Description
前記溶融混練は前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物を成形機に投入する前に行われ、
前記(A)熱可塑性樹脂が、スチレン系樹脂、ゴム変性スチレン系樹脂、ポリフェニレンエーテル系樹脂から選ばれる少なくとも1種であり、
前記(B)熱膨張性マイクロカプセルの熱膨張開始温度が150℃〜200℃であり、
前記(A)熱可塑性樹脂100質量部に対して、前記(B)熱膨張性マイクロカプセルを0.1〜15質量部含有し、
前記溶融混練時の、前記二軸押出機のシリンダー温度が140〜180℃であり、前記二軸押出機のダイ部においてデジタル温度計を用いて測定される溶融樹脂組成物温度が180〜210℃であることを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法。
(2).前記(B)熱膨張性マイクロカプセルの、レーザー回折法により測定されたメジアン径(D50)が1μm〜50μmであることを特徴とする上記(1)に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法。
(B)熱膨張性マイクロカプセルの膨張開始温度は、150〜200℃である。

移動相:テトラヒドロフラン
試料濃度:0.2質量%
温度:オーブン40℃、注入口35℃、検出器35℃

DMA機種:TA Instruments製Q−800型
デジタル温度計:カスタム社製CT−1310D
センサープローブ:カスタム社製LK−800
射出成形機:日本製鋼所株式会社製J100E−P
成形品(寸法):角板(長さ100mm×幅100mm×厚さ3mm)
シリンダー温度:230℃
金型温度:40℃
軽量化度=100−[(B)熱膨張性マイクロカプセルを含有する熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなる成形品の比重/熱可塑性樹脂のみからなる成形品の比重]×100 (1)
ここで成形品の密度は、下記条件の射出成形にて角板(長さ100mm×幅100mm×厚さ3mm)を作製し、23℃,20RHに24時間放置後、比重計を用いて測定した。
測定した成形品の軽量化度が5%以上であれば合格、軽量化による環境負荷低減の効果が低いため5%未満は不合格とした。
射出成形機:日本製鋼所株式会社製J100E−P
シリンダー温度:230℃
金型温度:60℃
電子比重計:アルファミラージュ製MDS−300
○:ブツ無し、×:ブツ有り
Claims (2)
- (A)熱可塑性樹脂および(B)熱膨張性マイクロカプセルを含有し、前記(A)熱可塑性樹脂および前記(B)熱膨張性マイクロカプセルを成形工程以前に予め二軸押出機にて溶融混練する熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法であって、
前記溶融混練は前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物を成形機に投入する前に行われ、
前記(A)熱可塑性樹脂が、スチレン系樹脂、ゴム変性スチレン系樹脂、ポリフェニレンエーテル系樹脂から選ばれる少なくとも1種であり、
前記(B)熱膨張性マイクロカプセルの熱膨張開始温度が150℃〜200℃であり、
前記(A)熱可塑性樹脂100質量部に対して、前記(B)熱膨張性マイクロカプセルを0.1〜15質量部含有し、
前記溶融混練時の、前記二軸押出機のシリンダー温度が140〜180℃であり、前記二軸押出機のダイ部においてデジタル温度計を用いて測定される溶融樹脂組成物温度が180〜210℃であることを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法。 - 前記(B)熱膨張性マイクロカプセルの、レーザー回折法により測定されたメジアン径(D50)が1μm〜50μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法。
