Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于保鲜膜的抗菌PE母粒及应用,该母粒由以下重量份组分组成:稳定剂1~5份,润滑剂1~10份,抗菌剂1~30份,增塑剂1~30份,填充剂1~10份,聚乙烯树脂60~100份。本发明所述一种用于保鲜膜的抗菌PE母粒,选用价格低廉、稳定性高、抗菌效果好的纳米氧化锌作为功能因子,通过合理的配比,制备所得的保鲜膜无污染,对食物相对绿色安全,稳定性高,保鲜效果好。本发明公开的用于保鲜膜的抗菌PE母粒具有生产工艺简单,加工性好及可连续规模化生产等优点。

Description

一种用于保鲜膜的抗菌PE母粒及应用
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种用于保鲜膜的抗菌PE母粒及应用。
背景技术
保鲜膜是人们常用的一类保鲜食品的塑料包装制品,现在有很多家庭都离不开它们。微波炉食物加热会用上,在冰箱里存放食物同样会用上,人们使用保鲜膜主要是为了防止灰尘和细菌对食物的侵蚀。随着人们生活水平的提高,普通保鲜膜已经无法满足人们对于健康卫生条件的要求,为了提高保鲜膜的效果,抗菌保鲜膜应运而生。
抗菌保鲜膜的制备方法主要是抗菌塑料母粒制备和吹膜。抗菌塑料是指在塑料中添加一种或者几种特定的抗菌剂,使塑料具有内在抗菌性。各种抗菌剂中,无机抗菌剂由于其特有的无毒、无害、耐高温、稳定性好的特点,成为保鲜膜抗菌添加剂的首选。目前添加的无机抗菌剂多为银系抗菌剂、二氧化钛光催化材料、无机复合抗菌剂。由于银系抗菌剂存在不稳定性、易变色等劣势,二氧化钛的成本较高,因此,亟需抗菌效果好,性能稳定安全,同时成本低的一种抗菌剂。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明目的在于:提供一种用于保鲜膜的抗菌PE母粒,旨在解决现有用于保鲜膜的抗菌母粒成本高,抗菌性能不稳定等难题。
本发明目的通过下述方案实现:
一种用于保鲜膜的抗菌PE母粒,其特征在于,该母粒由以下重量份组分组成:稳定剂1~5份,润滑剂1~10份,抗菌剂1~30份,增塑剂1~30份,填充剂1~10份,聚乙烯树脂60~100份。
所述稳定剂为环氧大豆油。
所述润滑剂为硬脂酸、石蜡和聚乙烯蜡中的一种或者两种以上。
所述抗菌剂为纳米氧化锌,其粒径为1~150nm。
所述增塑剂为DINCH环保增塑剂。
所述填充剂为超细滑石粉或超细碳酸钙。
一种用于保鲜膜的抗菌PE母粒在保鲜膜中抗菌的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优势:
本发明用于保鲜膜的抗菌PE母粒选用价格低廉、稳定性高、抗菌效果好的纳米氧化锌作为功能因子,制得的保鲜膜无污染,对食物相对绿色安全,稳定性高,保鲜效果好。本发明用于保鲜膜的抗菌PE母粒具有生产工艺简单、无环境污染、可连续性规模化工业生产等特点。
具体实施方式
本发明下面通过具体实例进行详细的描述,但是本发明的保护范围不受限于这些实施例子。
实施例1:
一种用于保鲜膜的抗菌PE母粒,由以下重量份组分组成:环氧大豆油1份,液体石蜡2份,纳米氧化锌10份,环保增塑剂DINCH 10份,超细滑石粉3份,聚乙烯树脂80份,将纳米氧化锌、超细滑石粉混合成均匀粉末后与液体石蜡、环氧大豆油、环保增塑剂DINCH、聚乙烯树脂再次混合均匀,从主喂料口加入双螺杆挤出机,进行挤出加工,双螺杆挤出机主要加工温度为155℃,主机转速200 rpm,主喂料转速20 rpm,切粒,低温干燥,将干燥后的抗菌PE母粒再次进行高温熔融吹膜加工即可得到抗菌保鲜膜。取本实施例制得的抗菌PE母粒注塑成塑料样板,测试该塑料的抗菌性能,结果如下表所示。
实施例2:
一种用于保鲜膜的抗菌PE母粒,由以下重量份组分组成:环氧大豆油3份,液体石蜡3份,纳米氧化锌20份,环保增塑剂DINCH 20份,超细滑石粉5份,聚乙烯树脂70份,将纳米氧化锌、超细滑石粉混合成均匀粉末后与液体石蜡、环氧大豆油、环保增塑剂DINCH、聚乙烯树脂再次混合均匀,从主喂料口加入双螺杆挤出机,进行挤出加工,双螺杆挤出机主要加工温度为160℃,主机转速230 rpm,主喂料转速22 rpm,切粒,低温干燥,将干燥后的抗菌PE母粒再次进行高温熔融吹膜加工即可得到抗菌保鲜膜。取本实施例制得的抗菌PE母粒注塑成塑料样板,测试该塑料的抗菌性能,结果如下表所示。
实施例3:
一种用于保鲜膜的抗菌PE母粒,由以下重量份组分组成:环氧大豆油4份,聚乙烯蜡2份,纳米氧化锌25份,环保增塑剂DINCH 20份,超细碳酸钙6份,聚乙烯树脂90份,将纳米氧化锌、超细碳酸钙混合成均匀粉末后与聚乙烯蜡、环氧大豆油、环保增塑剂DINCH、聚乙烯树脂再次混合均匀,从主喂料口加入双螺杆挤出机,进行挤出加工,双螺杆挤出机主要加工温度为155℃,主机转速260 rpm,主喂料转速25 rpm,切粒,低温干燥,将干燥后的抗菌PE母粒再次进行高温熔融吹膜加工即可得到抗菌保鲜膜。取本实施例制得的抗菌PE母粒注塑成塑料样板,测试该塑料的抗菌性能,结果如下表所示。
实施例1、例2和例3制备的抗菌PE母粒对大肠杆菌的抗菌性能,按照QB/T 2591-2003检测方法与标准进行检测。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于保鲜膜的抗菌PE母粒,其特征在于,该母粒由以下重量份组分组成:稳定剂1~5份,润滑剂1~10份,抗菌剂1~30份,增塑剂1~30份,填充剂1~10份,聚乙烯树脂60~100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于保鲜膜的抗菌PE母粒,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为环氧大豆油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于保鲜膜的抗菌PE母粒,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为硬脂酸、石蜡和聚乙烯蜡中的一种或者两种以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于保鲜膜的抗菌PE母粒,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂为纳米氧化锌,其粒径为1~150nm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于保鲜膜的抗菌PE母粒,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为DINCH环保增塑剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于保鲜膜的抗菌PE母粒,其特征在于,所述填充剂为超细滑石粉或超细碳酸钙。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种用于保鲜膜的抗菌PE母粒在保鲜膜中抗菌的应用。
