Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有较高阻燃性的食品保鲜膜及其制备工艺,其特征在于:按重量份组成为:1200~1400份的聚乙烯,120~140份的蒙脱土,4~30份的海藻酸钠,800~1000份的阿拉伯胶,300~600份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,2~8份的紫外线吸收剂,20~50份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,2~30份的抗菌剂,100~120份的聚乙烯醇和200~300份的蜜蜡,其中邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为增塑剂。本发明所达到的有益效果:该技术工艺简单、产品成本较低。通过添加适量的无机颗粒,增重膜的重量,在提高膜的强度与柔软性的同时,使其具有更好的阻燃效果,防止燃烧扩散造成火灾。

技术领域
本发明属于塑料包装技术领域,具体涉及一种具有较高阻燃性的食品保鲜膜及其制备工艺。
背景技术
食品保鲜膜往往可以延长食物的保鲜期,使得人们不再担心食物过剩而导致变质无法食用。尤其是在冰箱已经普及的今天,保鲜膜的使用不仅延长了食物储存时间,还防止不同食物之间发生串味现象,保障了食物再次食用的口感。
然而随着保鲜膜的越来越普及,其存在的缺陷也逐渐暴露。例如,保鲜膜作为一种有机化工制品,往往具有易燃的特性。因此在日常生活中,很容易存在明火点燃保鲜膜而发生火宅的安全隐患。因此,有必要使保鲜膜在遇到明火时能快速燃尽防止火势扩散从而避免火宅发生。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种具有较高阻燃性的食品保鲜膜及其制备工艺,能够在发生燃烧时快速燃尽阻止燃烧的扩散并且具有较好的拉伸强度。
本发明的技术解决方案:一种具有较高阻燃性的食品保鲜膜,按重量份组成为:1200~1400份的聚乙烯,120~140份的蒙脱土,4~30份的海藻酸钠,800~1000份的阿拉伯胶,300~600份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,2~8份的紫外线吸收剂,20~50份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,2~30份的抗菌剂,100~120份的聚乙烯醇和200~300份的蜜蜡,其中邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为增塑剂。
本发明中,抗菌剂为银离子抗菌剂、香草醛或乙基香草醛类化合物中的一种。
本发明中,还包括0.4~0.6份的群青,用作补色剂。
本发明中,蒙脱土为超细蒙脱土,其粒径为2~6μm。
本发明中,按重量份组成为:1200份的聚乙烯,120份的蒙脱土,4份的海藻酸钠,800份的阿拉伯胶,300份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,8份的紫外线吸收剂,50份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,30份的抗菌剂,120份的聚乙烯醇和300份的蜜蜡。
本发明中,按重量份组成为:1400份的聚乙烯,140份的蒙脱土,30份的海藻酸钠,1000份的阿拉伯胶,600份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,2份的紫外线吸收剂,20份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,2份的抗菌剂,100份的聚乙烯醇和200份的蜜蜡。
本发明中,按重量份组成为:1300份的聚乙烯,130份的蒙脱土,17份的海藻酸钠,900份的阿拉伯胶,450份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,5份的紫外线吸收剂,35份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,16份的抗菌剂,110份的聚乙烯醇和250份的蜜蜡。
本发明还公开了一种用于制备上述保鲜膜的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1),溶解:按重量比取1200~1400份的聚乙烯,120~140份的蒙脱土,4~30份的海藻酸钠,800~1000份的阿拉伯胶,300~600份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,2~8份的紫外线吸收剂,20~50份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,2~30份的抗菌剂,100~120份的聚乙烯醇和200~300份的蜜蜡;将上述原料在180℃温度下混合搅拌溶解,搅拌均匀后冷却至165℃;步骤2),吹膜:将步骤1中的搅拌冷却后的混合物倒入双螺杆挤出机中,挤出塑炼,吹膜,干燥;吹膜温度为170℃,双螺杆挤出机的转速为20r/min。
本发明所达到的有益效果:该技术工艺简单、产品成本较低。通过添加适量的无机颗粒,增重膜的重量,在提高膜的强度与柔软性的同时,使其具有更好的阻燃效果,防止燃烧扩散造成火灾。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明技术方案作进一步详细描述,但本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。
实施例一
一种具有较高阻燃性的食品保鲜膜,按重量份组成为:1200份的聚乙烯,120份的蒙脱土,4份的海藻酸钠,800份的阿拉伯胶,300份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,8份的紫外线吸收剂,50份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,30份的抗菌剂,120份的聚乙烯醇,300份的蜜蜡和0.4份的群青。其中抗菌剂为银离子抗菌剂,进一步优选用陶氏公司的SilvaDurTMET产品;群青作为补色剂;蒙脱土为超细蒙脱土,其粒径为2μm。
制备工艺包括,步骤1),溶解:将上述原料在180℃温度下混合搅拌溶解,搅拌均匀后冷却至165℃。步骤2),吹膜:将步骤1中的搅拌冷却后的混合物倒入双螺杆挤出机中,挤出塑炼,吹膜,干燥;吹膜温度为170℃,双螺杆挤出机的转速为20r/min。
实施例二
一种具有较高阻燃性的食品保鲜膜,按重量份组成为:1400份的聚乙烯,140份的蒙脱土,30份的海藻酸钠,1000份的阿拉伯胶,600份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,2份的紫外线吸收剂,20份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,2份的抗菌剂,100份的聚乙烯醇,200份的蜜蜡和0.6份的群青。其中,抗菌剂为香草醛,蒙脱土为超细蒙脱土,其粒径为6μm。
实施例三
一种具有较高阻燃性的食品保鲜膜,按重量份组成为:1300份的聚乙烯,130份的蒙脱土,17份的海藻酸钠,900份的阿拉伯胶,450份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,5份的紫外线吸收剂,35份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,16份的抗菌剂,110份的聚乙烯醇,250份的蜜蜡和0.5份的群青。其中,抗菌剂为乙基香草醛类化合物,蒙脱土为超细蒙脱土,其粒径为4μm。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种具有较高阻燃性的食品保鲜膜,其特征在于:按重量份组成为:1200~1400份的聚乙烯,120~140份的蒙脱土,4~30份的海藻酸钠,800~1000份的阿拉伯胶,300~600份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,2~8份的紫外线吸收剂,20~50份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,2~30份的抗菌剂,100~120份的聚乙烯醇和200~300份的蜜蜡,其中邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为增塑剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有较高阻燃性的食品保鲜膜,其特征在于:抗菌剂为银离子抗菌剂、香草醛或乙基香草醛类化合物中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有较高阻燃性的食品保鲜膜,其特征在于:还包括0.4~0.6份的群青,用作补色剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有较高阻燃性的食品保鲜膜,其特征在于:蒙脱土为超细蒙脱土,其粒径为2~6μm。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一所述的一种具有较高阻燃性的食品保鲜膜,其特征在于:按重量份组成为:1200份的聚乙烯,120份的蒙脱土,4份的海藻酸钠,800份的阿拉伯胶,300份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,8份的紫外线吸收剂,50份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,30份的抗菌剂,120份的聚乙烯醇和300份的蜜蜡。
6.根据权利要求1至4任一所述的一种具有较高阻燃性的食品保鲜膜,其特征在于:按重量份组成为:1400份的聚乙烯,140份的蒙脱土,30份的海藻酸钠,1000份的阿拉伯胶,600份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,2份的紫外线吸收剂,20份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,2份的抗菌剂,100份的聚乙烯醇和200份的蜜蜡。
7.根据权利要求1至4任一所述的一种具有较高阻燃性的食品保鲜膜,其特征在于:按重量份组成为:1300份的聚乙烯,130份的蒙脱土,17份的海藻酸钠,900份的阿拉伯胶,450份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,5份的紫外线吸收剂,35份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,16份的抗菌剂,110份的聚乙烯醇和250份的蜜蜡。
8.一种具有较高阻燃性的食品保鲜膜的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1),溶解:按重量比取1200~1400份的聚乙烯,120~140份的蒙脱土,4~30份的海藻酸钠,800~1000份的阿拉伯胶,300~600份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,2~8份的紫外线吸收剂,20~50份的聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯,2~30份的抗菌剂,100~120份的聚乙烯醇和200~300份的蜜蜡;将上述原料在180℃温度下混合搅拌溶解,搅拌均匀后冷却至165℃;
