本发明公开了一种抗菌PVC改性塑料,其特征在于,该抗菌PVC改性塑料包括如下重量份的物质:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、硬脂酸钙0.1~1份、聚乙烯蜡0.1~1份、钛白粉0.5~2份、硬脂酸锌1~2份、壳聚糖1~3份、山梨醇0.5~3份、环氧大豆油0.1~0.8份。本发明制备的PVC改性塑料具有良好的透明度和柔韧性,利用壳聚糖作和山梨醇共同作为抗菌剂,具有较好的抗菌效果。

一种抗菌PVC改性塑料
技术领域
本发明属于改性塑料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌PVC改性塑料。
背景技术
目前,我们所使用的大部分家电,如电视、冰箱、洗衣机、饮水机等,有不少部件都采用了塑料,许多公用物品,如电话、电脑键盘、各种电器开关、少儿玩具等接触频繁的部件,也大量采用了塑料。由于平常使用中难免会接触带菌的人体、物体,因此在塑料表面可能沾染和滋生多种致病菌。人们在与之接触时就很容易受到细菌的感染,据英国苏格兰电话公司调查,感冒、咽炎、流行性脑膜炎、肝炎、红眼病、皮肤病、肺结核等十几种传染病可经使用电话这一途径而传播。为避免因使用塑料制品而发生的交叉感染,开发抗菌塑料对减少疾病传播具有十分重要的现实意义。
抗菌塑料是指在塑料中添加抗菌剂,使塑料制品本身具有抗菌性,以在一定时间内将沾在塑料上的细菌杀死或抑制其繁殖。抗菌剂是使细菌、真菌等微生物不能发育或能抵制他们生长的物质。这些微生物包括细菌、真菌、酵母菌、藻类以及病毒等。塑料抗菌剂是一类新型塑料添加剂,添加少量塑料抗菌剂可使塑料具有长期的抗菌和杀菌能力,使其具有卫生自洁功能。1980年开始,抗菌剂日本开始将抗菌剂添加到塑料制品中,开发出抗菌塑料,并进一步在家用电器制品中得到推广应用。
有机抗菌剂在耐热性、长效性、微生物耐药性方面存在缺点,为满足抗菌纤维、抗菌塑料、抗菌陶瓷等领域的使用,无机抗菌剂的发展被推到前沿。目前,除无机抗菌剂和有机抗菌剂之外,用于塑料的抗菌剂还有天然抗菌剂和高分子型抗菌剂。但是天然抗菌剂由于其具有抗菌谱广、安全无毒等优点广受亲睐,但天然抗菌剂制备困难、稳定性差、应用量大的缺点限制了壳聚糖的应用。
发明内容
技术问题:提供一种抗菌性好的PVC改性塑料。
技术方案:一种抗菌PVC改性塑料,该抗菌PVC改性塑料包括如下重量份的物质:
聚氯乙烯树脂                         100份
硬脂酸钙                             0.1~1份
聚乙烯蜡                             0.1~1份
钛白粉                               0.5~2份
硬脂酸锌                              1~2份
壳聚糖                                1~3份
山梨醇                                0.5~3份
环氧大豆油                            0.1~0.8份。
作为优选,该抗菌PVC改性塑料包括如下重量份的物质:
聚氯乙烯树脂                         100份
硬脂酸钙                             0.5份
聚乙烯蜡                             0.5份
钛白粉                               0.8份
硬脂酸锌                             1.5份
壳聚糖                                1份
山梨醇                                0.5份
环氧大豆油                            0.6份。
作为优选,该抗菌PVC改性塑料包括如下重量份的物质:
聚氯乙烯树脂                         100份
硬脂酸钙                             0.1~1份
聚乙烯蜡                             0.1~1份
钛白粉                               0.5~2份

壳聚糖                                1~3份

上述抗菌PVC改性塑料的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1) 称取物料,搅拌均匀,得到混合物;
(2) 将步骤(1)得到的混合物加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度 :一区温度 160~170℃,二区温度为 170~185℃,三区温度为 185~200℃,四区温度为 240~250℃,五区温度为 230~240℃,六区温度为 190~210℃,七区温度为 210~220℃,八区温度为 215~220℃,主机转速为350~450rpm;挤出后冷却牵条、风干切粒,即制备本发明所述的抗菌PVC改性塑料。
作为优选,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度 :一区温度 165℃,二区温度为 180℃,三区温度为 190℃,四区温度为245℃,五区温度为 235℃,六区温度为 200℃,七区温度为 215℃,八区温度为 220℃。
作为优选,所述主机的转速为380rpm。
有益效果:本发明制备的PVC改性塑料具有良好的透明度和柔韧性, 利用壳聚糖作和山梨醇共同作为抗菌剂,具有较好的抗菌效果。

按比例称取一下物质:聚氯乙烯树脂 100份、硬脂酸钙0.1份、聚乙烯蜡0.1份、钛白粉0.5份、硬脂酸锌1份、壳聚糖1份、山梨醇0.5份、环氧大豆油0.1份,搅拌均匀,加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度 :一区温度 160℃,二区温度为 170℃,三区温度为 185℃,四区温度为 240℃,五区温度为 230℃,六区温度为 190℃,七区温度为 210℃,八区温度为 215℃,主机转速为350rpm;挤出后冷却牵条、风干切粒,即制备本发明所述的抗菌PVC改性塑料。
实施例2:
按比例称取一下物质:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、硬脂酸钙0.5份、聚乙烯蜡0.5份、钛白粉0.8份、硬脂酸锌1.5份、壳聚糖1份、山梨醇0.5份、环氧大豆油0.6份,搅拌均匀,加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度 :一区温度 170℃,二区温度为 185℃,三区温度为 200℃,四区温度为 250℃,五区温度为 240℃,六区温度为 210℃,七区温度为220℃,八区温度为 220℃,主机转速为450rpm;挤出后冷却牵条、风干切粒,即制备本发明所述的抗菌PVC改性塑料。
实施例3:
按比例称取一下物质:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、硬脂酸钙1份、聚乙烯蜡1份、钛白粉2份、硬脂酸锌2份、壳聚糖1~3份、山梨醇 3份、环氧大豆油0.8份,搅拌均匀,加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度 :一区温度 165℃,二区温度为 180℃,三区温度为 190℃,四区温度为245℃,五区温度为 235℃,六区温度为 200℃,七区温度为 215℃,八区温度为 220℃,主机转速为350rpm;挤出后冷却牵条、风干切粒,即制备本发明所述的抗菌PVC改性塑料。

1.一种抗菌PVC改性塑料,其特征在于,该抗菌PVC改性塑料包括如下重量份的物质:
聚氯乙烯树脂                         100份
硬脂酸钙                             0.1~1份
聚乙烯蜡                             0.1~1份
钛白粉                               0.5~2份
硬脂酸锌                              1~2份
壳聚糖                                1~3份
山梨醇                                0.5~3份
环氧大豆油                            0.1~0.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌PVC改性塑料,其特征在于,该抗菌PVC改性塑料包括如下重量份的物质:

(2) 将步骤(1)得到的混合物加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度 :一区温度 160~170℃,二区温度为 170~185℃,三区温度为 185~200℃,四区温度为 240~250℃,五区温度为 230~240℃,六区温度为 190~210℃,七区温度为 210~220℃,八区温度为 215~220℃,主机转速为350~450rpm;挤出后冷却牵条、风干切粒,即制备本发明所述的抗菌PVC改性塑料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抗菌PVC改性塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度 :一区温度 165℃,二区温度为 180℃,三区温度为 190℃,四区温度为245℃,五区温度为 235℃,六区温度为 200℃,七区温度为 215℃,八区温度为 220℃。
6.根据权利要求4所述的抗菌ABS改性塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述主机的转速为380rpm。
