Abstract

本发明公开了一种置换气体强的保鲜包装材料的制备方法,所述制备方法为:1)将硅藻土、高岭土、蒙脱土除杂,然后破碎,并过筛,使其满足上述粒度范围;2)按比例将硅藻土、高岭土、蒙脱土、乙烯基硅烷A171、甘油单硬脂酸酯、聚乙烯蜡放入高速捏合机中,加热到105-110℃并开始搅拌,搅拌18-22分钟,出料后干燥得到复合填料;3)按上述重量比配料,将低密度聚乙烯树脂、线性聚乙烯树脂、乙烯醋酸乙烯树脂和第2)步制备的复合填料放入混合机混合均匀后,在145-155℃温度下在双螺杆挤出机上造粒,再采用单螺杆挤出吹塑机在165-175℃下吹塑成薄膜保鲜包装材料。

一种置换气体强的保鲜包装材料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种置换气体强的保鲜包装材料的制备方法。
背景技术
果蔬采摘后,在贮藏期间仍是一个生物有机体,不断进行着新陈代谢、生理衰败,因而果蔬的保鲜很重要。
目前已有多种贮藏方法,将果蔬装入聚乙烯膜包装袋中,封口后放入气调库内就是最常用的一种。由于聚乙烯膜的透气性能差,在贮藏期内要定期将每袋的封口打开放气,这样即增加了劳动强度,又难以确保贮藏质量。为了解决这一问题,出现了硅窗保鲜膜,其结构是在膜的某一部位上开一定面积的孔,再在开孔处贴上具有一定透气性能的硅橡胶膜,但这种结构的制造工艺比较复杂,成本较高。还有就是在塑料中填充填充剂,以改变塑料的性能,而在已有技术中,增加填充剂的主要目的在于增加材料的刚性、耐热性和降低材料的成本。并且各种果蔬保鲜膜的气调指标不稳定,对O2和CO2的双向调节能力不好,贮藏中果蔬代谢产生的有害气体置换能力弱,透湿性较差,容易内结露,对果蔬保鲜的时间短,保鲜效果差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种置换气体强的保鲜包装材料的制备方法,该方法制备的包装材料置换能力强,有利于对O2和CO2的双向调节,可延长果蔬保鲜的时间。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种置换气体强的保鲜包装材料的制备方法,该包装材料以重量份计由下列组分组成:低密度聚乙烯树脂100份,线性聚乙烯树脂35-45份,乙烯醋酸乙烯树脂16-18份,-200目硅藻土13-15份,-100-+200目高岭土11-13份,-300目蒙脱土2-4份,乙烯基硅烷A1713-5份,甘油单硬脂酸酯1.8-2.2份,聚乙烯蜡3.5-5.5份;所述制备方法为:
1)将硅藻土、高岭土、蒙脱土除杂,然后破碎,并过筛,使其满足上述粒度范围;
2)按比例将硅藻土、高岭土、蒙脱土、乙烯基硅烷A171、甘油单硬脂酸酯、聚乙烯蜡放入高速捏合机中,加热到105-110℃并开始搅拌,搅拌18-22分钟,出料后干燥得到复合填料;
3)按上述重量比配料,将低密度聚乙烯树脂、线性聚乙烯树脂、乙烯醋酸乙烯树脂和第2)步制备的复合填料放入混合机混合均匀后,在145-155℃温度下在双螺杆挤出机上造粒,再采用单螺杆挤出吹塑机在165-175℃下吹塑成薄膜保鲜包装材料。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明通过对包装材料组分的改进,添加了硅藻土、高岭土、蒙脱土组分,通过选择不同的粒度,使得其可以改善塑料的性能,此外,通过对粒度的调整和搭配,还还可以使包装材料气调指标稳定,对O2和CO2的双向调节能力强,果蔬代谢产生的有害气体置换能力强,透湿性能好,不易内结露。果蔬保鲜时间长,保鲜效果好,提高了果实的经济效应。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种置换气体强的保鲜包装材料的制备方法,该包装材料以重量份计由下列组分组成:低密度聚乙烯树脂100份,线性聚乙烯树脂35份,乙烯醋酸乙烯树脂18份,-200目硅藻土13份,-100-+200目高岭土13份,-300目蒙脱土2份,乙烯基硅烷A1715份,甘油单硬脂酸酯1.8份,聚乙烯蜡5.5份;所述制备方法为:
1)将硅藻土、高岭土、蒙脱土除杂,然后破碎,并过筛,使其满足上述粒度范围;
2)按比例将硅藻土、高岭土、蒙脱土、乙烯基硅烷A171、甘油单硬脂酸酯、聚乙烯蜡放入高速捏合机中,加热到105℃并开始搅拌,搅拌22分钟,出料后干燥得到复合填料;
3)按上述重量比配料,将低密度聚乙烯树脂、线性聚乙烯树脂、乙烯醋酸乙烯树脂和第2)步制备的复合填料放入混合机混合均匀后,在145℃温度下在双螺杆挤出机上造粒,再采用单螺杆挤出吹塑机在175℃下吹塑成薄膜保鲜包装材料。
实施例二
一种置换气体强的保鲜包装材料的制备方法,该包装材料以重量份计由下列组分组成:低密度聚乙烯树脂100份,线性聚乙烯树脂45份,乙烯醋酸乙烯树脂16份,-200目硅藻土15份,-100-+200目高岭土11份,-300目蒙脱土4份,乙烯基硅烷A1713份,甘油单硬脂酸酯2.2份,聚乙烯蜡3.5份;所述制备方法为:
1)将硅藻土、高岭土、蒙脱土除杂,然后破碎,并过筛,使其满足上述粒度范围;
2)按比例将硅藻土、高岭土、蒙脱土、乙烯基硅烷A171、甘油单硬脂酸酯、聚乙烯蜡放入高速捏合机中,加热到110℃并开始搅拌,搅拌18分钟,出料后干燥得到复合填料;
3)按上述重量比配料,将低密度聚乙烯树脂、线性聚乙烯树脂、乙烯醋酸乙烯树脂和第2)步制备的复合填料放入混合机混合均匀后,在155℃温度下在双螺杆挤出机上造粒,再采用单螺杆挤出吹塑机在165℃下吹塑成薄膜保鲜包装材料。
实施例三
一种置换气体强的保鲜包装材料的制备方法,该包装材料以重量份计由下列组分组成:低密度聚乙烯树脂100份,线性聚乙烯树脂40份,乙烯醋酸乙烯树脂17份,-200目硅藻土14份,-100-+200目高岭土12份,-300目蒙脱土3份,乙烯基硅烷A1714份,甘油单硬脂酸酯2.0份,聚乙烯蜡4.5份;所述制备方法为:
1)将硅藻土、高岭土、蒙脱土除杂,然后破碎,并过筛,使其满足上述粒度范围;
2)按比例将硅藻土、高岭土、蒙脱土、乙烯基硅烷A171、甘油单硬脂酸酯、聚乙烯蜡放入高速捏合机中,加热到107℃并开始搅拌,搅拌20分钟,出料后干燥得到复合填料;
3)按上述重量比配料,将低密度聚乙烯树脂、线性聚乙烯树脂、乙烯醋酸乙烯树脂和第2)步制备的复合填料放入混合机混合均匀后,在150℃温度下在双螺杆挤出机上造粒,再采用单螺杆挤出吹塑机在170℃下吹塑成薄膜保鲜包装材料。

1.一种置换气体强的保鲜包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,该包装材料以重量份计由下列组分组成:低密度聚乙烯树脂100份,线性聚乙烯树脂35-45份,乙烯醋酸乙烯树脂16-18份,-200目硅藻土13-15份,-100-+200目高岭土11-13份,-300目蒙脱土2-4份,乙烯基硅烷A1713-5份,甘油单硬脂酸酯1.8-2.2份,聚乙烯蜡3.5-5.5份;所述制备方法为:
1)将硅藻土、高岭土、蒙脱土除杂,然后破碎,并过筛,使其满足上述粒度范围;
2)按比例将硅藻土、高岭土、蒙脱土、乙烯基硅烷A171、甘油单硬脂酸酯、聚乙烯蜡放入高速捏合机中,加热到105-110℃并开始搅拌,搅拌18-22分钟,出料后干燥得到复合填料;
