Description
織りフェルトから作られた最下層であって、その上面が箔又は熱可塑性ポリウレタンで被覆されている、最下層と、
織りフェルトから作られ、且つ最下層上に位置付けられ、最下層に接続された最上層と、
車のルーフ上に位置付けられる一方で、ルーフ構造体が閉じている場合に、側面部分、ルーフ金属構造体を形成する輪郭に対応する部分、及びこれらの輪郭と接触する部分を除いて、最下層と最上層との間に位置付けられたポリウレタン発泡体と
を備える。
織りフェルトから作られた最下層の、箔又は熱可塑性ポリウレタンで被覆された上面にポリウレタン発泡体を注入するステップと、
ルーフ断熱材の側面部分、及びルーフ断熱材が車のルーフ上に位置付けられる場合に、且つルーフ構造体が開いている又は閉じている場合に、ルーフ金属構造体を形成する輪郭に対応する部分、及びこれらの輪郭と接触する部分を除いて、ポリウレタン発泡体が最下層上の所望の部分に伝達することを可能にするために、型枠を最下層上に位置付けるステップと、
型枠が取り外された後、ポリウレタン発泡体が注入された最下層上に最上層を位置付けし、熱を介して最下層と最上層とを接続するステップと、
ルーフの内部形状に合わせて切断を行うステップと
を含む。
織りフェルトから作られた最下層(5)であって、その上面(7)が箔又は熱可塑性ポリウレタン(6)で被覆されている、最下層(5)と、
織りフェルトから作られ、且つ最下層(5)上に位置付けられ、最下層(5)に接続された最上層(10)と、
車のルーフ上に位置付けられた場合に、ルーフ構造体が閉じている場合に、側面(40)部分、ルーフ金属構造体を形成する輪郭に対応する部分、及びこれらの輪郭と接触する部分を除いて、最下層(5)と最上層(10)との間に位置付けられたポリウレタン発泡体(15)と
を備える。
織りフェルトから作られた最下層(5)の、箔又は熱可塑性ポリウレタン(6)で被覆されてもよい上面(7)にポリウレタン発泡体(15)を注入するステップと、
ルーフ断熱材(1)の側面(40)部分、及びルーフ断熱材(1)が車のルーフ上に位置付けられる場合に、且つルーフ構造体が開いている又は閉じている場合に、ルーフ金属構造体を形成する輪郭に対応する部分、及びこれらの輪郭と接触する部分を除いて、ポリウレタン発泡体(15)が最下層(5)上の所望の部分に伝達することを可能にするために、型枠(30)を最下層(5)上に位置付けるステップと、
型枠(30)が取り外された後、ポリウレタン発泡体(15)が注入された最下層(5)上に最上層(10)を位置付けし、熱を介して最下層(5)と最上層(10)とを接続するステップと、
ルーフの内部形状に合わせて切断を行うステップと
を含む。

Claims (2)
- ソフトトップ(布地ベース、可撓性)構造体を有するコンバーチブル車における使用のためのルーフ断熱材(1)の製造方法であって、前記ルーフ断熱材(1)は、
織りフェルトから作られた最下層(5)であって、その上面(7)が箔又は熱可塑性ポリウレタン(6)で被覆されている、最下層(5)と、
前記最下層(5)上に位置付けられ、前記最下層(5)に接続されている、織りフェルトから作られた最上層(10)と、
前記車のルーフ上に位置付けられ、ルーフ構造体が閉じている場合に、側面(40)部分、ルーフ金属構造体を形成する輪郭に対応する部分、及び前記輪郭と接触する部分を除いて、前記最下層(5)と前記最上層(10)との間に位置付けられたポリウレタン発泡体(15)と
を備え、
織りフェルトから作られた前記最下層(5)の、箔又は熱可塑性ポリウレタン(6)で被覆された前記上面(7)にポリウレタン発泡体(15)を注入するステップと、
前記ルーフ断熱材(1)の側面(40)部分、及び前記ルーフ断熱材(1)が前記車の前記ルーフ上に位置付けられる場合に、且つ前記ルーフ構造体が開いている又は閉じている場合に、ルーフ金属構造体を形成する輪郭に対応する部分、及び前記輪郭と接触する部分を除いて、前記ポリウレタン発泡体(15)が前記最下層(5)上の所望の部分に伝達することを可能にするために、型枠(30)を前記最下層(5)上に位置付けるステップと、
前記型枠(30)が取り外された後、前記ポリウレタン発泡体(15)が注入された前記最下層(5)上に前記最上層(10)を位置付けし、熱を介して前記最下層(5)と前記最上層(10)とを接続するステップと、
前記ルーフの内部形状に合わせて切断を行うステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記型枠(30)は、前記ルーフ断熱材(1)の前記側面(40)部分上に位置付けられる場合に、且つ前記ルーフ断熱材(1)が前記車のルーフ上に位置付けられる場合に、前記ルーフ構造体が開いている又は閉じている場合に、ルーフ金属構造体を形成する輪郭に対応し、且つ前記輪郭に接触する区域上に前記ポリウレタン発泡体(15)が位置付けられることを妨げる突起部(35)を備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
