Description
本出願は、2016年03月31日に出願された大韓民国特許出願第10−2016−0039685号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、該当韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として組み入れるものとする。
本出願は、化合物、硬化性組成物及びその用途に関する。

本明細書で適用したIRスペクトラムの測定条件は、下記の通りである。測定時には、air状態をbase lineにした。
測定器:Agilent Cary 660 FTIR Spectrometer
ATR:PIKE Technologies 025−2018 MiracleZnse perf crystal plate
測定波長:400〜4000nm
測定温度:25℃
重量平均分子量(Mn)は、GPCを使用して以下の条件で測定し、検量線の製作には、Agilent systemの標準ポリスチレンを使用して測定結果を換算した。
測定器:Agilent GPC(Agilent 1200 series、U.S.)
コラム:PL Mixed B 2個連結
コラム温度:40℃
溶離液:THF(Tetrahydrofuran)
流速:1.0mL/min
濃度:〜1mg/mL(100μL injection)
実施例及び比較例で得られた硬化性組成物を硬化させて、直径8mm及び厚さ1mmのサイズで切断して円形サンプルを製造した後、ARES(Advanced Rheometrics Expansion System)装置を使用してFrequency Sweep modeで、25℃及び1Hz周波数で弾性率を測定した。
引張強度は、ASTM D412方式で、UTM(Zwick/Roell Z005)を利用して1mm厚さの試片を速度50mm/minで引張しながら測定した。
実施例及び比較例で得られた硬化性組成物を硬化させて、幅15mm、長さ100mm及び厚さ250μmのサイズで切断して試片を製造した後、これを25℃で180度の剥離角度及び300mm/minの剥離速度で、TA−XT2plus[Tension]を利用して剥離力を測定した。
前記化学式1で、nが0であり、mが3であり、Bが化学式2の鎖であり、前記化学式2の鎖が下記化学式Fで示される化合物は、次の方式で合成した。窒素ガスが還流されて温度調節が容易になるようにヒーティング(heating)装置、冷却器及び温度計が設置された反応器に、PPG(Polypropylene glycol)(重量平均分子量:6000)及び触媒(Dibutyltin Dilaurate)を78:0.002の重量割合(PPG:触媒)で注入し、温度をゆっくり昇温して55℃で維持した。以後、AOI(2−isocyanatoethyl acrylate)を最終的に78:0.002:1.8の重量の割合(PPG:触媒:AOI)になるように30分間ゆっくり滴下し、追加で同じ温度で1時間の間撹拌して1次化合物を合成した。前記反応時間は、IRスペクトラム(Infrared spectrum)を通じて決定し、反応前のIRスペクトラムにおいて2270cm−1で確認されるNCOピークが完全に消えるまで反応させた。
実施例1で製造された化合物、1官能反応性オリゴマー、非反応性オリゴマー、希釈用単量体及び開始剤を、10:3:51:36:0.32の重量の割合(反応性オリゴマー:実施例1の化合物:非反応性オリゴマー:希釈用単量体:開始剤)で混合して、硬化性組成物を製造した。
実施例2の1官能反応性オリゴマー及び非反応性オリゴマー、希釈用単量体及び開始剤を、10:54:36:0.32の重量の割合(反応性オリゴマー:非反応性オリゴマー:希釈用単量体:開始剤)で混合して、硬化性組成物を製造した。
実施例2の1官能反応性オリゴマー、2官能反応性オリゴマー及び実施例2の非反応性オリゴマー、実施例2の希釈用単量体及び実施例2の開始剤を、10:3:51:36:0.32の重量の割合(反応性オリゴマー(1官能):反応性オリゴマー(2官能):非反応性オリゴマー:希釈用単量体:開始剤)で混合して、硬化性組成物を製造した。
実施例2の1官能反応性オリゴマー及び非反応性オリゴマー、希釈用単量体及び開始剤、そして、MFA(DIPENTAERYTHRITOL HEXAACRYLATE)を、10:51:36:0.32:3の重量の割合(反応性オリゴマー:非反応性オリゴマー:希釈用単量体:開始剤:MFA)で混合して、硬化性組成物を製造した。
Claims (15)
- 下記化学式1の化合物。
- 化学式1のコア(A)及び鎖(B)は、各々一つ以上のポリアルキレンオキシド単位を含む、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- ポリアルキレンオキシド単位は、ポリエチレンオキシド単位またはポリプロピレンオキシド単位である、請求項2に記載の化合物。
- 化学式1のコア(A)は、ポリアルキレンポリオール由来のコアである、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- ポリアルキレンポリオールは、重量平均分子量が1000〜10、000の範囲内である、請求項4に記載の化合物。
- 化学式2及び3で、L1、L2及びL4は、各々独立的に酸素原子、硫黄原子、アルキレン基、アルケニレン基またはアルキニレン基であるか、下記化学式DまたはEで表示されるリンカーである、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 化学式2及び3で、−L1−Q1−L2−の構造または−L3−Q2−L4−の構造は、ジイソシアネート化合物由来の構造である、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- ジイソシアネート化合物は、トリレンジイソシアネート、キシレンジイソシアネート、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、イソボロンジイソシアネート、テトラメチルキシレンジイソシアネートまたはナフタリンジイソシアネートである、請求項7に記載の化合物。
- 化学式2の[−O−A1−]nは、ポリアルキレングリコール由来の構造である、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 化学式3のAは、ポリアルキレンポリオール由来のコアである、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 化学式1で、nは、0であり、mは、3以上の数であり、Bは、下記化学式2の鎖である、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 化学式1で、nは、1以上であり、mは、1以上であり、Bは、下記化学式2の鎖である、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 請求項1に記載の化学式1の化合物を含む、硬化性組成物。
- 下記化学式1の化合物を含む硬化性組成物で接合された表示体と光学機能材料を含む、表示パネル。
- 下記化学式1の化合物を含む硬化性組成物で接合されたタッチパネルと表示パネルを含む、ディスプレイ装置。
