技术领域
本发明涉及一种化工产品，尤其是一种抗菌食品保鲜袋。
背景技术
保鲜膜是人们常用的一类保鲜食品的塑料包装制品，保鲜膜的使用已走进千家万户，成为居家必备之良品，现在人们日常生活中很多地方都离不开它，比如 ：微波炉食物加热会用上，在冰箱里存放食物同样会用上。PVC 膜是目前公认的一种良好的保鲜材料，其氧气透过率比聚乙烯低得多，使得食品保鲜期加长。其内的增塑剂预热遇油会溶解迁移出来，随食物进入人体，对人体造成致癌作用。自然界中存在着大量的微生物，这些数以亿计的细小生物体分布在空气、水、土壤中，可以说无处不在。食物在放置过程中常常腐败发霉，这与空气中到处弥散的真菌孢子有很大的关系，尤其在沿海潮湿地区。现有的保鲜膜很少注重抗菌防霉方面，这就为我们开发一种具有抗菌性能的保鲜膜提供了机遇和方向。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗菌食品保鲜袋。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的抗菌食品保鲜袋，包括下列组分，聚乙烯80份，海藻酸钠9份，壳聚糖7份，阿拉伯胶2份，酪蛋白4份，乙酰柠檬酸酯5份，山梨糖醇5份，环氧大豆油1份，聚氯乙烯树脂4份，酪蛋白2份，邻苯二甲酸二己酯5份，环氧羧甲基纤维素钠4份。
其还包括甘油1份。
本发明的有益效果是：具有明显的抗菌效果，抗菌谱广，对多种细菌繁殖体、真菌孢子均有抑制作用。
