Abstract

本发明公开一种用于柠檬酸抗结块包装的吸湿薄膜材料,原料包括聚乙烯树脂或聚丙烯树脂,还包括表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸铈、硬脂酸铈或十八烷胺硝酸盐中的一种或两种以上组合,原料质量百分比为:98~99.5%聚乙烯树脂或聚乙烯树脂,0.5~1.5%表面活性剂;首先将高分子树脂原料放入烘箱内80℃烘干,然后与表面活性剂按上述比例混合充分,搅拌匀质,经双螺杆挤出机加热、剪切、挤出、切粒制得改性树脂;将改性树脂通过单螺杆挤出吹塑或流延成膜,制备出吸湿包装薄膜;经测试:本发明用于柠檬酸抗结块包装性能显著提高。

一种用于柠檬酸抗结块包装的吸湿薄膜材料
技术领域
本发明属于薄膜复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种用于柠檬酸抗结块包装的吸湿薄膜材料。
背景技术
对于许多产品来说,在包装的过程中由于接触到空气,会带入少量的游离水分,经过长时间的运输和贮藏,会出现产品结块现象,从而影响产品使用质量;为了防止结块现象,对于干燥产品包装,大部分是在塑料包装袋内放入干燥剂进行吸湿防潮,但是这种方法不方便也不安全。CN102838769B公开一种吸湿包装薄膜材料的制备方法,是在聚乙烯醇树脂中添加高分子吸水树脂、甲基纤维素、增塑剂和剥离剂,以增强产品的机械性能,透光率及热封效果好,同时具有一定的吸湿作用,配方和工艺都较为复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于柠檬酸抗结块包装的吸湿薄膜材料,原料配方简单,工艺容易操控,产品吸湿抗结块性能显著提高。
为解决上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种用于柠檬酸抗结块包装的吸湿薄膜材料,所述薄膜的原料包括聚乙烯树脂或聚丙烯树脂,其特征在于,所述原料还包括表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸铈、硬脂酸铈或十八烷胺硝酸盐中的一种或两种或两种以上组合,所述原料质量百分比为:98~99.5%聚乙烯树脂或聚乙烯树脂,0.5~2%表面活性剂;所述吸湿包装薄膜通过以下步骤制备而成,首先将聚乙烯树脂或聚丙烯树脂放入烘箱内80℃烘干,然后与表面活性剂按上述比例混合充分,搅拌匀质,经双螺杆挤出机加热、剪切、挤出、切粒制得改性树脂;最后将改性树脂通过单螺杆挤出吹塑或流延成膜,制备出吸湿包装薄膜。
优选地,所述原料质量百分比为:98%聚乙烯树脂,1%十二烷基苯磺酸铈,1%十八烷胺硝酸盐。
优选地,所述原料质量百分比为:99%聚乙烯树脂和1%硬脂酸铈。
柠檬酸固体颗粒结块原因包括:柠檬酸固体颗粒表面与水分子之间存在强烈的静电吸引,柠檬酸固体颗粒与水分子结合的氢键力和毛细管吸附力对水分子的吸附力。柠檬酸固体颗粒的结块主要是按照吸湿→颗粒表面溶解→水分蒸发重结晶→颗粒间桥接的顺序进行循环,经过一定时间而结块。
本发明的包装薄膜之所以能降低柠檬酸固体颗粒的吸湿性, 是因为表面活性剂分子中亲水性的极性基团与柠檬酸分子之间存在着较强的静电作用, 以离子交换或离子对的方式吸附在柠檬酸颗粒的表面, 降低了柠檬酸颗粒的表面能, 削弱了柠檬酸分子与水分子之间的静电作用; 憎水性的非极性基团则指向柠檬酸颗粒的外围, 按一定的规律排布, 在柠檬酸表面形成一层憎水膜, 有效地阻止外界环境中水分子与柠檬酸颗粒间的接触。
有益效果:本产品作为包装袋的内膜使用,可以长时间有效地吸收袋内有限的水分子和氧气,防止袋内颗粒物质结块变质;在同样的常温、常湿和常压条件下,采用本产品作为内膜的包装袋和采用现有普通聚乙稀薄膜作为内膜的包装袋进行包装测试,包装物为无水柠檬酸颗粒,测试结果:采用现有普通聚乙稀薄膜包装袋包装的无水柠檬酸颗粒35天开始出现结块,45天大量结块,65天完全结块,采用本发明吸湿薄膜包装袋包装的无水柠檬酸颗粒至少到68天才会开始出现结块,185天以上出现大量结块,200天以上完全结块,测试结果表明本吸湿薄膜用于柠檬酸包装抗结块性能显著提高。
具体实施方式
实施例一
原料配方:按质量百分比计,99.5%聚乙烯树脂和0.5%十二烷基苯磺酸铈。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
预先将99.5%的聚乙烯树脂原料在80℃烘箱中烘干,然后与0.5%的十二烷基苯磺酸铈搅拌匀质,经转矩流变仪双螺杆造粒机加热、剪切、挤出、切粒制得改性树脂母粒,将得到的改性树脂母粒经单螺杆吹膜机挤出吹塑或流延成膜制得吸湿包装薄膜。包装实验对比见表1,包装物为无水柠檬酸颗粒,包装袋的内膜分别为现有聚乙烯薄膜和本发明吸湿包装薄膜。

1.一种用于柠檬酸抗结块包装的吸湿薄膜材料,所述薄膜的原料包括聚乙烯树脂或聚丙烯树脂,其特征在于,所述原料还包括表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸铈、硬脂酸铈或十八烷胺硝酸盐中的一种或两种或两种以上组合,所述原料质量百分比为:98~99.5%聚乙烯树脂或聚乙烯树脂,0.5~2%表面活性剂;所述吸湿包装薄膜通过以下步骤制备而成,首先将聚乙烯树脂或聚丙烯树脂放入烘箱内80℃烘干,然后与表面活性剂按上述比例混合充分,搅拌匀质,经双螺杆挤出机加热、剪切、挤出、切粒制得改性树脂;最后将改性树脂通过单螺杆挤出吹塑或流延成膜,制备出吸湿包装薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于柠檬酸抗结块包装的吸湿薄膜材料,其特征在于,所述原料质量百分比为:98%聚乙烯树脂,1%十二烷基苯磺酸铈,1%十八烷胺硝酸盐。
