本发明属于保鲜用具技术领域,尤其是涉及一种抗菌防腐食品保鲜膜。本发明由以下重量份数比配置而成,其特征在于:低密度聚乙烯树脂90-100份、乙基香草醛0.05-0.1份、山梨酸钾0.05-1-份、碳酸钙5-10份、抗氧剂0.5-1份、海藻酸钠0.5-1份、环氧硬脂酸辛酯4-8份、环氧大豆油4-8份。本发明加入乙基香草醛和山梨酸钾具有抗菌防腐作用,无毒无副作用对人体没有任何损害。

技术领域
本发明属于保鲜用具技术领域,尤其是涉及一种抗菌防腐食品保鲜膜。
背景技术
保鲜膜作为人们日常保鲜食品必不可少的包装材料,其本身所具有的保鲜功能及其自身的安全性越来越受到人们的关注。目前市场上出售的绝大部分保鲜膜和常用的塑料袋都是以乙烯母料为原材料,根据乙烯母料的不同种类,保鲜膜可分为三大类。第一种是聚乙烯,简称PE,这种材料主要用于食品的包装,我们平常买回来的水果、蔬菜用的这个膜,包括在超市采购回来的半成品都用的是这种材料;第二种是聚氯乙烯,简称PVC,这种材料也可以用于食品包装,但它对人体的安全性有一定的影响;第三种是聚偏二氯乙烯,简称PVDC,主要用于一些熟食、火腿等产品的包装。其中,PE和PVDC这两种材料的保鲜膜对人体是安全的,可以放心使用。第二种聚氯乙烯,简称PVC,因其价格低廉,广受欢迎,但传统PVC保鲜膜的抑菌效果不理想,使其保鲜效果不佳,此外其中含有致癌物质会对人体造成一定危害,所以在一定程度上限制了PVC保鲜膜的适用范围。传统的保鲜膜只具有单一的抗菌作用,防腐作用并不明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌防腐食品保鲜膜。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种抗菌防腐食品保鲜膜,由以下重量份数比配置而成,其特征在于:低密度聚乙烯树脂 90-100份、乙基香草醛0.05-0.1份、山梨酸钾0.05-1-份、碳酸钙5-10份、抗氧剂0.5-1份、海藻酸钠0.5-1份、环氧硬脂酸辛酯4-8份、环氧大豆油4-8份。
本发明具有的优点如下:本发明加入乙基香草醛和山梨酸钾具有抗菌防腐作用,无毒无副作用对人体没有任何损害。

实施例1:一种抗菌防腐食品保鲜膜,由以下重量份数比配置而成,其特征在于:低密度聚乙烯树脂 90份、乙基香草醛0.05份、山梨酸钾0.05份、碳酸钙5份、抗氧剂0.5份、海藻酸钠0.5份、环氧硬脂酸辛酯4份、环氧大豆油4份。
实施例2:一种抗菌防腐食品保鲜膜,由以下重量份数比配置而成,其特征在于:低密度聚乙烯树脂100份、乙基香草醛0.05份、山梨酸钾1-份、碳酸钙10份、抗氧剂0.5份、海藻酸钠1份、环氧硬脂酸辛酯8份、环氧大豆油8份。
