Claims (6)
- 電力を蓄電又は発電する複数の電力素子を並べた電力モジュールに取り付けられる配線モジュールであって、
前記各電力素子を相互接続するための複数の相互接続導体を収容する絶縁プロテクタと、
前記絶縁プロテクタに収容され前記各電力素子側から延出されて前記電力素子の状態を検知する複数本の検知電線と、
前記検知電線の端部に設けられて前記絶縁プロテクタ内に配置されたコネクタと、
前記絶縁プロテクタに設けられ前記コネクタを係止することで前記コネクタの移動を規制する移動規制手段とを備え、
前記コネクタは、相手方コネクタに設けられたフード部によって前方部分が外嵌されるハウジングを備えた雌コネクタであって、前記絶縁プロテクタには前記ハウジングのうち前記フード部によって外嵌されない後方部分を支持することで外嵌される前記前方部分を前記絶縁プロテクタから浮き上がり状態に保持する支持台部が設けられている配線モジュール。 - 前記移動規制手段として、前記支持台部には、前記雌コネクタの背面部の前記検知電線が導入される領域の外側領域を係止することで、前記ハウジングの後方への移動を規制する後止め部が一体に設けられている、請求項1に記載の配線モジュール。
- 前記移動規制手段として、前記支持台部には前記雌コネクタの前記ハウジングの側壁に接することで前記雌コネクタの側方への移動を規制する一対の横止め部が一体に設けられている、請求項1または請求項2に記載の配線モジュール。
- 前記移動規制手段として、前記支持台部には前記雌コネクタの前記ハウジングの天板に接することで前記雌コネクタの上方への移動を規制する上止め部が前記一対の横止め部の各々に一体的に設けられている、請求項3に記載の配線モジュール。
- 前記移動規制手段として、前記絶縁プロテクタのうち前記雌コネクタの前記ハウジングが浮き上がり状態にある部分に対応して前記雌コネクタの後方を自由端とした片持ち状の弾性片が設けられ、
前記弾性片は、前記雌コネクタが前記相手方コネクタと嵌合していない状態において、前記雌コネクタのハウジングに前記自由端を係止させることで前記雌コネクタの前方への移動を規制し、前記相手方コネクタが前記雌コネクタと嵌合する際には前記相手方コネクタの前記フード部に押圧されて前記フード部の嵌合経路の外に弾性的に変位する、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の配線モジュール。 - 前記絶縁プロテクタには、前記雌コネクタと前記相手方コネクタとが嵌合した状態において前記両コネクタを覆うカバー部が設けられると共に、前記雌コネクタの前記ハウジングには前記フード部によって外嵌されない部分に突出するリブ部が突設され、
前記移動規制手段として、前記カバー部には嵌合された前記両コネクタを覆う状態で前記リブ部の前面に接触可能な前止め部が設けられている、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の配線モジュール。
