本发明公开了一种粮食防霉包装袋的制备方法,该薄膜以重量份计由下列组分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份,聚丙烯树脂15-25份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯24-26份,癸二酸二辛酯14-18份,纳米氧化硅6-8份,纳米氧化钛2-4份,轻质碳酸钙4-6份,活性炭4-6份,十八烷基氯化铵3-5份,钙锌复合稳定剂4-6份,硬脂酸2-4份,液体石蜡1.5-2.5份;所述制备方法为:按上述比例称配料,使用高速混合机将上述物料充分混合均匀,在120-130℃温度下在双螺杆挤出机上造粒,再采用单螺杆挤出吹塑机在195-205℃下吹塑成粮食防霉包装袋。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种粮食防霉包装袋的制备方法。
背景技术
保鲜袋是人们常用的一类保鲜食品的塑料包装制品,现在有很多家庭都离不开它们。微波炉食物加热会用上,在冰箱里存放食物同样会用上,人们使用保鲜袋主要是为了防止灰尘和细菌对食物的侵蚀。
目前市场上出售的绝大部分保鲜袋和常用的塑料袋一样,都是以乙烯母料为原材料,根据乙烯母料的不同种类,保鲜袋可分为三大类:第一种是聚乙烯,简称PE,这种材料主要用于食品的包装,平常买回来的水果、蔬菜用的这个膜,包括在超市采购回来的半成品都用的是这种材料;
第二种是聚氯乙烯,简称PVC,这种材料也可以用于食品包装,但它对人体的安全性有一定的影响;第三种是聚偏二氯乙烯,简称PVDC,主要用于一些熟食、火腿等产品的包装。这三种保鲜袋中,PE和PVDC这两种材料的保鲜袋对人体是安全的,可以放心使用,而PVC保鲜袋含有致癌物质,对人体危害较大。从物理角度出发,保鲜袋都有适度的透氧性和透湿度,调节被保鲜品周围的氧气配方组分和水分配方组分,阻隔空气中的灰尘,从而延长食品的保鲜期。
粮食是我国居民赖以生存的必要食物,但每年因霉变而使粮食损失严重,而传统的防霉变的方法大多数是利用自发气调(MA)包装,是利用粮食自身呼吸代谢及塑料薄膜的透气性调节包装内湿度、气体,从而延长粮食贮藏保鲜期。但这种防治方法单一,防霉效果不显著,因此,探索研发一种新型食品防霉包装袋特别关键。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种粮食防霉包装袋的制备方法,该方法通过对包装袋组分的调整,克服现有技术的缺陷,使得包装袋具有防霉功能,保证粮食的保鲜效果。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种粮食防霉包装袋的制备方法,该薄膜以重量份计由下列组分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份,聚丙烯树脂15-25份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯24-26份,癸二酸二辛酯14-18份,纳米氧化硅6-8份,纳米氧化钛2-4份,轻质碳酸钙4-6份,活性炭4-6份,十八烷基氯化铵3-5份,钙锌复合稳定剂4-6份,硬脂酸2-4份,液体石蜡1.5-2.5份;所述制备方法为:按上述比例称配料,使用高速混合机将上述物料充分混合均匀,在120-130℃温度下在双螺杆挤出机上造粒,再采用单螺杆挤出吹塑机在195-205℃下吹塑成粮食防霉包装袋。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明以纳米氧化硅、纳米氧化钛、轻质碳酸钙、活性炭联合作为抗菌防霉成分,可以吸湿防潮防雾,不结露,从而使得粮食不霉变,长期保鲜。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种粮食防霉包装袋的制备方法,该薄膜以重量份计由下列组分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份,聚丙烯树脂15份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯26份,癸二酸二辛酯14份,纳米氧化硅8份,纳米氧化钛2份,轻质碳酸钙6份,活性炭4份,十八烷基氯化铵5份,钙锌复合稳定剂4份,硬脂酸4份,液体石蜡1.5份;所述制备方法为:按上述比例称配料,使用高速混合机将上述物料充分混合均匀,在120℃温度下在双螺杆挤出机上造粒,再采用单螺杆挤出吹塑机在205℃下吹塑成粮食防霉包装袋。
实施例二
一种粮食防霉包装袋的制备方法,该薄膜以重量份计由下列组分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份,聚丙烯树脂25份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯24份,癸二酸二辛酯18份,纳米氧化硅6份,纳米氧化钛4份,轻质碳酸钙4份,活性炭6份,十八烷基氯化铵3份,钙锌复合稳定剂6份,硬脂酸2份,液体石蜡2.5份;所述制备方法为:按上述比例称配料,使用高速混合机将上述物料充分混合均匀,在130℃温度下在双螺杆挤出机上造粒,再采用单螺杆挤出吹塑机在195℃下吹塑成粮食防霉包装袋。
实施例三
一种粮食防霉包装袋的制备方法,该薄膜以重量份计由下列组分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份,聚丙烯树脂20份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯25份,癸二酸二辛酯16份,纳米氧化硅7份,纳米氧化钛3份,轻质碳酸钙5份,活性炭5份,十八烷基氯化铵4份,钙锌复合稳定剂5份,硬脂酸3份,液体石蜡2份;所述制备方法为:按上述比例称配料,使用高速混合机将上述物料充分混合均匀,在125℃温度下在双螺杆挤出机上造粒,再采用单螺杆挤出吹塑机在200℃下吹塑成粮食防霉包装袋。

1.一种粮食防霉包装袋的制备方法,其特征在于,该薄膜以重量份计由下列组分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份,聚丙烯树脂15-25份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯24-26份,癸二酸二辛酯14-18份,纳米氧化硅6-8份,纳米氧化钛2-4份,轻质碳酸钙4-6份,活性炭4-6份,十八烷基氯化铵3-5份,钙锌复合稳定剂4-6份,硬脂酸2-4份,液体石蜡1.5-2.5份;所述制备方法为:按上述比例称配料,使用高速混合机将上述物料充分混合均匀,在120-130℃温度下在双螺杆挤出机上造粒,再采用单螺杆挤出吹塑机在195-205℃下吹塑成粮食防霉包装袋。
