本发明公开了一种果蔬透湿防雾包装薄膜的制备方法,该薄膜以重量份计由下列组分组成:聚乙烯树脂70-80份,线性聚乙烯树脂20-30份,聚醋酸乙烯18-22份,壳聚糖35-45份,硬脂酸锌4-6份,硬脂酸钙3-5份,吐温203-5份,重质碳酸钙份5-7份,硅藻土粉12-14份,抗氧剂1076 3-4份,液体石蜡2-4份;所述制备方法为:按上述比例称配料,使用高速混合机将上述物料充分混合均匀,采用单螺杆挤出吹塑机吹塑成膜,吹塑成膜的螺杆转速是60-70r/min,其中四段温度依次是:80-90℃、132-138℃、154-156℃、182-184℃。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种果蔬透湿防雾包装薄膜的制备方法。
背景技术
保鲜膜是人们常用的一类保鲜食品的塑料包装制品,现在有很多家庭都离不开它们。微波炉食物加热会用上,在冰箱里存放食物同样会用上,人们使用保鲜膜主要是为了防止灰尘和细菌对食物的侵蚀。
目前市场上出售的绝大部分保鲜膜和常用的塑料袋一样,都是以乙烯母料为原材料,根据乙烯母料的不同种类,保鲜膜可分为三大类:第一种是聚乙烯,简称PE,这种材料主要用于食品的包装,平常买回来的水果、蔬菜用的这个膜,包括在超市采购回来的半成品都用的是这种材料;
第二种是聚氯乙烯,简称PVC,这种材料也可以用于食品包装,但它对人体的安全性有一定的影响;第三种是聚偏二氯乙烯,简称PVDC,主要用于一些熟食、火腿等产品的包装。这三种保鲜膜中,PE和PVDC这两种材料的保鲜膜对人体是安全的,可以放心使用,而PVC保鲜膜含有致癌物质,对人体危害较大。从物理角度出发,保鲜膜都有适度的透氧性和透湿度,调节被保鲜品周围的氧气配方组分和水分配方组分,阻隔空气中的灰尘,从而延长食品的保鲜期。
但依靠其自身的透湿性往往不能满足果蔬长时间保鲜的要求,易造成果蔬的过早腐烂,并且遇到温度变化时,由于保鲜膜内空间的湿气,会造成保鲜膜壁上产生雾气。影响视觉品相和保鲜效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种果蔬透湿防雾包装薄膜的制备方法,该方法通过对薄膜组分的调整,克服现有技术的缺陷,增加薄膜的透湿性,降低袋内水汽含量,延长果蔬的保鲜时间。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种果蔬透湿防雾包装薄膜的制备方法,该薄膜以重量份计由下列组分组成:聚乙烯树脂70-80份,线性聚乙烯树脂20-30份,聚醋酸乙烯18-22份,壳聚糖35-45份,硬脂酸锌4-6份,硬脂酸钙3-5份,吐温203-5份,重质碳酸钙份5-7份,硅藻土粉12-14份,抗氧剂10763-4份,液体石蜡2-4份;所述制备方法为:按上述比例称配料,使用高速混合机将上述物料充分混合均匀,采用单螺杆挤出吹塑机吹塑成膜,吹塑成膜的螺杆转速是60-70r/min,其中四段温度依次是:80-90℃、132-138℃、154-156℃、182-184℃。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明在主体树脂聚乙烯中添加适量透湿性较高的壳聚糖调节透湿性能,加入适量的重质碳酸钙改善薄膜的机械性能和透气性能,保证包装薄膜的高二氧化碳和氧气透过率。添加吸附性能好的硅藻土作为吸附水汽的添加剂,硅藻土具有多孔性,可以吸收水分,并且原料来源广泛,成本低,吸附效果好,实现袋内水汽的降低。以此综合改善包装薄膜的透湿性,延长果蔬保鲜时间的目的。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种果蔬透湿防雾包装薄膜的制备方法,该薄膜以重量份计由下列组分组成:聚乙烯树脂70份,线性聚乙烯树脂30份,聚醋酸乙烯18份,壳聚糖45份,硬脂酸锌4份,硬脂酸钙5份,吐温203份,重质碳酸钙份7份,硅藻土粉12份,抗氧剂10764份,液体石蜡2份;所述制备方法为:按上述比例称配料,使用高速混合机将上述物料充分混合均匀,采用单螺杆挤出吹塑机吹塑成膜,吹塑成膜的螺杆转速是60r/min,其中四段温度依次是:90℃、132℃、156℃、182℃。
实施例二
一种果蔬透湿防雾包装薄膜的制备方法,该薄膜以重量份计由下列组分组成:聚乙烯树脂80份,线性聚乙烯树脂20份,聚醋酸乙烯22份,壳聚糖35份,硬脂酸锌6份,硬脂酸钙3份,吐温205份,重质碳酸钙份5份,硅藻土粉14份,抗氧剂10763份,液体石蜡4份;所述制备方法为:按上述比例称配料,使用高速混合机将上述物料充分混合均匀,采用单螺杆挤出吹塑机吹塑成膜,吹塑成膜的螺杆转速是70r/min,其中四段温度依次是:80℃、138℃、154℃、184℃。
实施例三
一种果蔬透湿防雾包装薄膜的制备方法,该薄膜以重量份计由下列组分组成:聚乙烯树脂75份,线性聚乙烯树脂25份,聚醋酸乙烯20份,壳聚糖40份,硬脂酸锌5份,硬脂酸钙4份,吐温204份,重质碳酸钙份6份,硅藻土粉13份,抗氧剂10763.5份,液体石蜡3份;所述制备方法为:按上述比例称配料,使用高速混合机将上述物料充分混合均匀,采用单螺杆挤出吹塑机吹塑成膜,吹塑成膜的螺杆转速是65r/min,其中四段温度依次是:85℃、135℃、155℃、183℃。

1.一种果蔬透湿防雾包装薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,该薄膜以重量份计由下列组分组成:聚乙烯树脂70-80份,线性聚乙烯树脂20-30份,聚醋酸乙烯18-22份,壳聚糖35-45份,硬脂酸锌4-6份,硬脂酸钙3-5份,吐温203-5份,重质碳酸钙份5-7份,硅藻土粉12-14份,抗氧剂10763-4份,液体石蜡2-4份;所述制备方法为:按上述比例称配料,使用高速混合机将上述物料充分混合均匀,采用单螺杆挤出吹塑机吹塑成膜,吹塑成膜的螺杆转速是60-70r/min,其中四段温度依次是:80-90℃、132-138℃、154-156℃、182-184℃。
