Description
1.材料
1−1.マグネシウム塩
・マグネシウム ビストリフルオロメタンスルホンイミド(Mg(TFSA)2、キシダ化学製、粉末)
1−2.溶媒分子
・モノグライム(関東化学製、脱水品)
・ジグライム(関東化学製、脱水品)
・トリグライム(関東化学製、脱水品)
・シクロペンチルメチルエーテル(CPME、関東化学製、脱水品)
・メチルtert−ブチルエーテル(MTBE、関東化学製、脱水品)
・テトラヒドロフラン(THF、関東化学製、脱水品)
・ジエチルカーボネート(DEC、関東化学製、脱水品)
・ジエチルカーボネート(DMC、関東化学製、脱水品)
・エチレンカーボネート(EC、関東化学製、脱水品)
・フルオロエチレンカーボネート(FEC、東京化成製、減圧下100℃で1週間乾燥)
・プロピレンカーボネート(PC、関東化学製、脱水品)
・アセトニトリル(AN、関東化学製、脱水品)
Mg(TFSA)2及び溶媒を、表2に示す組み合わせ及び比率で含み、室温(25℃)で固体である電解質の試料を、以下の手順で調製した。
アルゴンガスを充填したグローブボックス(MBraun社製、UniLab2000)内で、Mg(TFSA)2を密閉式ガラス製反応容器に秤量した。Mg(TFSA)2は、予め減圧下、100℃で乾燥させた。次いで、反応容器に、アルゴン雰囲気下でマイクロシリンジを用いて所定量の溶媒を添加した。Mg(TFSA)2及び溶媒を、マグネティックスターラーで室温下で撹拌して、Mg(TFSA)2と溶媒分子との粉末状の混合物を得た。
得られた粉末状の混合物を、グローブボックス内で、メノウ製乳棒及び乳鉢を用いて粉砕した。粉砕後の粉末を、ハンドプレスを用いて圧縮することで、直径13mm、厚さ約1mmの円盤状に成形して、電解質材料の固体試料を得た。
3−1.示差走査熱量(DSC)測定
電解質材料の試料に関して、以下の条件で示差走査熱量測定を行った。
・測定装置:DSC−60(島津製作所製)
・昇温速度:10℃/分
電解質材料の固体試料を密閉式電気化学評価セルに導入し、80℃にて2日間熱処理した。その後、マルチチャンネル型のポテンショスタット/ガルバノスタット(Biologic社製、VSP3)を用いて、交流インピーダンス法によってイオン伝導度を測定した。測定は、−30℃から80℃の範囲の10℃刻みの各温度で行った。試料の温度が一定になるまで各温度で3時間静置した後、イオン伝導度を測定した。試料の温度は小型環境試験器(エスペック社製、SU-241)を用いて制御した。
Claims (7)
- マグネシウム塩と、溶媒分子と、を含む電解質材料であって、
前記マグネシウム塩のうち一部が、前記溶媒分子と溶媒和物を形成しており、
当該電解質材料が25℃で固体又は半固体であり、
前記溶媒分子が、モノグライム、ジグライム、トリグライム、及びシクロペンチルメチルエーテルからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物を含み、
前記溶媒和物の分子結晶における前記マグネシウム塩に対する前記溶媒分子のモル比がr 0 で、前記電解質材料における前記マグネシウム塩に対する前記溶媒分子のモル比がr 1 であるとき、r 1 /r 0 が0.1以上0.9以下である、
マグネシウム二次電池用電解質材料。 - 前記溶媒分子が、オキシ基を有するエーテル化合物を含む、請求項3に記載のマグネシウム二次電池用電解質材料。
- 前記溶媒分子が、モノグライム、ジグライム、トリグライム、及びシクロペンチルメチルエーテルからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物を含む、請求項3に記載のマグネシウム二次電池用電解質材料。
- 前記溶媒和物が融点を有しており、
当該電解質材料が前記溶媒和物の融点以上の温度で固体又は半固体である、
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のマグネシウム二次電池用電解質材料。 - 正極及び負極と、これらの間に配置され請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のマグネシウム二次電池用電解質材料を含む電解質と、を備える、マグネシウム二次電池。
