Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于农产品保存用透明微孔保鲜膜及其制备工艺,其特征在于:按重量份组成为:1000~1200份的聚乙烯,100~120份的碳酸钙,3~30份的海藻酸钠,15~150份的壳聚糖,300~600份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,2~8份的紫外线吸收剂,20~50份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,1.5~30份的抗菌剂,200~300份的蜜蜡,其中邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为增塑剂。本发明所达到的有益效果:该技术制孔效果好、工艺简单、产品成本较低。通过添加适量的无机颗粒,增重膜的重量,在增加膜的透明度的同时,进一步提高了膜的强度与柔软性,使其具有更好的保鲜效果,延长售卖周期,降低损耗,从而降低超市运营成本。

技术领域
本发明属于塑料包装技术领域,具体涉及一种用于农产品保存用透明微孔保鲜膜的制备工艺。
背景技术
目前超市的果蔬贩卖区为了让所售卖的果蔬具有更好的卖点,往往会将几个果蔬个体用泡沫托盘和保鲜膜打包后标价售卖,这么做的好处是:一是通过包装使得视觉上更加上档次;二是避免了顾客与果蔬的直接接触而保证卫生安全;三是通过明码标价使顾客做到按需购买。虽然采用保鲜膜对果蔬食品进行简单包装使其更具卖点,但由于果蔬商品不仅要防止虫咬或其它外力损害,还要保证贮藏过程中产生的不良气体要及时排出确保新鲜。然而目前所采用的保鲜膜却难以做到这点,因此对于不能及时售出的果蔬产品便存在着加速腐败的可能。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种用于农产品保存用透明微孔保鲜膜的制备工艺,能够产生微孔以提高保鲜效果。
本发明的技术解决方案:一种用于农产品保存用透明微孔保鲜膜,按重量份组成为:1000~1200份的聚乙烯,100~120份的碳酸钙,3~30份的海藻酸钠,15~150份的壳聚糖,300~600份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,2~8份的紫外线吸收剂,20~50份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,1.5~30份的抗菌剂,200~300份的蜜蜡,其中邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为增塑剂。
本发明中,抗菌剂为银离子抗菌剂、香草醛或乙基香草醛类化合物中的一种。
本发明中,还包括0.4~0.6份的群青,用作补色剂。
本发明中,碳酸钙为超细碳酸钙,其粒径为0.01~0.08μm。
本发明中,按重量份组成为:1100份的聚乙烯,110份的碳酸钙,16份的海藻酸钠,80份的壳聚糖,450份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,5份的紫外线吸收剂,35份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,16份的抗菌剂,250份的蜜蜡。
本发明中,按重量份组成为:1200份的聚乙烯,120份的碳酸钙,30份的海藻酸钠,150份的壳聚糖,300份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,2份的紫外线吸收剂,20份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,1.5份的抗菌剂,200份的蜜蜡。
本发明中,按重量份组成为:1000份的聚乙烯,100份的碳酸钙,3份的海藻酸钠,15份的壳聚糖,600份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,8份的紫外线吸收剂,50份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,30份的抗菌剂,300份的蜜蜡。
本发明还公开了一种制备工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤1),溶解:按重量比取1000~1200份的聚乙烯,100~120份的碳酸钙,3~30份的海藻酸钠,15~150份的壳聚糖,300~600份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,2~8份的紫外线吸收剂,20~50份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,1.5~30份的抗菌剂,200~300份的蜜蜡;将上述原料在180℃温度下混合搅拌溶解,搅拌均匀后冷却至165℃;步骤2),吹膜:将步骤1中的搅拌冷却后的混合物倒入双螺杆挤出机中,挤出塑炼,吹膜,干燥;吹膜温度为170℃,双螺杆挤出机的转速为20r/min。
本发明所达到的有益效果:该技术制孔效果好、工艺简单、产品成本较低。通过添加适量的无机颗粒,增重膜的重量,在增加膜的透明度的同时,进一步提高了膜的强度与柔软性,使其具有更好的保鲜效果,延长售卖周期,降低损耗,从而降低超市运营成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明技术方案作进一步详细描述,但本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。
实施例一
一种用于农产品保存用透明微孔保鲜膜,按重量份组成为:1100份的聚乙烯,110份的碳酸钙,16份的海藻酸钠,80份的壳聚糖,450份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,5份的紫外线吸收剂,35份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,16份的抗菌剂,250份的蜜蜡和0.4份的群青。其中抗菌剂为银离子抗菌剂,进一步优选用陶氏公司的SilvaDurTMET产品;群青作为补色剂;碳酸钙为超细碳酸钙,其粒径为0.01μm。
制备工艺包括,步骤1),溶解:将上述原料在180℃温度下混合搅拌溶解,搅拌均匀后冷却至165℃。步骤2),吹膜:将步骤1中的搅拌冷却后的混合物倒入双螺杆挤出机中,挤出塑炼,吹膜,干燥;吹膜温度为170℃,双螺杆挤出机的转速为20r/min。
实施例二
一种用于农产品保存用透明微孔保鲜膜,按重量份组成为:1200份的聚乙烯,120份的碳酸钙,30份的海藻酸钠,150份的壳聚糖,300份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,2份的紫外线吸收剂,20份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,1.5份的抗菌剂,200份的蜜蜡和0.6份的群青。其中,抗菌剂为香草醛,碳酸钙为超细碳酸钙,其粒径为0.08μm。
实施例三
一种用于农产品保存用透明微孔保鲜膜,按重量份组成为:1000份的聚乙烯,100份的碳酸钙,3份的海藻酸钠,15份的壳聚糖,600份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,8份的紫外线吸收剂,50份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,30份的抗菌剂,300份的蜜蜡和0.5份的群青。其中,抗菌剂为乙基香草醛类化合物,碳酸钙为超细碳酸钙,其粒径为0.05μm。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种用于农产品保存用透明微孔保鲜膜,其特征在于:按重量份组成为:1000~1200份的聚乙烯,100~120份的碳酸钙,3~30份的海藻酸钠,15~150份的壳聚糖,300~600份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,2~8份的紫外线吸收剂,20~50份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,1.5~30份的抗菌剂,200~300份的蜜蜡,其中邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为增塑剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农产品保存用透明微孔保鲜膜,其特征在于:抗菌剂为银离子抗菌剂、香草醛或乙基香草醛类化合物中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农产品保存用透明微孔保鲜膜,其特征在于:还包括0.4~0.6份的群青,用作补色剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农产品保存用透明微孔保鲜膜,其特征在于:碳酸钙为超细碳酸钙,其粒径为0.01~0.08μm。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一所述的一种用于农产品保存用透明微孔保鲜膜,其特征在于:按重量份组成为:1100份的聚乙烯,110份的碳酸钙,16份的海藻酸钠,80份的壳聚糖,450份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,5份的紫外线吸收剂,35份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,16份的抗菌剂,250份的蜜蜡。
6.根据权利要求1至4任一所述的一种用于农产品保存用透明微孔保鲜膜,其特征在于:按重量份组成为:1200份的聚乙烯,120份的碳酸钙,30份的海藻酸钠,150份的壳聚糖,300份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,2份的紫外线吸收剂,20份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,1.5份的抗菌剂,200份的蜜蜡。
7.根据权利要求1至4任一所述的一种用于农产品保存用透明微孔保鲜膜,其特征在于:按重量份组成为:1000份的聚乙烯,100份的碳酸钙,3份的海藻酸钠,15份的壳聚糖,600份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,8份的紫外线吸收剂,50份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,30份的抗菌剂,300份的蜜蜡。
8.一种用于农产品保存用透明微孔保鲜膜的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1),溶解:按重量比取1000~1200份的聚乙烯,100~120份的碳酸钙,3~30份的海藻酸钠,15~150份的壳聚糖,300~600份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,2~8份的紫外线吸收剂,20~50份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,1.5~30份的抗菌剂,200~300份的蜜蜡和0.4~0.6份的群青;将上述原料在180℃温度下混合搅拌溶解,搅拌均匀后冷却至165℃;
