Description
Claims (11)
- ハウジング(12,36)と、
前記ハウジング(12,36)内に配置された電磁アクチュエータ(10)と、
前記ハウジング(12,36)から軸線方向で突出し、かつ、前記アクチュエータ(10)のアーマチュア(30)に接続されて運動可能であり、かつ、前記アーマチュア(30)とともに運動ユニット(44)を形成している、制御体(42)と、
前記アクチュエータ(10)のコア(18)から離れる向きでの前記運動ユニット(44)の軸線方向運動を軸線方向で制限する手段と、
を備えた、内燃機関用電磁弁において、
前記運動ユニット(44)の軸線方向運動を制限する前記手段は、前記ハウジング(12,36)に配置されておりかつ前記運動ユニット(44)の半径方向の凹部(76)に係合する少なくとも1つのフック(88)によって形成されており、
前記凹部(76)は、前記制御体(42)において、前記アーマチュア(30)の、前記コア(18)とは反対側の軸線方向端部から延在している、
ことを特徴とする、内燃機関用電磁弁。 - 前記少なくとも1つのフック(88)は、前記ハウジング(12,36)の1つのハウジング部(36)と一体に構成されている、
請求項1に記載の内燃機関用電磁弁。 - 前記ハウジング(12,36)は、アクチュエータハウジング部(12)と接続ハウジング部(36)とを有しており、
前記アクチュエータハウジング部(12)には、コイル(14)がコイル支持体(16)上に配置されており、
前記接続ハウジング部(36)は、前記制御体(42)の円筒外面(48)を包囲するリング状のハウジング壁(46)を有しており、
前記フック(88)は前記接続ハウジング部(36)に構成されている、
請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関用電磁弁。 - 前記接続ハウジング部(36)から軸線方向で少なくとも1つの保持エレメント(86)が延在しており、前記保持エレメント(86)の端部に、当該保持エレメント(86)の半径方向内側の縁部から延在する前記フック(88)が形成されている、
請求項3に記載の内燃機関用電磁弁。 - 前記フック(88)の一方の端部から前記アーマチュア(30)の中心軸線までの半径方向距離は、前記アーマチュア(30)の半径より小さい、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関用電磁弁。 - 前記コア(18)から前記フック(88)までの軸線方向距離は、少なくとも、前記制御体(42)が前記電磁弁の組み付け状態で弁座に載置された位置での、前記コア(18)とは反対側の前記アーマチュア(30)の軸線方向端部の距離に等しい、
請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関用電磁弁。 - 前記凹部(76)の軸線方向高さは、少なくとも、前記電磁弁の組み付け状態での前記アーマチュア(30)の調整距離に、前記フック(88)の軸線方向の延在長さ、及び、前記制御体(42)が前記弁座に載置された位置での前記アーマチュア(30)から前記フック(88)までの距離を加算したものに等しい、
請求項6に記載の内燃機関用電磁弁。 - 前記制御体(42)は、内側の中空体(56)と、これに固定されたほぼ円筒形の中空体(54)とを有し、
前記内側の中空体(56)は、半径方向で前記ほぼ円筒形の中空体(54)の内部に配置されており、
前記凹部(76)は、前記内側の中空体(56)の軸線方向セクション(74)に構成されている、
請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関用電磁弁。 - 3つの前記フック(88)が、前記ハウジング(12,36)の周上に均等に分散されて構成されている、
請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関用電磁弁。 - 前記3つのフック(88)とその保持エレメント(86)とが、前記周上に均等に分散されて、ばね(82)のガイドセクション(84)として用いられるリングセグメント状の複数の突出部の中間空間に配置されており、
前記複数の突出部は、前記接続ハウジング部(36)の中央開口(40)を包囲し、前記接続ハウジング部(36)から前記制御体(42)の方向で延在している、
