本发明公开了一种果蔬抗菌保鲜包装材料的制备方法,该包装材料以重量份计由下列组分组成:低密度聚乙烯树脂60-70份,线性聚乙烯树脂25-35份,乙烯醋酸乙烯树脂22-26份,硬脂酸酯6-8份,30%滑石粉母粒4-6份,20%碳酸钙母粒3-5份,抗菌母粒4-6份;所述制备方法为:使用高速混合机将上述物料充分混合均匀,混合时间40-50分钟,转速200-220转/分;使用吹膜机对混匀后的物料进行吹膜制成果蔬抗菌保鲜包装材料,吹膜温度182-186℃,转速为16-20转/分。

一种果蔬抗菌保鲜包装材料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及包装技术领域,尤其涉及一种果蔬抗菌保鲜包装材料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活质量的提高、生活节奏的加快,越来越多的家庭选择直接从超市购买带有保鲜包装的果蔬,这为保鲜包装的大力发展提供了有利的条件和契机。近年来,各大中城市也相继建立了净菜加工配送中心,但由于果蔬产品保鲜时间和货架期短,有的仅限当天或隔天食用,商家承担着巨大的市场和经济风险。另外,食品添加剂标准限制向鲜切果蔬中添加化学品,这使得产品包装在维系产品品质上起着至关重要的作用。而目前市场上保鲜包装多以塑料托盘盛装后外覆塑料膜包装或真空包装,前者阻隔性差,产品品质得不到保证,易发生褐变、氧化及失水等;后者会抑制鲜切菜的生理活动,产生酒味等,使鲜切果蔬感官不易被消费者接受。因此,保鲜品质差、货架期短成为独立保鲜包装的果蔬市场推广的瓶颈。
近几年,已有多种用于食品包装的纳米复合膜面市,在啤酒、饮料、果蔬、肉类、奶制品等食品包装工业中也已开始大规模应用,并取得了较好的包装效果。日本开发了以银沸石为母料的全新型无机抗菌剂,既起催化剂作用,同时具有显著的抗菌特性,抗菌效果持续时间长,不会汽化和迁移而对包装物产生影响,加工稳定性高,不会污染环境。
纳米银虽然具有较好的抑菌效果,但其造价较高,毕竟对于保鲜包装材料,仅限于短期一次使用,因此,采用纳米银作为抗菌抑制添加剂导致成本增加,造成了巨大的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种果蔬抗菌保鲜包装材料的制备方法,该方法制备的保鲜包装材料中不含纳米银,可以大幅降低生产成本,同时具备现有技术中添加纳米银的保鲜包装材料的抗菌功能。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种果蔬抗菌保鲜包装材料的制备方法,该包装材料以重量份计由下列组分组成:低密度聚乙烯树脂60-70份,线性聚乙烯树脂25-35份,乙烯醋酸乙烯树脂22-26份,硬脂酸酯6-8份,30%滑石粉母粒4-6份,20%碳酸钙母粒3-5份,抗菌母粒4-6份;其中所述抗菌母粒以重量百分数计为纳米蒙脱土12-14%,纳米二氧化钛7-9%,硅烷偶联剂6-8%,氧化聚乙烯蜡6-8%,甘油单硬脂酰酯4-6%,受阻胺类稳定剂3-5%,余量为聚乙烯树脂;所述制备方法为:使用高速混合机将上述物料充分混合均匀,混合时间40-50分钟,转速200-220转/分;使用吹膜机对混匀后的物料进行吹膜制成果蔬抗菌保鲜包装材料,吹膜温度182-186℃,转速为16-20转/分。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明通过纳米蒙脱土和纳米二氧化钛的搭配构成保鲜包装材料抗菌的主要组分,纳米蒙脱土来源广泛,制备工艺简单容易,因此成本低,替代纳米银可以大幅度降低成本,并且和纳米二氧化钛搭配可以起到良好的抗菌作用。此外,本发明包装材料中通过添加30%滑石粉母粒和20%碳酸钙母粒搭配作为降解组分,使得该包装材料的降解性能好,因此该保鲜包装材料的环保性能好。本发明的制备工艺根据所设计的组分调整参数,使得制备的保鲜包装材料性能优异。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种果蔬抗菌保鲜包装材料的制备方法,该包装材料以重量份计由下列组分组成:低密度聚乙烯树脂60份,线性聚乙烯树脂35份,乙烯醋酸乙烯树脂22份,硬脂酸酯8份,30%滑石粉母粒4份,20%碳酸钙母粒5份,抗菌母粒4份;其中所述抗菌母粒以重量百分数计为纳米蒙脱土12-14%,纳米二氧化钛7-9%,硅烷偶联剂6-8%,氧化聚乙烯蜡6-8%,甘油单硬脂酰酯4-6%,受阻胺类稳定剂3-5%,余量为聚乙烯树脂;所述制备方法为:使用高速混合机将上述物料充分混合均匀,混合时间40分钟,转速220转/分;使用吹膜机对混匀后的物料进行吹膜制成果蔬抗菌保鲜包装材料,吹膜温度182℃,转速为20转/分。
实施例二
一种果蔬抗菌保鲜包装材料的制备方法,该包装材料以重量份计由下列组分组成:低密度聚乙烯树脂70份,线性聚乙烯树脂25份,乙烯醋酸乙烯树脂26份,硬脂酸酯6份,30%滑石粉母粒6份,20%碳酸钙母粒3份,抗菌母粒6份;其中所述抗菌母粒以重量百分数计为纳米蒙脱土12-14%,纳米二氧化钛7-9%,硅烷偶联剂6-8%,氧化聚乙烯蜡6-8%,甘油单硬脂酰酯4-6%,受阻胺类稳定剂3-5%,余量为聚乙烯树脂;所述制备方法为:使用高速混合机将上述物料充分混合均匀,混合时间50分钟,转速200转/分;使用吹膜机对混匀后的物料进行吹膜制成果蔬抗菌保鲜包装材料,吹膜温度186℃,转速为16转/分。
实施例三
一种果蔬抗菌保鲜包装材料的制备方法,该包装材料以重量份计由下列组分组成:低密度聚乙烯树脂65份,线性聚乙烯树脂30份,乙烯醋酸乙烯树脂24份,硬脂酸酯7份,30%滑石粉母粒5份,20%碳酸钙母粒4份,抗菌母粒5份;其中所述抗菌母粒以重量百分数计为纳米蒙脱土12-14%,纳米二氧化钛7-9%,硅烷偶联剂6-8%,氧化聚乙烯蜡6-8%,甘油单硬脂酰酯4-6%,受阻胺类稳定剂3-5%,余量为聚乙烯树脂;所述制备方法为:使用高速混合机将上述物料充分混合均匀,混合时间45分钟,转速210转/分;使用吹膜机对混匀后的物料进行吹膜制成果蔬抗菌保鲜包装材料,吹膜温度184℃,转速为18转/分。
