Description
以下のプロセスを使用して、表2及び3の単層フィルムを生成した。
機械的強度
引張り強度、破断伸度、セカント係数2%、及び引張り係数を、ASTM D882に従って試験した。エルメンドルフ引裂き強度を、ASTM D1922に従って試験した。ダート衝撃を、ASTM D1709に従って試験した。
IR透過率をNicolet(商標)6700フーリエ変換型赤外線(FTIR)分光計で、4cm−1の分解能で試験した。各フィルム試料を32回走査した。
濁度及び透明性をBYK−Gardner濁度計数機で試験した。濁度値をASTM D1003に従って測定し、透明性をASTM D1746に従って測定した。
本願は以下の発明に関するものである。
(1) フィルムであって、
0.900g/cc〜0.930g/ccの範囲の密度及びASTM D1238に従って測定される場合、0.3g/10分〜2.0g/10分の溶融指数(I 2 )を有する低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、
0.900g/cc〜0.930g/ccの範囲の密度及び0.3g/10分〜2.0g/10分の溶融指数I 2 を有する線状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)、ならびに 3重量%〜27重量%の範囲の酢酸ビニル含有量及び0.2g/10分〜10g/10分の溶融指数I 2 を有するエチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー
から選択される、少なくとも1つのポリマーと、
(i)層状複水酸化物、及び(ii)1.5〜20μmの中位径(D50)により定義される粒径分布を有する無機粉末複合体を含む、ハイブリッド充填剤と、を含む、フィルム。
(2) 前記無機粉末複合体の前記D50が、5μm未満である、上記(1)に記載のフィルム。
(3) 前記フィルムが、前記フィルムの総重量に基づいて、0.2重量%〜13重量%の前記ハイブリッド充填剤を含む、上記(1または2)のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
(4) 前記フィルムが、前記フィルムの総重量に基づいて、0.2重量%〜8重量%の前記ハイブリッド充填剤を含む、上記(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
(5) 前記フィルムが、0.1重量%〜8重量%の前記層状複水酸化物と、0.1重量%〜5重量%の前記無機粉末複合体と、を含む、上記(1)〜(4)のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
(6) 前記層状複水酸化物及び前記無機粉末複合体の重量比が、0.2〜5である、上記(1)〜(5)のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
(7) 前記ハイブリッド充填剤の屈折率が、1.49〜1.53である、上記(1)〜(6)のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
(8) 前記層状複水酸化物が、以下の式を特徴とし、
(Al 2 Li (1−x) M 2+ (x+y) (OH) (6+2y) ) 2 (CO 3 2− ) (1+x) ・mH 2 O、
式中、M 2+ が、Mg、Zn、Ca、Fe、Cu、Mn、及びNiから選択される少なくとも1つの二価金属イオンであり、m、x、及びyがそれぞれ、0≦m<10、0≦x≦1、及び0≦y≦6として定義される、上記(1)〜(7)のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
(9) 前記無機粉末複合体が、55〜65重量%のシリコンオキシド(SiO 2 )、15〜25重量%のアルミニウムオキシド(Al 2 O 3 )、8−14重量%のナトリウムオキシド(Na 2 O)、2−7重量%のカリウムオキシド(Na 2 O)を含む、天然ミネラルブレンド、または55−65重量%のSiO 2 、15−25重量%のAl 2 O 3 、10〜15重量%のホウ素オキシド(B 2 O 3 )、5−10重量%のカルシウムオキシド(CaO)を含む、合成複合材料である、上記(1)〜(8)のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
(10) 前記フィルムが、LDPEとLLDPEとのブレンドを含み、前記フィルムが、10重量%〜50重量%のLDPEと、50〜90重量%のLDPEと、を含む、上記(1)〜(9)のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
(11) 前記フィルムが、0.05−1重量%の抗酸化剤、0.2−2重量%の紫外線安定剤、0.2−2重量%の紫外線吸収剤、0.01−0.2重量%の防曇剤、及び1〜5重量%の抗滴下剤のうちの1つ以上を含む、上記(1)〜(10)のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
(12) 前記フィルムが、40μm〜150μmの厚みを有する、上記(1)〜(11)のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
(13) 前記フィルムが、単層フィルムまたは多層フィルムである、上記(1)〜(12)のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
(14) 前記フィルムが、吹き込みフィルムである、上記(1)〜(13)のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
(15) 前記フィルムが、以下の特徴:
a.80μmのフィルム厚で70%未満の熱性(thermicity)、
b.ASTM D1003に従って測定されるとき、80μmのフィルム厚で25%未満の濁度、または
c.ASTM D1746に従って測定されるとき、80μmのフィルム厚で70%超の透明性、
のうちの1つ以上を呈する、上記(1)〜(14)のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
Claims (14)
- フィルムであって、
0.900g/cc〜0.930g/ccの範囲の密度及びASTM D1238に従って測定される場合、0.3g/10分〜2.0g/10分の溶融指数(I2)を有する低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、
0.900g/cc〜0.930g/ccの範囲の密度及び0.3g/10分〜2.0g/10分の溶融指数I2を有する線状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)、ならびに
3重量%〜27重量%の範囲の酢酸ビニル含有量及び0.2g/10分〜10g/10分の溶融指数I2を有するエチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー
からなる群から選択される、少なくとも1つのポリマーと、
(i)層状複水酸化物、及び(ii)1.5〜20μmの中位径(D50)により定義される粒径分布を有する無機粉末複合体を含む、ハイブリッド充填剤と、を含み、
前記無機粉末複合体が、55〜65重量%のシリコンオキシド(SiO 2 )、15〜25重量%のアルミニウムオキシド(Al 2 O 3 )、8〜14重量%のナトリウムオキシド(Na 2 O)、2〜7重量%のカリウムオキシド(K 2 O)を含む、天然ミネラルブレンド、または
55〜65重量%のSiO 2 、15〜25重量%のAl 2 O 3 、10〜15重量%のホウ素オキシド(B 2 O 3 )、5〜10重量%のカルシウムオキシド(CaO)を含む、合成複合材料である、
フィルム。 - 前記無機粉末複合体の前記D50が、5μm未満である、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、前記フィルムの総重量に基づいて、0.2重量%〜13重量%の前記ハイブリッド充填剤を含む、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、前記フィルムの総重量に基づいて、0.2重量%〜8重量%の前記ハイブリッド充填剤を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、0.1重量%〜8重量%の前記層状複水酸化物と、0.1重量%〜5重量%の前記無機粉末複合体と、を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記層状複水酸化物及び前記無機粉末複合体の重量比が、0.2〜5である、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記ハイブリッド充填剤の屈折率が、1.49〜1.53である、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記層状複水酸化物が、以下の式を特徴とし、
(Al2Li(1−x)M2+ (x+y)(OH)(6+2y))2(CO3 2−)(1+x)・mH2O、
式中、M2+が、Mg、Zn、Ca、Fe、Cu、Mn、及びNiから選択される少なくとも1つの二価金属イオンであり、m、x、及びyがそれぞれ、0≦m<10、0≦x≦1、及び0≦y≦6として定義される、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のフィルム。 - 前記フィルムが、LDPEとLLDPEとのブレンドを含み、前記フィルムが、10重量%〜50重量%のLDPEと、50〜90重量%のLLDPEと、を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、0.05〜1重量%の抗酸化剤、0.2〜2重量%の紫外線安定剤、0.2〜2重量%の紫外線吸収剤、0.01〜0.2重量%の防曇剤、及び1〜5重量%の抗滴下剤のうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、40μm〜150μmの厚みを有する、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、単層フィルムまたは多層フィルムである、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、吹き込みフィルムである、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、以下の特徴:
a.80μmのフィルム厚で70%未満の熱性(thermicity)、
b.ASTM D1003に従って測定されるとき、80μmのフィルム厚で25%未満の濁度、または
c.ASTM D1746に従って測定されるとき、80μmのフィルム厚で70%超の透明性、
のうちの1つ以上を呈する、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
