Description
Claims (13)
- 電磁的操作弁(1)であって、
‐閉じ位置において第1の軸方向端部(9)で前記弁(1)の流体チャネル(11)内の封止受座(10)を閉じるよう構成された軸方向に変位可能な弁スライダ(2,3,4)と、
‐前記封止受座(10)と前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)の前記第1の軸方向端部(9)との間に位置していて前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)を流体密シールで前記流体チャネル(11)から隔離する折り畳みベロー(6)付きの封止要素(5)と、
‐前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)の一部としての軸方向に動くことができる磁石アーマチュア(2)と、
‐通電可能なコイル(12)とを有し、
前記磁石アーマチュア(2)を前記閉じ位置に動かし又は前記磁石アーマチュア(2)に作用する機械的荷重に抗して前記コイル(12)の通電によって前記磁石アーマチュア(2)を前記閉じ位置から動かして、前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)を動かすことができる、電磁的操作弁において、
前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)は、前記第1の軸方向端部(9)と反対側の前記第2の軸方向端部(8)に、前記磁石アーマチュア(2)から遠ざかって前記軸方向に突き出た案内ピン(3)を有し、前記案内ピンは、前記磁石アーマチュア(2)の外径と比較して減少した直径を備えた表面を有し、前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)は、該弁スライダが前記案内ピン(3)の前記表面上で前記軸方向に摺動するよう支持され、前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)は、該弁スライダが少なくとも1つのばね要素(7)によって動くことができるよう前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)の前記第1の軸方向端部(9)に向いた前記磁石アーマチュア(2)の側が半径方向に位置合わせされている、弁。 - 電磁的操作弁(1)であって、
‐閉じ位置において第1の軸方向端部(9)で前記弁(1)の流体チャネル(11)内の封止受座(10)を閉じるよう構成された軸方向に変位可能な弁スライダ(2,3,4)と、
‐前記封止受座(10)と前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)の前記第1の軸方向端部(9)との間に位置していて前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)を流体密シールで前記流体チャネル(11)から隔離する折り畳みベロー(6)付きの封止要素(5)と、
‐前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)の一部としての軸方向に動くことができる磁石アーマチュア(2)と、
‐通電可能なコイル(12)とを有し、
前記磁石アーマチュア(2)を前記閉じ位置に動かし又は前記磁石アーマチュア(2)に作用する機械的荷重に抗して前記コイル(12)の通電によって前記磁石アーマチュア(2)を前記閉じ位置から動かして、前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)を動かすことができる、電磁的操作弁において、
前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)は、前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)の前記第1の軸方向端部(9)に向いた前記磁石アーマチュア(2)の側から、前記磁石アーマチュア(2)から遠ざかって前記軸方向に突き出た案内ピン(3)を有し、前記案内ピンは、前記磁石アーマチュア(2)の外径と比較して減少した直径を備えた表面を有し、前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)は、該弁スライダが前記案内ピン(3)の前記表面上を前記軸方向に摺動するよう支持され、前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)は、半径方向に位置合わせされると共に少なくとも1つのばね要素(7)によって該弁スライダは前記第1の軸方向端部(9)と反対側の第2の軸方向端部(8)が前記軸方向に動くことができるよう支持されている、弁。 - 前記案内ピン(3)と協働する停止部(17)を有し、前記停止部は、前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)の軸方向運動を制限するようになっている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の弁。
- 前記停止部(17)は、ゴム材料で作られた減衰要素から成る、請求項3記載の弁。
- 前記ばね要素(7)は、前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)及び前記弁(1)のハウジングに静止連結方式で連結されている、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載の弁。
- 前記ばね要素(7)は、弛緩状態では平板状であり且つ前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)の変位軸線(20)に垂直な平面内に延びている、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載の弁。
- 前記ばね要素(7)は、前記弁(1)の無電流状態において前記封止受座(10)の方向に偏向され、前記コイル(12)を通電すると、前記ばね要素を逆方向に偏向させることができる、請求項6記載の弁。
- 前記封止要素(5)は、一端が閉鎖されると共に前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)の前記第1の軸方向端部(9)上に配置され、前記封止要素(5)の閉鎖端部(21)は、前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)の前記閉じ位置において前記封止受座(10)と流体密連結方式で封止するようになっている、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載の弁。
- 前記ばね要素(7)は、湾曲した又は本質的にS字形のばねレッグを備えた環状要素であり、前記弁スライダは、前記ばね要素によって中心合わせされるようなっている、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一に記載の弁。
- 前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)は、前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)の前記第1の軸方向端部(9)に向いた前記磁石アーマチュア(2)の側で前記磁石アーマチュア(2)に連結されると共に前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)の前記第1の軸方向端部(9)を形成するラム(4)を有する、請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一に記載の弁。
- 前記封止要素(5)は、前記ラム(4)上で前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)の前記第1の軸方向端部(9)に連結され、前記封止要素は又、前記弁スライダ(2,3,4)の変位につれて動くようになっている、請求項10記載の弁。
- 前記弁(1)の少なくとも1つの駆動部を包囲したプラスチック外装(15)を更に有する、請求項1〜11のうちいずれか一に記載の弁。
- 患者の治療のための、特に透析のための、体外循環を提供する装置(50)であって、少なくとも1つの流体チャネル(55,56)及び前記流体チャネル(55,56)内に設けられていて前記流体チャネル(55,56)を通る流体の流れを制御するための請求項1〜12のうちいずれか一に記載の弁(1)を少なくとも1つ有する、装置。
