Description
Claims (5)
- 駆動輪とエンジンとの間の駆動力を断接する摩擦板式油圧クラッチの油路に無効ストローク詰め用の待機油圧を付与するクラッチ制御装置において、
スロットル操作に応じて開始する無効ストローク詰めの開始時に無効ストローク詰め準備油圧を上回る初期無効ストローク詰め油圧を所定時間だけ発生させる手段(50,60)と、
前記初期無効ストローク詰め後に無効ストローク詰め準備油圧を発生させる手段(50,60)と、
前回の初期無効ストローク詰めの実施から今回の初期無効ストローク詰めタイミングまでの経過時間が所定の禁止期間内であると今回の初期無効ストローク詰めを禁止して無効ストローク詰め準備油圧を継続する手段(61)とを具備したことを特徴とするクラッチ制御装置。 - 前記所定時間が油温およびスロットル開度に基づいて定められる(10,20)ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記所定時間を、無効ストローク詰めの開始タイミングにおける油圧クラッチの入口油路の油圧(165)に応じて所定の引き去り時間だけ短縮する手段(30,40,50)を具備したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記禁止期間が油温に基づいて定められることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記各油圧を発生させる油圧ポンプが発生する油圧を所定の油圧に制限する油圧制限バルブを具備し、
前記所定時間では当該油圧制限バルブが全開にされ、前記油圧ポンプからの油圧が油圧クラッチに直接導入されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のクラッチ制御装置。
