本发明涉及一种安全PVC食品保鲜膜,包括下列组分,聚乙烯100份,四氢邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2份,变性淀粉4份,植物多糖5份,角鲨烷4份,己二酸二辛酯份,轻质碳酸钙8份,海藻酸钠9份,山梨糖醇5份,二氧化钛7份,酪蛋白2份,阿拉伯胶1份。其还包括壳聚糖7份。本发明的有益效果是:抗菌谱广,对多种细菌繁殖体、真菌孢子均有抑制作用,透氧性好,保鲜期长,对温度的耐受性强,适用于冷冻保藏、微波加热,食品级包装材料,无毒无害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种化工产品,尤其是一种安全PVC食品保鲜膜。
背景技术
保鲜膜是人们常用的一类保鲜食品的塑料包装制品,现在人们日常生活中很多地方都离不开它,比如 :微波炉食物加热会用上,在冰箱里存放食物同样会用上。PVC 膜是目前公认的一种良好的保鲜材料,其氧气透过率比聚乙烯低得多,使得食品保鲜期加长,PVC 膜透明度又比聚乙烯高得多,所以用 PVC 膜包装的食品卖相好 , 但现有的PVC保鲜膜具有疏水性,食品蒸发的水汽在膜的表面形成一层水雾而变得不透明, 影响产品卖相,同时传统 PVC 塑化剂有害身体健康。从物理角度出发,保鲜膜都有适度的透氧性和透湿度,调节被保鲜品周围的氧气含量和水分含量,阻隔空气中的灰尘,从而延长食品的保鲜期。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种安全PVC食品保鲜膜。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的安全PVC食品保鲜膜,包括下列组分,聚乙烯100份,四氢邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2份,变性淀粉4份,植物多糖5份,角鲨烷4份,己二酸二辛酯份,轻质碳酸钙8份,海藻酸钠9份,山梨糖醇5份,二氧化钛7份,酪蛋白2份,阿拉伯胶1份。
其还包括壳聚糖7份。
本发明的有益效果是:抗菌谱广,对多种细菌繁殖体、真菌孢子均有抑制作用 ,透氧性好,保鲜期长 ,对温度的耐受性强,适用于冷冻保藏、微波加热 ,食品级包装材料,无毒无害。

1.一种安全PVC食品保鲜膜,其特征在于:包括下列组分,聚乙烯100份,四氢邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2份,变性淀粉4份,植物多糖5份,角鲨烷4份,己二酸二辛酯份,轻质碳酸钙8份,海藻酸钠9份,山梨糖醇5份,二氧化钛7份,酪蛋白2份,阿拉伯胶1份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的安全PVC食品保鲜膜,其特征在于:其还包括壳聚糖7份。
