技术领域
本发明涉及水产保鲜技术领域,具体涉及一种新型水产品保鲜剂。
背景技术
现代食物有为了保证新鲜,经常需要向其中加入各种添加剂,这其中虽然具有一定的保鲜作用,但是普遍说来,对于水产品尤其是、尤其是鱼类的保鲜、防腐作用不甚理想。而现有的大多水产品保鲜剂,如果要想取得较好的效果,往往方法复杂,成本较高,不利于推广应用,因此市场急需一种新的保鲜剂来解决上述问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种保证水产品的质量、可延长水产品保鲜期、保证食品安全的新型水产品保鲜剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种新型水产品保鲜剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:去离子水70-90份,三聚磷酸钠3-6份,冰醋酸5-10份,焦磷酸钠4-9份,抗坏血酸7-14份,贻贝凝集素15-25份,海藻酸钠20-30份,壳寡糖8-15份,氯化钠6-9份,甘氨酸 10-20份,山梨酸钠7-14份,茶多酚18-26份,乳酸 4-7份,六偏磷酸钠5-8份,甘油6-12份,柠檬酸2-5份。
上述的新型水产品保鲜剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:去离子水80份,三聚磷酸钠5份,冰醋酸8份,焦磷酸钠7份,抗坏血酸11份,贻贝凝集素20份,海藻酸钠25份,壳寡糖12份,氯化钠8份,甘氨酸15份,山梨酸钠11份,茶多酚22份,乳酸6份,六偏磷酸钠7份,甘油9份,柠檬酸3份。
本发明新型水产品保鲜剂优点是:
1、本发明新型水产品保鲜剂,可有效延长水产品保鲜期,确保水产品在保鲜期内不腐败、不变色,肉质不干、不硬、不糜且鲜味不减。
