本发明提供了一种塑料加工用长效消泡除湿母料,包括由氧化钙粉构成的内核,内核外依次包覆有偶联剂层、载体树脂与润滑剂构成的载体树脂层以及包覆剂层;本发明所述的母料能够作为助剂与塑料原料共混,并在一定条件下释放出可吸收水分的氧化钙粉体,通过氧化钙较为彻底的吸收塑料熔体释放的水分,使制品机械性能提高;本发明还提供了制备所述母料的方法,是对氧化钙粉体进行钝化处理后,磨面热切造粒,然后于所得粒状物表面包覆一包覆剂层,既得,该方法工艺简单,条件易控,易于实施,无三废排放,经济环保。

塑料加工用长效消泡除湿母料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料助剂,特别涉及一种塑料加工用长效消泡除湿母料及其制备方法。
背景技术
塑料制品的应用领域非常广泛,己涉及到的军工、工业、农业、通信、建筑、日用等各个方面。伴随着塑料工业的兴起,作为塑料加工所需要的无机填充剂、有机填充剂等辅助材料也得到了广泛的应用,由此衍生出生物降解塑料、木塑复合材料、回收塑料等,白色污染及二氧化碳排量减少,环境保护压力改善,同时石化材料的用量也显著降低。
但是,塑料助剂受到自身分子结构特点及环境因素影响,极易夹带水分子。这样,在塑料制品加工和成型过程中,水分子的汽化将导致塑料熔体出现蜂窝状气孔,密实度被破坏,制品表面无光泽,有水气泡凹凸现象,制品的物理强度降低。现有技术通过预先对原料进行干燥处理来克服这种不足,例如静态或者动态的烘干。但无论哪种烘干方式,均要消耗大量电能,增加二氧化碳排放量,且水分也不会全部消失掉,不仅综合成本提高,产品的机械性能也得不到保障。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服所述缺陷,提供一种塑料加工用的除湿消泡母料及其制备方法,该除湿消泡母料能够在塑料加工成型过程中作为助剂与塑料制品原料共混,并在一定温度下释放出可吸收水分的氧化钙粉体,通过氧化钙较为彻底的吸收塑料熔体释放的水分,使制品机械性能提高,另一方面,塑料制品加工时不再需要与干燥处理,无需购置干燥设备,从而显著降低能耗及其他生产成本。
本发明所述的塑料加工用长效消泡除湿母料,包括由氧化钙粉构成的内核,内核外依次包覆有偶联剂层、载体树脂与润滑剂构成的载体树脂层以及包覆剂层,各物料按重量份的比例为:50-80份氧化钙粉、1-20份载体树脂、3-15份润滑剂、1-3份偶联剂和1-15份包覆剂;
所述载体树脂为低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、聚丙烯(PP)和SEBS树脂中的至少一种;所述润滑剂为、白油、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸、半精炼石蜡和含氢硅油中的至少一种;所述偶联剂为铝酸酯偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂或硅烷偶联剂;所述包覆剂为聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸和半精炼石蜡中的至少一种。
本发明提供的除湿消泡母料,其具有吸湿作用的有效成分氧化钙被包覆在多层有机材料层中,在常温、常压、高湿度环境下均能够长期储藏,稳定性好。使用时,将本发明提供的除湿消泡母料与塑料原料按比例混合,然后熔融加工成型即可,在熔融过程中,包覆在氧化钙外的包覆剂层、载体树脂层等依次融化,氧化钙与塑料熔体接触,吸收塑料熔体释放的水分。克服了现有技术中:塑料吸湿消泡剂在加工塑料制品时,需要在把吸湿材料在常温、常压、湿度空气中与塑料材料按接触,吸湿材料受到水分的干扰,变成水化合物氢氧化钙失去了吸湿效果的不足。
在加工塑料制品时添加本发明的产品,能够达到较为彻底的水分吸收效果,制得的塑料制品没有气孔,物理强度提高,制品表面光洁无瑕塑料,另一方面,采用本发明产品后,无需再对原料预烘干处理,节能低碳,降低生产成本,一举多得。
优选的,所述载体树脂为低密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯和SEBS树脂中的至少一种。
优选的,所述润滑剂为白油、硬脂酸、半精炼石蜡和含氢硅油中的至少一种。
本发明提供的制备所述塑料加工用的除湿消泡母料的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)对氧化钙粉体进行钝化处理,处理方式是:向高速搅拌状态下的高速搅拌机中,先加入所述氧化钙粉,3~8分钟后加入偶联剂,2~4分钟后加入载体树脂和润滑剂,3~5分钟后,得钝化物料;搅拌过程中升温使物料温度保持在130℃~170℃;
(2)将所述钝化物料送入同向平行双螺杆挤出造粒机中进行磨面热切造粒,得粒状物;
(3)将所述包覆剂加入低速搅拌机中,升温到60℃~80℃致使包覆剂熔化,然后加入50~100重量份的粒状物,搅拌至粒状物表面包覆一层包覆剂后,即得塑料加工用除湿消泡母料。
该方法工艺简单,条件易控,易于实施,无三废排放,经济环保。
本发明的有益效果:
综上所述,相比于现有技术,本发明提供的能够在塑料加工成型过程中作为助剂与塑料制品原料共混,并在一定温度下释放出可吸收水分的氧化钙粉体,通过氧化钙较为彻底的吸收塑料熔体释放的水分,使制品机械性能提高,另一方面,塑料制品加工时不再需要与干燥处理,无需购置干燥设备,从而显著降低能耗及其他生产成本。本发明提供的制备方法工艺简单,条件易控,易于实施,无三废排放,经济环保。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述。但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
实例一:
(1)按重量份取下列材料:
氧化钙80份,低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)15份,SEBS树脂5份,铝酸酯偶联剂1.5份,半精炼石蜡5份,聚乙烯蜡3份,含氢硅油1.5份,硬脂酸1.5份;
(2)将上述重量份的氧化钙粉加入高速搅拌机中,高速搅拌5分钟后,加入铝酸酯偶联剂高速搅拌3分钟后,将LDPE、SEBS、含氢硅油、聚乙烯蜡依次加入搅拌机中,高速搅拌5分钟,得到钝化物料;加料过程中控制物料温度在130℃~135℃,然后把钝化物料送入同向平行双螺杆挤出造粒机中磨面热切,得粒状物;
(3)取步骤(2)所得颗粒物50kg,半精炼石蜡5kg和硬脂酸1.5kg备用;
(4)将步骤(3)中所述的半精炼石蜡和硬脂酸加入低速搅拌状态下的低速搅拌机中,然后升温到60℃~70℃致使半精炼石蜡和硬脂酸融化,再加入步骤(3)所取用量的粒状物,搅拌5分钟后,可以看到粒状物表面被包覆一层包覆剂层,然后将物料放出搅拌机冷却,即得塑料加工用除湿消泡母料。
实例二:
(1)按重量份取下列材料:
氧化钙60份,低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)15份,EVA5份,钛酸酯偶联剂1.5份,白油5份,聚乙烯蜡3份,含氢硅油1份,硬质酸5份;
(2)将上述重量份的氧化钙粉加入高速搅拌机中,高速搅拌3分钟后,加入钛酸酯偶联剂高速搅拌4分钟后,将LLDPE、EVA、白油、聚乙烯蜡依次加入搅拌机中,高速搅拌3分钟,得到钝化物料;搅拌过程中控制物料温度在140℃~150℃,然后把钝化物料送入同向平行双螺杆挤出造粒机中磨面热切,得粒状物;
(3)按重量份取步骤(2)所得颗粒物60kg和硬脂酸5kg备用;
(4)将步骤(3)中所取的硬脂酸加入低速搅拌机中,升温到75℃~80℃致使半精炼石蜡和硬脂酸融化,然后加入步骤(3)所取的粒状物,搅拌10分钟,可以看到粒状物表面被包覆一层硬脂酸层,将物料放出搅拌机冷却,即得塑料加工用除湿消泡母料。
实例三:
(1)按重量份取下列材料:
氧化钙50份,EVA 10份,PP 2份,硅烷偶联剂1份,白油3份,含氢硅油1.5份,聚乙烯蜡1.5份,硬质酸2份,半精炼石蜡3份;
(2)将上述重量份的氧化钙粉加入高速搅拌机中,高速搅拌8分钟后,加入硅烷偶联剂高速搅拌2分钟后,然后将EVA、PP、白油、含氢硅油、依次加入搅拌机中,高速搅拌8分钟,得到钝化物料,搅拌过程中控制物料温度在140℃~145℃;然后把钝化物料送入同向平行双螺杆挤出造粒机中磨面热切,得粒状物。
(3)取步骤(2)所得粒状物50kg、聚乙烯蜡1.5kg、硬脂酸2kg和半精炼石蜡3kg备用;
(4)将步骤(3)所取的硬脂酸加入低速搅拌机中,升温到65℃~75℃致使聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸和半精炼石蜡熔化,然后把步骤(3)所取的粒状物加入低速搅拌机中,搅拌5分钟,粒状物表面被包覆一层包覆剂层,然后将物料放出搅拌机冷却,即得塑料加工用除湿消泡母料。

Claims (2)

1.一种塑料加工用长效消泡除湿母料,其特征在于,包括由氧化钙粉构成的内核,内核外依次包覆有偶联剂层、载体树脂与润滑剂构成的载体树脂层以及包覆剂层,各物料按重量份的比例为:50-80份氧化钙粉、1-20份载体树脂、3-15份润滑剂、1-3份偶联剂和1-15份包覆剂;
所述载体树脂为低密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚丙烯和SEBS树脂中的至少一种;
所述润滑剂为白油、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸、半精炼石蜡和含氢硅油中的至少一种;
所述偶联剂为铝酸酯偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂或硅烷偶联剂;
所述包覆剂为聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸和半精炼石蜡中的至少一种。
2.制造权利要求1所述塑料加工用长效消泡除湿母料的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)对氧化钙粉体进行钝化处理,处理方式是:向高速搅拌状态下的高速搅拌机中,先加入所述氧化钙粉,3~8分钟后加入偶联剂,2~4分钟后加入载体树脂和润滑剂,3~5分钟后,得钝化物料;搅拌过程中控制物料温度在130℃~170℃;
(2)将所述钝化物料送入同向平行双螺杆挤出造粒机中进行磨面热切造粒,得粒状物;
(3)将所述包覆剂加入低速搅拌机中,升温到60℃~80℃致使包覆剂熔化,然后加入50~100重量份的粒状物,搅拌至粒状物表面包覆一层包覆剂后,即得塑料加工用除湿消泡母料。
