Description

型は、型の外部と連通する1つ以上の通気溝をさらに備え、その通気溝は、内表面の凹部として形成され、前記のキャビティまたは突出部を画定する縁に沿って配置され、それぞれの通気溝は、所定の幅および深さを有し、それぞれの通気溝について、前記の所定の壁厚との以下の関係が満たされるようになっている:
容器の壁厚/L ≧ 1/10 および
容器の壁厚/H ≧ 1/10
容器の壁厚/L ≧ 1/10 および
容器の壁厚/H ≧ 1/10
Claims (12)
- 所定の壁厚を有する熱可塑性容器をブローするためのブロー型であって、
ブロー型は、閉位置でブロー型を形成する、少なくとも2つの半型(1)と、底部型(2,3)と、を備え、
ブロー型は、熱可塑性容器の外表面を型で作るように形作られた内表面(28,29)を有し、
ブロー型の前記内表面(28,29)は、
1つ以上のキャビティ(11)および/または突出部(10)であって、熱可塑性容器の外表面の対応する各突出部および/またはキャビティを形成するように形作られた、1つ以上のキャビティおよび/または突出部、を備え、
ブロー型は、前記キャビティまたは突出部を画定する縁に沿って配置された、内表面(28,29)の凹部のような形をした、ブロー型の外部と連通する1つ以上の通気溝(4)をさらに備え、
それぞれの通気溝(4)は、それぞれの通気溝(4)について、前記所定の壁厚との以下の関係:
熱可塑性容器の壁厚/L ≧ 1/10 および
熱可塑性容器の壁厚/H ≧ 1/10
が満たされるような所定の幅(L)および所定の深さ(H)を有する、ブロー型。 - 請求項1に記載のブロー型であって、前記1つ以上の溝(4)の少なくとも1つの溝に沿って配置された複数の第1通気孔(5)が設けられ、ブロー型の外部と連通するようになっている、ブロー型。
- 請求項2に記載のブロー型であって、それぞれの第1通気孔(5)は、少なくとも1つの溝(4)の所定の幅(L)以下である直径を有する、ブロー型。
- 請求項3に記載のブロー型であって、前記1つ以上の溝(4)と異なる型の領域に1つ以上の第2通気孔(6)を備える、ブロー型。
- 請求項4に記載のブロー型であって、第1通気孔(5)および第2通気孔(6)は、型壁の厚さ全体を通る、ブロー型。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のブロー型であって、熱可塑性材料製プリフォームの主に長手方向で延伸作業と共にブロー作業を行いやすい、ブロー型。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のブロー型であって、それぞれの溝(4)は、所定の幅(L)および所定の深さ(H)よりもはるかに大きい長さを有する、ブロー型。
- 請求項7に記載のブロー型であって、前記長さは、前記所定の幅(L)より少なくとも5倍大きく、前記長さは、前記所定の深さ(H)より少なくとも5倍大きい、ブロー型。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のブロー型であって、前記幅(L)は、0.1〜2mmの範囲にある、ブロー型。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のブロー型であって、前記深さ(H)は、0.1〜2mmの範囲にある、ブロー型。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のブロー型であって、前記1つ以上の溝の少なくとも1つの溝(4)は、型の分割線に通じ、ブロー型の外部と連通するようになっている、ブロー型。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のブロー型であって、前記縁は、ブロー型の内表面(28,29)の凹面の変化がある領域であり、溝によって残される跡をカモフラージュするようになっている、ブロー型。
