは、
放射線源を用いて陽子ビーム又は重イオンビームを含む電離放射線ビームを生成し、
磁気共鳴イメージングシステムを用いて少なくとも1つのタイプのMRI画像を捕捉し、
少なくとも組織の体液の変化を定量化することにより、前記少なくとも1つのタイプのMRI画像を用いて浮腫の定量的評価を行い、
前記組織の前記体液の変化によるブラッグピークの変化に基づいて前記浮腫の定量的評価を用いて前記電離放射線ビームから生じる線量分布を計算する、
ことを含む、コンピュータプログラム製品。 - 前記少なくとも1つのタイプのMRI画像を捕捉することは、T1強調MRIスキャン、T2強調MRIスキャン、T2強調MRIスキャンの結果に対するT1強調MRIスキャン画像の比率、及びMRI反応率の少なくとも1つを捕捉することを含む、請求項4に記載のコンピュータプログラム製品。
- 前記浮腫の定量的評価を行うことは、浮腫のプロキシとして、前記少なくとも1つのタイプのMRI画像の遊離水素の量を定量化することを含む、請求項4に記載のコンピュータプログラム製品。
