Claims (5)
- 正側直流母線と出力ノードとの間に設けられた正側スイッチング素子と、
負側直流母線と前記出力ノードとの間に設けられた負側スイッチング素子と、
前記正側スイッチング素子をオンオフさせる正側ゲート駆動回路と、
前記負側スイッチング素子をオンオフさせる負側ゲート駆動回路と、
前記正側スイッチング素子および前記負側スイッチング素子のオンオフを指示するゲート信号を前記正側ゲート駆動回路および前記負側ゲート駆動回路に送信するゲート信号制御部と、
を備え、
前記ゲート信号制御部は、前記正側直流母線と前記負側直流母線との間の短絡が検出されたとき、前記正側スイッチング素子を一旦オンさせた後にオフさせる第1のゲート信号を前記正側ゲート駆動回路に送信し、前記負側スイッチング素子を一旦オンさせた後にオフさせる第2のゲート信号を、前記第1のゲート信号の送信タイミングと異ならせて前記負側ゲート駆動回路に送信する電力変換装置。 - 前記ゲート信号制御部は、前記第1のゲート信号および前記第2のゲート信号のいずれか一方の送信を行ってから所定時間の経過後、他方の送信を行う請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記ゲート信号制御部は、前記第1のゲート信号の送信と、前記第2のゲート信号の送信とを、交互に複数回繰り返す請求項1または2に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記ゲート信号制御部は、
前記正側直流母線と前記負側直流母線との間の短絡が検出されたときに、前記出力ノードに接続されるモータジェネレータが回転していた場合、前記第1のゲート信号および前記第2のゲート信号の送信を行わずに、前記正側スイッチング素子または前記負側スイッチング素子が短絡故障しているとみなし、
前記正側直流母線と前記負側直流母線との間の短絡が検出されたときに、前記モータジェネレータが停止していた場合、前記第1のゲート信号の送信および前記第2のゲート信号の送信を行うことで、前記短絡が前記正側ゲート駆動回路および前記負側ゲート駆動回路のいずれか一方または双方の誤動作によるものであれば前記短絡から復帰させる請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換装置。 - エンジンの駆動に基づいて発電を行うモータジェネレータと、
前記モータジェネレータとの間で電力の授受を行う電力変換装置と、
前記電力変換装置の制御を行う車両制御部と、
を備え、
前記電力変換装置は、
正側直流母線と出力ノードとの間に設けられた正側スイッチング素子と、
負側直流母線と前記出力ノードとの間に設けられた負側スイッチング素子と、
前記正側スイッチング素子をオンオフさせる正側ゲート駆動回路と、
前記負側スイッチング素子をオンオフさせる負側ゲート駆動回路と、
前記正側スイッチング素子および前記負側スイッチング素子のオンオフを指示するゲート信号を前記正側ゲート駆動回路および前記負側ゲート駆動回路に送信するゲート信号制御部と、
を備え、
前記ゲート信号制御部は、前記正側直流母線と前記負側直流母線との間の短絡が検出されたとき、前記正側スイッチング素子を一旦オンさせた後にオフさせる第1のゲート信号を前記正側ゲート駆動回路に送信し、前記負側スイッチング素子を一旦オンさせた後にオフさせる第2のゲート信号を、前記第1のゲート信号の送信タイミングと異ならせて前記負側ゲート駆動回路に送信し、
前記車両制御部は、リアゲートおよびリアドアのいずれか一方または双方が開いている場合、前記電力変換装置に前記モータジェネレータを停止させる車両。
