背景技术
按照国家标准使用防腐剂是对食品安全的一种保证,然而现在市场上的防腐剂生产成本偏贵,容易褪色,抑菌范围狭小,对环境有一定伤害。

发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种原材料简单,工艺简单,无毒无害的食品防腐剂。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种食品防腐剂,其特征在于:包括质量份配比的如下原料:乳酸钠10-15份,蜂胶20-30份,山梨酸15-20份,乙醇10-15份,壳聚糖5-10份 ,溶菌酶1-2份,乙二胺四乙酸10-15份 。
作为优选,所述食品防腐剂包括质量份配比的如下原料:乳酸钠10份,蜂胶20 份,山梨酸15 份,乙醇10 份,壳聚糖5 份 ,溶菌酶1 份,乙二胺四乙酸10 份。
