Claims (18)
- MRIシステムと、

前記オペレーションは、
基準MRIスキャンと後続のMRIスキャンとを捕捉し、
前記基準MRIスキャンを用いた基準浮腫分析と、前記後続のMRIスキャンを用いた後続の浮腫分析とを比較して患者の組織の浮腫の変化を評価し、
前記評価した浮腫の変化が期待値を超えているとき、1以上の放射線の照射を停止するように前記放射線源を制御する、
ことを含む、システム。 - 前記基準MRIスキャン及び前記後続のMRIスキャンは、T1強調MRIスキャン、T2強調MRIスキャン、T1強調MRIスキャン結果に対するT1強調MRIの比率、及びMRI反応率の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記比較の後に、前記浮腫の変化が前記期待値を超えるか或いは前記期待値より小さいかの少なくとも一方に基づいて、ユーザ・インターフェースに警告を生成させることを更に含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記基準MRIスキャン及び前記後続のMRIスキャンは、同じフラクション中に捕捉される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記基準MRIスキャンは、1つのフラクションの前に捕捉され、前記後続のMRIスキャンは、前記フラクション中に捕捉される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記比較は、遊離水素含有量の変化を定量化することを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記オペレーションは、表示部に、前記患者の組織における細胞死の量の評価の視覚的描写を生成することを更に含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記視覚的描写は、2次元マップのボクセルの使用を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記視覚的描写は、T1強調MRIスキャン結果に対するT1強調MRIの比率の差次的変化を含み、前記差次的変化は、位置の関数として表現される、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 非一過性の機械可読媒体を含むコンピュータプログラム製品であって、
前記機械可読媒体は、実行時にオペレーションを前記システムに行わせる命令を記憶し、
前記オペレーションは、
基準MRIスキャンと後続のMRIスキャンとを捕捉し、
前記基準MRIスキャンを用いた基準浮腫分析と、前記後続のMRIスキャンを用いた後続の浮腫分析とを比較して患者の組織の浮腫の変化を評価し、
前記評価した浮腫の変化が期待値を超えているとき、1以上の放射線の照射を停止するように前記放射線源を制御する、
ことを含む、コンピュータプログラム製品。 - 前記基準MRIスキャン及び前記後続のMRIスキャンは、T1強調MRIスキャン、T2強調MRIスキャン、T1強調MRIスキャン結果に対するT1強調MRIの比率、及びMRI反応率の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項10に記載のコンピュータプログラム製品。
- 前記比較の後に、前記浮腫の変化が前記期待値を超えるか或いは前記期待値より小さいかの少なくとも一方に基づいて、ユーザ・インターフェースに警告を生成させることを更に含む、請求項10に記載のコンピュータプログラム製品。
