Abstract

本发明公开了一种果蔬保鲜包装薄膜,其特征在于,该包装材料具有单层结构,是以低密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯中的一种或几种为基体树脂,与无定形聚合物熔融共混后吹塑而成的薄膜,无定形聚合物为苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物、三元乙丙橡胶、乙烯-辛烯共聚物、聚丁二烯、天然橡胶、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯中的一种或几种,无定形聚合物在体系中的总比例为25-30%。本发明抑制了果蔬的成熟和衰老,大大提高的果蔬的货架期和储存期,具有制造工艺简单,成本低廉的特点。

Description

一种果蔬保鲜包装薄膜
技术领域
本发明属于包装材料,涉及一种果蔬保鲜包装薄膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活质量的提高、生活节奏的加快,越来越多的家庭选择直接从超市购买带有保鲜包装的果蔬,这为保鲜包装的大力发展提供了有利的条件和契机。近年来,各大中城市也相继建立了净菜加工配送中心,但由于果蔬产品保鲜时间和货架期短,有的仅限当天或隔天食用,商家承担着巨大的市场和经济风险。另外,食品添加剂标准限制向鲜切果蔬中添加化学品,这使得产品包装在维系产品品质上起着至关重要的作用。而目前市场上保鲜包装多以塑料托盘盛装后外覆塑料膜包装或真空包装,前者阻隔性差,产品品质得不到保证,易发生褐变、氧化及失水等;后者会抑制鲜切菜的生理活动,产生酒味等,使鲜切果蔬感官不易被消费者接受。因此,保鲜品质差、货架期短成为独立保鲜包装的果蔬市场推广的瓶颈。
发明内容
本发明提出一种具有适当透气性的保鲜包装薄膜及其制备方法。本发明对果蔬具有特殊的保鲜效果,可以使果实全面转红、但果实仍然较硬的,处于完熟期的果蔬在常温下(25℃)储存期达到60天以上。
为实现上述目的本发明采用的技术方案如下。
一种果蔬保鲜包装材料,其特征在于,该包装材料具有单层结构,是以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)中的一种或几种为基体树脂,与15-50wt%无定形聚合物熔融共混后吹塑而成的薄膜,无定形聚合物为苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)、三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)、乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)、聚丁二烯(PB)、天然橡胶(NR)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)中的一种或几种。
无定形聚合物在体系中的总比例一般在15-50wt%之间,优选25-30%。
普通的厚度为20-50微米的聚乙烯薄膜,如果使用普通的聚乙烯薄膜保鲜果蔬,则由于普通聚乙烯薄膜不能透过果蔬呼吸所需要的氧气,则必然造成果蔬无氧呼吸,使果蔬迅速衰老而死亡腐烂;利用苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)、三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)、乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)、聚丁二烯(PB)、天然橡胶(NR)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)改性的聚乙烯薄膜,以这种无定形聚合物改性的聚乙烯薄膜制备的保鲜袋,当保鲜果蔬时,刚好使处于保鲜袋内的果蔬处于一个低氧(3-5%)和低二氧化碳(2-3%)的气氛,而这个气氛刚好可以减缓果蔬的呼吸速率,延缓果蔬的成熟和营养物质的损失,又不会造成果蔬的无氧呼吸。利用本发明制备的保鲜薄膜,在储存果蔬时,刚好形成一个利于果蔬保鲜的自发气调包装系统,使果蔬的货架期延长至60天以上。
橡胶和EVA等无定形聚合物在聚乙烯树脂中的总比例一般在15-50%(w%)之间,优选25-30%。
上述果蔬保鲜包装材料的厚度优选20-40微米。
本发明提及的保鲜薄膜具有单层结构,具有制造工艺简单,成本低廉的特点。
该薄膜制备的保鲜袋具有较高的OTR和二氧化碳通过率,可以满足果蔬等具有中等呼吸强度的果蔬常温下呼吸作用的要求,且维持较低的氧气浓度和二氧化碳浓度,形成一个自发气调的密闭系统,抑制了果蔬的成熟和衰老,大大提高的果蔬的货架期和储存期。
该薄膜的透气性依据聚乙烯树脂中加入无定形聚合物的种类和比例而有所不同,以适合不同种类果蔬保鲜的要求。
具体实施方式
通过以下具体的实施例及应用实例对本发明作进一步说明。
1.果蔬保鲜薄膜制备
1.1原料
保鲜薄膜制备所用原材料及要求如下:商品的HDPE,LDPE,LLDPE,SBS,POE,EPDM,EVA,PB,NR等树脂。
1.2果蔬保鲜薄膜的制备
将W1份LDPE、W2份LLDPE、W3份HDPE与W4份SBS、W5份POE、W6份EPDM、W7份EVA、W8份PB、W9份NR等无定形聚合物物理共混后,在150-210℃下熔融共混,制备出改性聚乙烯树脂,然后根据需要制备成20-40微米的PE改性薄膜,根据需要制备成一定尺寸的保鲜袋。
2.对果蔬保鲜性能的测试
在农场采取无机械损伤、无病菌感染、果实已经转红且较硬的处于完熟期的果蔬,放在聚丙烯塑料托盘上,然后装入本发明所制造的果蔬保鲜袋和对比袋内。每个袋子装1000克左右的果蔬,然后封好袋子,在25℃的室温下放置,检测果蔬的烂果率、硬度和总糖含量(TSS)和维生素C(Vc)含量的变化情况以及包装袋顶空内气氛中氧气和二氧化碳浓度。实验结果说明,对比例为普通的PE薄膜,果蔬在该保鲜袋中存放7天以后则全部腐烂;而实施例所制备的保鲜袋的透气性可以满足果蔬呼吸作用的需要,且在保鲜袋内形成一个低氧、低二氧化碳浓度的环境,降低了果蔬的呼吸作用,减缓了果蔬的衰老,保持了果蔬的品质。
本发明的其他优点和变更对于本领域的技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,本发明并不限定于这里表示和描述的特定细节和优选的实施方式。因而,在不脱离由权利要求书定义的本发明的技术范围或主旨的情况下能够进行各种变更。

Claims (2)

1.一种果蔬保鲜包装薄膜,其特征在于,该包装材料具有单层结构,是以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)中的一种或几种为基体树脂,与无定形聚合物熔融共混后吹塑而成的薄膜,无定形聚合物为苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)、三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)、乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)、聚丁二烯(PB)、天然橡胶(NR)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)中的一种或几种,无定形聚合物在体系中的总比例为25-30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的果蔬保鲜包装薄膜,其特征在于,包装材料的厚度为20-40微米。
