Abstract

本发明公开一种用于挂面包装的吸湿防霉薄膜,所述薄膜的原料包括低密度聚乙烯树脂、吸水树脂和表面活性剂,所述原料质量百分比为:88-93%低密度聚乙烯树脂,4-7%吸水树脂,3-5%表面活性剂;所述吸湿防霉薄膜通过以下步骤制备而成,首先将吸水树脂和表面活性剂制成填充母料,然后将低密度聚乙烯烘干,并按上述比例加入填充母料混合充分,搅拌匀质,经双螺杆挤出机加热、剪切、挤出、切粒制得改性树脂;最后将改性树脂通过单螺杆挤出吹塑或流延成膜,制备出吸湿包装薄膜。本发明吸湿防霉变性能显著提高,有效延长挂面的保质期。

一种用于挂面包装的吸湿防霉薄膜
技术领域
本发明属于薄膜复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种用于挂面包装的吸湿防霉薄膜材料。
背景技术
挂面在包装的过程中由于接触到空气,会带入少量的游离水分,挂面的含水量国家标准是14%,厂家一般控制在11%左右,市面上销售的挂面保质期多为12个月,也有6个月和3个月的,在经过长时间的运输和贮藏,消费者时常买回家没有吃完出现产品霉变现象;对于高防潮要求的食品包装,需要在包装袋中放入一袋干燥剂,以吸收包装时封入袋内的水蒸气及储存流通时从外界渗入到包装袋内的水蒸气,以保持袋内长时间处于干燥状态,从而延长食品的保质期。现有技术中,干燥剂通常都是预先用纸基复合膜、无纺布或微孔膜进行袋装,在食品包装时将袋装干燥剂袋连同食品一起封装,显然,现有技术存在着包装方式工序复杂、成本高,而且还存在干燥剂泄漏甚至被误食的风险等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于挂面包装的吸湿防霉薄膜材料,原料配方简单,工艺容易操控,产品吸湿防霉变性能显著提高,有效延长挂面的保质期。
为解决上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种用于挂面包装的吸湿防霉薄膜,所述薄膜的原料包括低密度聚乙烯树脂,其特征在于,所述原料中还包括吸水树脂和表面活性剂,所述原料质量百分比为:88-93%低密度聚乙烯树脂,4-7%吸水树脂,3-5%表面活性剂;所述吸水树脂为羧甲基纤维素,所述表面活性剂为失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯;
所述吸湿防霉薄膜通过以下步骤制备而成,首先将吸水树脂和表面活性剂制成填充母料,然后将低密度聚乙烯树脂烘干,并按上述比例加入填充母料吸水树脂和表面活性剂混合充分,搅拌匀质,经双螺杆挤出机加热、剪切、挤出、切粒制得改性树脂母料;最后将改性树脂母料通过单螺杆挤出吹塑或流延成膜,制备出吸湿包装薄膜。
优选地,所述原料质量百分比为:90%的低密度聚乙烯树脂,6%的吸水树脂-羧甲基纤维素,4%的表面活性剂-失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯。
有益效果:本产品作为包装袋的内膜使用,可以长时间有效地吸收袋内有限的水分子和氧气,防止袋内挂面变质;在同样的常温、常湿和常压条件下,采用本产品作为内膜的包装袋和采用现有普通聚乙稀薄膜作为内膜的包装袋进行包装测试,包装物采用保质期为6个月的挂面,测试结果:采用现有普通聚乙稀薄膜包装袋包装的挂面210天开始出现霉斑,240天后霉变明显,采用本发明吸湿薄膜包装袋包装的挂面280天还完好无霉斑,测试结果表明本吸湿防霉薄膜用于挂面包装防霉变性能显著提高。
具体实施方式
实施例一
原料配方:按质量百分比计,90%低密度聚乙烯树脂,6%羧甲基纤维素,4%失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
首先将吸水树脂-羧甲基纤维素和表面活性剂-失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯制成填充母料,然后将低密度聚乙烯树脂烘干,并按上述比例加入填充母料吸水树脂和表面活性剂混合充分,搅拌匀质,经双螺杆挤出机加热、剪切、挤出、切粒制得改性树脂母料;最后将改性树脂母料通过单螺杆挤出吹塑或流延成膜,制备出吸湿包装薄膜。包装实验对比,包装物为保质期6个月的挂面,包装袋的内膜分别为现有聚乙烯薄膜和本发明吸湿防霉薄膜,采用现有普通聚乙稀薄膜包装袋包装的挂面210天开始出现霉斑,240天后霉变明显,采用本发明吸湿薄膜包装袋包装的挂面295天还完好无霉斑。
实施例二

制备方法同实施例一,包装实验对比,包装物为保质期6个月的挂面,包装袋的内膜分别为现有聚乙烯薄膜和本发明吸湿防霉薄膜,采用现有普通聚乙稀薄膜包装袋包装的挂面210天开始出现霉斑,240天后霉变明显,采用本发明吸湿薄膜包装袋包装的挂面285天还完好无霉斑。

1.一种用于挂面包装的吸湿防霉薄膜,所述薄膜的原料包括低密度聚乙烯,其特征在于,所述原料中还包括吸水树脂和表面活性剂,所述原料质量百分比为:88-93%低密度聚乙烯树脂,4-7%吸水树脂,3-5%表面活性剂;所述吸水树脂为羧甲基纤维素,所述表面活性剂为失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯;
所述吸湿防霉薄膜通过以下步骤制备而成,首先将吸水树脂和表面活性剂制成填充母料,然后将低密度聚乙烯树脂烘干,并按上述比例加入填充母料吸水树脂和表面活性剂混合充分,搅拌匀质,经双螺杆挤出机加热、剪切、挤出、切粒制得改性树脂母料;最后将改性树脂母料通过单螺杆挤出吹塑或流延成膜,制备出吸湿包装薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于挂面包装的吸湿防霉薄膜,其特征在于,所述原料质量百分比为:90%的低密度聚乙烯树脂,6%的吸水树脂-羧甲基纤维素,4%的表面活性剂-失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯。
